I have oily skin. And in my face have too much acne. And I use homeopathic medicine. I get to rid fast from pimples. ...
These are the best methods to cure pimples fast - : • To control the sebum (oily) secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum (oil) production and causes pimples .So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. Touch your face very less. • you can use a face pack of fuller 's earth (multani mitti ) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin and remove pimples. ,• • Give Steam your face to open the pores ,which in turn clear the skin .steam your face for 3-5 minutes daily. • You can take 2 teaspoon of SAAFI SYRUP daily for 1 month for clear face. • Take 20 gm powder of Black pepper and 50 gm of Amla powder .Mix it and take 1/2 tea spoon of this mixed powder daily with luke warm water for 15 days for pimple free skin. • Take Vitamin-A rich diet & you can take Vitamin-A capsule of 25,000 I.U. Only under the supervision of a doctor. • use a mild moisturiser for your skin only in winters.

I am a vitiligo patient since 15 years am 20 now. But the patches are still there what can I do for it. I've attended many Dr. S dermatologists; unani, ayurvedic;and also homeopathy from Dr. Batra.is there any surgery to cover these patches? Please help me.

Homoeopathic treatment is the only permanent solution. If you didn't find results in Batra it doesn't mean it is not effective. Consult another homoeopathic doctor.

apple cider vinegar as a dandruff treatment, as the acidity of apple cider vinegar changes the pH of your scalp, making it harder for yeast to grow. Mix a quarter cup apple cider vinegar with a quarter cup water in a spray bottle and spritz on your scalp. Wrap your head in a towel and let sit for 15 minutes to an hour, then wash your hair as usual. Do this twice a week.

Infections - Most Common Types of Them!

The skin is the largest organ of the body and is hence susceptible to a great number of infections. Here are a few skin infections arranged according to the causative organism:
Bacterial Infections

  1. LeprosyMycobacterium leprae is the bacterium which spreads slowly and causes leprosy. It is also called Hansen’s disease.
  2. CarbunclesIt is a swollen, painful and red boil aggregation which is joined underneath the skin.
  3. CellulitisIt is a common skin infliction that spreads underneath the skin to the adjoining soft tissues. It happens due to the bacteria entering the skin through a cut or a wound.
  4. Boils: An infected oil gland or hair follicle may lead to a boil. The area affected turns red and soon, a lump forms at the same site.
  5. ImpetigoIt is extremely contagious and can occur on any body part. Exposed areas of the skin are more prone to this bacterial infection.

Fungal Infections

  1. Ringworm: Ringworm is a misnomer as it is caused by dermatophytes which are fungi. It’s also called tinea.
  2. CandidiasisCertain types of yeast cause candidiasis. The causative yeast is present on everybody’s body surface.
  3. SporotrichosisThis fungal infection is common among gardeners and farmers as the mould which causes sporotrichosis can be found on soil, hay and plants.
  4. Nail fungal infections: When fungus spreads to the nails it might lead to fungal nail infections.
  5. Athlete’s Foot: It’s a very common infection that can develop in non-athletes as well. This fungal infection can happen to men, women, girls and boys of every age group.

Viral Infections

  1. ShinglesHerpes zoster or shingles is caused by reactivation of the chicken pox virus.
  2. ChickenpoxRed, itchy rash caused by the varicella virus is an infectious disease that affects a great majority of children. Chickenpox usually happens once in a lifetime as the body has antibodies to protect itself from a repeat infection.
  3. Molluscum Contagiosum: It is a viral infection that leads to multiple or singular raised bumps on the skin. These bumps are called papules and resemble pearls. Consult an Expert & get answers to your questions!
