Hi lybrate-user, you can attain a healthy weight with the help of good diet and regular physical activity. Try to avoid calorie dense and less nutritious food like sweets, bakery products, deep fried stuff and high calorie beverages. Losing weight requires overall lifestyle modification.

As we know the white coloured polythene for storing the food which is hot is not safe. Then what about the silver coloured ones which often we see in hotels used for biryani. Is it good or it is also same as white coloured polythene ones?

silver color bag is actually not made from plastic but it is aluminium foil and aluminium is more safe then plastic to store any food material also it helps to prevent food contamination.

The precautions to be taken are as follows - take restricted diet, avoid deep fried foods, excess fats, no direct sugar and no sweets, avoid fruits like chikkoos, mangos, grapes and bananas, exercise regularly for more than 1 h a day, no smoking and alcohol. Maintain weight near normal.

Hi, this is ved prakash mishra. From vapi. I am suffering from diabetes since last 2 years. Even I am using allopathic medicine named glimison m1. It is fine but the ration is 150,&110. And not coming on ideal level. Hence I am losing my health and and losing weight. It declined 5 kgs in half n year. Probably it will continue so far. And secondly I am losing sex pleasure time. And cuming timing. So pls suggest to control diabetes and improve my sex power.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. I have gone through the details and understand your concern. But please clarify what do you mean by" It is fine but the ration is 150,&1" 10. And not coming on ideal level" The information not clear. Please give following details: age, weight, height, fasting, PP blood glucose levels, HbA1c%, extent of daily exercise, dietary pattern, dosage of the drugs being taken, BP readings & lipid profile. It will be better if you come in a private conversation with all the above details, then I can give specific advise and even the drug prescriptions. In this communication we are supposed to give only general guidelines. No drug prescriptions are allowed. Hence if you are really keen then do come back as suggested. Thanks.

The first thing you have to do is to develop a positive attitude towards your goal. You need to understand that transforming your physique is going to take a lot of time. These things don't work that easily. It's going to take a lot of hard work and consistency. The fat that you are carrying around was accumulated in years. So how can you expect to lose it in mere days. As for your training, you need to follow this routine. Your training session is divided into morning and evening workouts: morning: 1. Light jog for 15 minutes. 2.200 jumping jacks. 3.100 meter sprints x 10 4. Medium pace running for 30 minutes. 5. Stretching. Evening: 1. Jumping or skipping for 20 minutes. 2. High knee drill for 10 minutes. 3.150 squats. (15 reps x 10 sets) 4.200 mountain climbers. 5.50 push ups (10 reps x 5 sets) 6.200 mountain jumpers. 7.100 burpees. 8. Stretching. You're going to face a lot of difficulties to complete these sessions during your 1 - 3 weeks. But stay consistent and try to finish each workout as given to you. Diet: 1. Green tea 2. (before morning workout) 1 lemon in lukewarm water 3. (after morning workout) 2 egg whites 4. (lunch) papaya 5. (mid day) brown rice / brown bread 6. (before evening workout) 2 oranges 7. (after evening workout) 2 egg whites 8. (dinner) salad - cucumber, tomato, boiled spinach/broccoli 9. (before bed) green tea.

One of the best ways to reduce the fat in your body is to drink honey in water. • Add one tablespoon of honey in a glass of lukewarm water. • Drink this glass of water as soon as you wake up in the morning. • You can also add a teaspoon of lemon juice to the honey and water mixture.

Day by day feel their response and separately write down your priorities of life feel that is these relationship is bigger then your future or priority.
