For leg pain, please follow the below advise: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day.

Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain.

I have a problem in my back so I also take medicines but did not improve so what I do.
This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain. It looks like you are anaemic. If you have back pain after you sit for long hours then it is due to your haemoglobin levels as it is important to check that. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain. Back pain / Sciatica: If you have low back pain and sciatica you can undergo intermittent pelvic traction where in your half of your body weight will be added in the electronic traction so that that would help you to reduce the pain, along with Interferential therapy stimulations which would help you to get relieved from the radiating pain. Apply ice for the pain to get subsided immediately. If you cannot go immediately for the physiotherapy treatment. Ice can be kept in the low back where you have back pain. It is suggestible to wear Lumbo sacral belt which would help you to build the abdominal muscle tone which itself would make you feel better. You can also wear MCR chappals which would help you to have less weight falling in the painful back.

Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Check your sugar levels immediately. Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Consult after 5 days.

Injections for Osteoarthritis and Knee Pain Relief

Hello friends, mera naam Gaurav Chanana hai. Mai Delhi Pain Management mein consultant hoon. Hum Delhi Pain Management me aapke dard ka har tarike se non surgically ilaaz karne ki koshish karte hai. Agar hum baat kare knee pain ki ya ghutne k dard ki to jo zyada dar humare paas mareez aate hain wo osteo-arthritis k shikaar hotein hai. Unko dard hota hai chalne mein, sidiya chadne mein, to aise dard k liye hum pehle unhe advice karte hain kuch medications jinhe hum ensage kehta hai, paracetamol aur kuch exercises, knee braces hotein hai aur kuch physical therapy like hot and cold formentation.

Agar in sab cheezo se unka dard thik nahi ho paata hai to humein kuch interventions ya injections ka sahara lena padta hai. Knee pain mein kayi prakar k injections diye jaate hai jaise ki cortisone injection, ozone gas, PRP injections, Hyaluronic acid injections ar radio frequency injections. Jo sabse zyada commonly used injections hotein hai wo cortisone ya ozone gas hotein hai jo ki kuch samay tak aap k ghutne ka dard kam kar dete hai. Aur agar hum baat kare kuch zyada samay tak k liye injections jo useful rahe to usme hotein hai Hyaluronic acid injection. Hyaluronic acid ek tarah ka joint fliud hota hai jisko hum ghutne k andar inject karte hai aur wo ghutne k jodh ka lubrication aur dard kam karne mein humari madad karta hai.

Agar hum baat kare ghutne me jo damage hota hai aur osteo-arthritis me cartilage k regrowth k liye to humein usme PRP injections use karne padhte hai. Grade I aur II osteo-arthritis me PRP injection k acche results hai. Iss k 3 session diye jaate hai. PRP aap k blood se banaya jata hai jisko centrifuge machine k zariye PRP m convert kiya jaata hai. PRP mein bohot saare growth factors hotein hai jo aapke cartilage regrowth me madad karte hai. Your pain is usually caused by placing too much stress or strain over the trapezius (shoulder) muscle. Treatment is relaxation followed by strengthening of those particular muscles. 1) start your treatment with hot fomentation (using hot water bag over the painful area) - this will help in reducing the spasm. 2) go for self massage technique: tilt your head back, and with the palms and fingers of each hand, squeeze the flesh at the base of your neck on either side of your spine. Then, slowly roll your head forwards, still squeezing your skin. Hold the stretch for 10 seconds, then return your head to an upright position. The amount of flesh you can squeeze depends on your state of relaxation. Follow the above regime for 1 week and then start strengthening exercise to avoid re-occurrence. Regards!

I am 42 year age person, since one week I am suffering stomach problem and light back pain is there. In summer I am having more pain so give advise any remedy.

Stiffness & pain in back & other joints is quite a common condition. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. Take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Do back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do reply back for private consultation and detailed treatment plan. Pantocid 20mg taken empty stomach should give relief in pain abdomen.

1. Lie on your back. 2. Cross your left leg over your right so that your left ankle rests on your right knee. 3. Use your hands to grab hold of your left knee and pull it gently toward the opposite shoulder. 4. Hold for 15 to 30 seconds. 5. Relax, and then repeat with the other leg. 6. Repeat this cycle 2 to 4 times.

Heel pain is most likely due to plantar fascitis. The treatment mostly is conservative and lifestyle modifications to achieve maximum functionality with minimum pain. Follow these lifestyle changes religiously to get benefit. 1. Reduce body weight as obesity will aggravate the stress on heel. 2. Avoid exercises like running / walking on hard surfaces. Stop such activities when you start developing pain. 3. Roll your feet on bottle of cold water for 20 mins 4 times a day or can apply ice pack. 4. Use shoes with silicone sole inserts. 5. Do calf muscle and heel stretches daily. 6. Avoid prolonged standing or sitting. 7. Use night splint to keep foot flexed at night. Stop using it once pain is relieved. 8. Use analgesics like ibuprofen for decreasing pain and inflammation. With proper lifestyle changes as above 90 % patients have relief and functionality. If pain is very severe and persistent, consult a pain specialist to get injection in plantar fascia.

This could be due to lumbar spondylosis with nerve root compression. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take paracetamol 250mg od & sos you will need other supportive medicines also. Do back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take you may have to use lumbosacral support for some time. Avoid painful act/activities.
