Yes, banana is not a very good option for dinner time. You can eat papaya or salad including cucumber, spinach, broccoli etc.

Hello lybrate-user, Stress will only give you further stress. Having said that it is important to understand your stress levels and cause of the same. Sometimes we tend to not rely on simple fundamentals in life, for e.g. If you study hard you will pass, ad if you won't you will not. There is no too ways about it. So just focus on your aim and work towards it.

Sir, i am 39 years old male, weight = 75Kg & Height 5.5 ft. My TG lavel around 200 - 250 last 5yaers. My Thyroid , Blood sugar is normal. reduce intake salt and water before and during period,take cap primrose 1cap daily, tab meftal spas sos. using a heating pad on your pelvic area or back. massaging the abdomen. taking a warm bath. regular physical exercise. eating light, nutritious meals. practicing relaxation techniques or yoga. taking an anti-inflammatory medication such as ibuprofen several days before your expected period.

PCOD and Diet

Polycystic ovarian disease (pcod) have multiple small cysts in their ovaries. These cysts occur when the regular changes of a normal menstrual cycle are disrupted. The ovary is enlarged; and produces excessive amounts of androgen and estrogenic hormones. This excess, along with the absence of ovulation, may cause infertility. Other names for pcod are polycystic ovarian syndrome (pcos) or the stein-leventhal syndrome.

Causes of pcod:
We don't really understand what causes pcod, though we do know that it has a significant hereditary component, and is often transmitted from mother to daughter. We also know that the characteristic polycystic ovary emerges when a state of an ovulation persists for a length of time. Patients with pco have persistently elevated levels of androgens and estrogens, which set up a vicious cycle. Obesity can aggravate pcod because fatty tissues are hormonally active and they produce estrogen which disrupts ovulation. Overactive adrenal glands can also produce excess androgens, and these may also contribute to pcod. These women also have insulin resistance (high levels of insulin in their blood, because their cells do not respond normally to insulin).

Treatment:
Weight loss diet for pcod
In case of pcod, carbohydrate loading is very important to improve insulin sensitivity.

Why protein
Avoid high glycemic index foods
Include green leafy vegetables fruits

Essential fats:
Not all fat is bad and healthy fats are essential for your pcos diet. Essential fatty acids are really important for maintaining the cell wall, which allows nutrients in, and toxins out. They are also vital for hormone balance, weight management and fertility. These healthy fats are found in nuts and seeds, oily fish, avocado and olive oil so be sure to incorporate those into your diet. 

6. Adequate quantity of vitamin b and magnesium
Physical activity:
Whilst diet is hugely important aspect to tackling pcos, we must not forget other lifestyle changes that will help to overcome pcos and it's symptoms.

Exercise regularly
Manage stress levels
Share the burden and get good support from your family and friends.
Look after yourself and pamper yourself. We need to reclaim our womanhood and femininity so a little bit of tlc is definitely in order.


There is no magical formula that's going to make us all better. However, by making these diet and lifestyle changes now, we can manage our symptoms and improve our health.

Posture correction must. Sit straight avoid toward bending. Keep straight your legs between work. Pain is chronic so physiotherapy treatment for few days. Then start stretching exercise.

Hello dear High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress,take plenty of water in day time. And 1 glass of water before bed at night. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain. garlic,. Take anti cholesterol medicines .

Dear sir i am really afraid very much and my problem is my left hand shaking from past 6 months it's 30 min or 1 hour per day and sometimes little pain in my chest middle bone but i am freely walking 4km every morning i am checking ecg also and it shows normal ecg report and I had a gastric problem also. Hi, How long have you been taking alcohol? First and foremost I would advise you to restrict alcohol intake and simultaneously meet a gastro-intestinal (GI) specialist, in person, with no further delay. He or she would be able to clinically examine you properly and may require you to go through a few diagnostics including a liver function test and USG abdomen as deems appropriate. You may also expect a referral to a neuro physician for further clinical evaluation should it require. Your ECG report being normal is indicative of no issues as such on your cardiac front. Pain in your sternum could be a referred pain owing to gastritis or issues, if any, with your liver. However, to be on the safer side, a cardiologist consultation would rule out any issues with your heart as well. As regards your gastritis issue, your GI specialist who you meet in person, shall also advise appropriately in this regard. At the same time, however, it is important that your diet and lifestyle be streamlined. You need to take more of wheat grain cereals, fresh fruits & leafy greens and ensure that the food is well cooked, bland yet tasty & easily digestible. Avoid hot, chilly, spicy & oily & greasy hard to digest foods. Also, restrict intake of tea, coffee and other high calorie foods like carbonated sugary drinks, packaged juices, sweets, pastries et al. It is good to take smaller amounts of food in regular intervals rather than taking three large meals. Sitting in ?Vajrasana? post every meal, helps digest better. Drink plenty of fluids, at least 8 ? 10 glasses of water daily and avoid taking water intermittently while eating as this will hamper effective digestion of food. Brisk walk for at least 30 to 45 minutes, 5 to 6 days a week, unless you have any other health issue or advised otherwise by your doc. Amla, ginger, mint, tulsi, ripe banana, cold milk etc also help arrest acidity & associated issues including gastritis. At the same time, you must stay relaxed and de-stress yourself through either prayer, yoga, meditation, deep breathing exercises, socializing etc all. Hope this helps. All the very best.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine berberis aquifolium 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. *clean your skin gently with a mild face wash removing all dirt or make-up. Wash many times a day with plain water. *get an adequate amount of sleep. *avoid touching your face with your hands or try to squeeze pimples, it may leave permanent scars and spread the infection. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *avoid fried and spicy food. *include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *avoid harsh skin products.
