Eat a high-fiber diet. Get insoluble and soluble fiber. Limit foods that are high in fat. Choose lean meats. Incorporate probiotics into your diet. Eat on schedule. Stay hydrated. Kindly get your CBC ESR xray pns, ophthalmic examination for refractive error, blood pressure checked and revert.

Running is a good exercise for lower limbs and joints but your muscles have power to stable joint position on running. So you have to do first warm up and strengthening exercises for knee, ankle, hip joint.

hello mam! do abs strengthening exercises. lie on back lift your head and see your toes-do it for 25 times. then lift your legs without bending knees just 10 degree above floor- do it for 25 times. then bend your knees and move both knees towards sides-do 25 times each side. ******avoid doing immediately after food******.

Hello dear you have to break after every one hour and have a good deit like heavy protein and multi vitamin. Increase your drinking water level. Do regular walk and stretching exercise.

There are many conditions that can cause knee pain. - ice is useful for the control of pain and swelling. It can be applied to the knee for 15 to 20 minutes as often as every two to four hours. The swollen knee should be elevated above the level of the heart while icing. -activities that cause pain should be avoided temporarily. -if the knee is swollen or sore, the following positions and activities should be avoided until knee pain and swelling resolve: squatting kneeling twisting and pivoting jogging aerobics, dancing playing sport you need detail assessment with a physiotherapist to find out what causing you this pain. Start with Physiotherapy sessions and learn exercise for spine. Use lumber spine belt also. Take calcium and methylcobalamine supplement. Continue with Iron folic supplement. Aply Volini cream also.

Hello lybrate-user drink plenty of water avoid the following: junk food/fast food milk products chocolates ice cream avoid picking or squeezing your pimples, they'll leave behind pigmentation and scaring. For pimples here is your treatment plan: 1. Clindapene gel night time only 2. Benzac gel 2.5% morning only 3. Tab. Doxy 100mg twice daily after food 4. Tab. Rantac 150mg twice daily before food 5. Use acnoff soap / acnil soap to wash your face before applying the gels. Both the gels have to be applied over full face. All medicines for minimum 1 month after the pimples subside (for acne marks) kindly use 1. Ahaglow face wash twice daily 2. Kojivit cream twice daily after using the face wash over those darker areas @night only 3. Photostable lotion full face in the morning after washing with face wash. Take care.

Prolonged duration between meals can lead to a drop in blood sugar levels causing a hypoglycemic headaches...This can be aggravated by low blood pressure or dehydration. Increase amount and frequency of fluid intake and take something to eat every 3-5 hours.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

I am having spondylisis problem for the past 4 years. L7 vertebra suffered much wear and tear. Ortho doctor advising me traction. Any better suggestions.

Dear there is no l7 vertebrae. May be your doc has told you for l5. As lumbar has only l1-l5 vertebrae. Traction is good for this and strength exercises.

If its a superficial would then clean it daily with betadine solution and apply mupirocin ointment and do dressing daily. If it is very deep then visit your nearest doctor for better assessment and to rule out infection or deep tissue trauma.

I have pain in left wrist. The ortho says it is due to high uric acid( 7 since 4 years). The physio says it is tendonitis. X-Ray is normal. What should i do?

I am 62 years old and am suffering from diabetes for the past two years. I am taking glynaze mf as advised by my doctor. Even then i'm not able to keep it under control. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. \navoid bending in front. \npostural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana? lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a da.
