Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

What I would advice is to take an uktraound physiotherapy treatment and your pain should go in a few weeks. About the bone growth you need to consult an ortho docotor.

Hello, 1. You can apply volini gel 1% local application twice a day for 3-5 days 2. Hot fomentation twice a day for 3 days I am giving to some common reasons for leg pain 1. Generalized weakness 2. Anaemia 3. Physical exertion and any trauma 4. Lack of protein in diet 5. Any infection present on leg or foot 6. Muscle weakness 7. Abrupt start/ stop of physical exercise 8. Vit d and calcium deficiency Consult physician for further management.

Dear Mr. lybrate-user, Greetings. Going through from what you have said, your Back pain is in the Dorso-Lumbar Area and the pain going onto the Ribs is a radiating one. As your age is not known, You need to be investigated with Examination of Your Back and the Neurological examination to rule out any spinal canal stenosis (Narrowing) etc. Kindly consultant an Orthopedic Surgeon or a Neurologist. In the absence of any orthopaedic problem, body pain and other physical complaints can be part of depression. What are her other complaints? if the reasons are psychological she may feel better with amitryptiline 10mg or pregabalin. Consult your local doctor.

First of all you need to work on losing weight. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Exercise as per what is advised for your condition. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss. Include, apart from supplements, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in your diet.

Do the cat/cow avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretchingstretch.

My friend gets lower back pain in the backbone when he doesn't masturbate for a week. Also he gets pain in his lower abdomen if he doesn't ejaculate for a week or more. Both pain comes together. Both backbone and lower abdomen pain would go away in an hour after he masturbates. He feels relaxed after that. It feels for him like some gland which releases semen is getting loaded and its causing the pain. Which goes away once he ejaculates. Also while ejaculating when the semen is being released, he ll feel some minor pain in his lower abdomen or seminal gland or whatever. If he tries to press his lower abdomen (just below his belly) he can feel the pain. He even had ultrasound test of his lower abdomen and private area. It was found that he had varicocele in vas deferens. He says though he has varicocele but till why would he feel the pain in his lower abdomen and lower back if he doesn't masturbate for a week. Exactly on the seventh day he will feel the pain and would go and forcefully ejaculate to relieve from his pain. The pain would only increase if he holds back and doesn't masturbate. This is a very odd type of problem which not many people face. He has also met few doctors, most of them would say back pain is because of calcium deficiency, which really doesn't seem so. But they never gave an answer for lower abdominal pain occurrence and why he has to masturbate always to get relief from pain. So if anyone can understand my friends problem. Who has had treated something like this, though this surely is very complicated. Could you suggest what should be done. Whats is this problem. Thank-you in advance to every doctor who are gonna give their valuable suggestions.

Hello akhil pain in back and abdominal region is because of varicocele...this is referred pain...Varicoceles often produce no symptoms but can cause low sperm production and decreased sperm quality, leading to infertility....so you should get treatment for it...

You might be suffering from coccydynia.In this condition there is inflammation of tailbone (coccyx) making it difficult to sit on butt and sleeping on back. Generally coccydynia will resolve with conservative treatment as mentioned below. In severe cases an injection called Ganglion Impar block might be needed. This is done by a Pain specialist in operation theatre under X Ray guidance to locate the accurate pain transmitting nerve. 1. Take anti inflammatory drugs like Ibuprofen round the clock for pain relief and decreasing the inflammation for few days. 2. Sitting on specially designed gel-filled cushions can reduce pain when you are sitting down. 3.You can also lean forward in your seat and rest your arms in front of you on a flat surface. 4. Clothing such as tight jeans or trousers, may make your coccydynia worse. 5. It can also help to wear flat, comfortable shoes. 6. Patients with coccydynia find sleeping on their sides most comfortable. If you have severe pain, you may sleep on your front. You could also try sleeping with a pillow or cushion between your knees. 7. Warm and cold packs – applying either a warm or cold pack to the base of your spine.

You should take arnuca first in 299 potency thrice a day five drools in water. Apply ruta q on the shoulder thrice a day. Rhus tox 30 thrice a day three drops in water you should take from next day of arnuca for three days. Avoid exercise.

NIDAANPARIVARJAN is the doctrine suggesting to avoid the cause of illness. If you can, pl avoid bike for the time being. Take alternative transport. Clean gut by Tarunikusumakar chooran 2 tsp with warm water first of all then every week. Take dashmool herbs and boil. Separately boil Panchakol herbs. Drink warm 20 ml each twice a day. At night put Erand sneh 20 ml to one of the decoctions. Heat a bit Mahanarayan oil + Mahavishgarbh oil 1:1 mixture and gently massage at night over back. After two hrs take hot water bath or next morning. Report after two weeks. Send X-ray etc reports if any or get one of LS spine.

In an accident 2 months ago my bro fractured his spinal cord (d7, d8). Hi as you have explained it looks it is a case of complete spinal cord injury. As still sensations r absent it will take long to b fine. These automatic movements are becoz of spinal cord injury. Most important are sensations to b fine. Please cont with exercises & make him stand also.
