Strt back extension exes. Take ca rich diet. Hot fomentation at back. Twice 15 min. Avoid forward bending.

Hello doctor I have delivered to a baby . And I have c-section I am getting back pain where anasthesia is given. Can I've permanent solution for this problem

Hello, Congratulations for a baby. Well, the back pain is one of the complication of post C section, it does not occur due to injection. It normally happens due to flabbyness of the abdominal muscle which makes it weak, and puts undue pressure over back bones. For your question:- Yes! you can have a permanent solution for see a Physiotherapist for proper post natal exercise training.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. Neck pain can be due to some degenerative changes taking place in her neck region. I can dvise her to do: - isometric neck exercises - hot water fomentation at home 3-4 times/day - local analgesic spray application 2-3 times in a day - take adequate calcium and vitamin d supplementation if it does not improve in 2-3 weeks time, then we will have to get x ray cervical spine ap and lateral views and then you can send it across to me. As far as swellings go, usually they can be lipomas as found in a lot of people but get yourself checked up a general surgeon to rule out other swellings. Hi there few things you must go before start running like always do stretching of your leg muscles before start running, wear good running sports shoes, do walk for some time before start to run, increase your calcium intake through diet. And for loosing weight have high proteins and cut carbs, sugar and fat from diet.

I feel very much pain in my foots and ankle. Dr. says me that this is planter type something prob. I hav bullion also in both feet. I am very much uncomfortable. I cannot wear any shoes slippers also. Outer ares of foots became red and feel pin type pain .what I do .

Calf Stretches Standing calf stretch Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.

Hi I can understand your problem. # relax & stay positive. # take hot and cold fomentation. # learn posture care exercise. # use lumbar support. # take break every 20 minutes. # do strengthening exercise of back and core muscles not all back pains are same. Do share investigation reports if you have any.
