Hi, it will be good if you visit some good physiotherapist for that. Till than you can start hamstring streatching, back isometric exercise, and light core strengthning exercises. Let me know if you feel any further quarry.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Hi I have diffuse disc bulge protruding l4, l5, s1 which according to doctor is minor not significant. But I have pain in my complete foot sole becomes red when stand for 3minutes I a. Foot started 2 months back previously I had radiating pain in my butt, shin. Now problem foot pain. Will it become pain free after few months or its been 6 months should I wait or opt for operation.

It looks like sciatic nerve is compressed giving rise to sciatica. Also check if you gave flat foot, Contact some Ayurvedic Centre there, Ayurvedic therapy like kati Basti or patra pinda sweda can relieve the symptoms.

For back pain do take ift physiotherapy treatment of 15 min duration of 12 days regularly regarding your bone mineral density is of osteopenia level consume calcium calciferol rich foods such as milk egg green leafy vegetables curd guava custard apple and exposure to morn 6am - 8am sunlight or from 4, 30 pm - 5, 30 pm sunlight for about 20 min daily which indeed helps for bone strength.

Dear lybrate-user, namaskar, refrain from running for few days. Do hot fomentation and apply some gel on the painful part. Once your pain is gone. Start shortly and slowl. Gradually increasing it to your aim and target. Take care.

For leg pain, please follow the below advise: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Im 18 years old. I have pain in my calf muscles. I play cricket in the morning for 3 hours. After playing I can not even walk properly and it pains for the whole day. You have calf muscle sprain or cramps and do stretching exercises and ahve to drink a lot of water after playing cricket and 4 liters daily

Muscles pain you can do it this exercise, 1 Lying on your back, bend your right knee into your chest and place a strap or rolled-up towel around the ball of your foot. Straighten your leg toward the ceiling. Press out through both heels. If the lower back feels strained, bend the left knee and place the foot on the ground. Hold for 3-5 minutes and then switch to the left let for 3-5 minutes. 2…. Lying on your back, bend your knees into your chest and bring your arms out at a T. As you exhale lower your knees to ground on the right. Keep both shoulders pressing down firmly. If the left shoulder lifts, lower your knees further away from the right arm. Hold for 1-2 minutes each side I hope you will fit and fine.
