Hello. Don' worry you will be fine all you have to do is follow these natural medications regularly. There are 2 kinds of tulsi leaves we come across. One is" ram tulsi" (which is lighter in shade) and the other one is" shyam tulsi" (which is darker in shade) you have to consume 10-15 leaves of" shyam tulsi" which means the leaves with darker shade. Take 10 to 15 leaves of shyam tulsi and grind it into a paste. Boil this paste in 200 ml of water until the water comes down to the level of 100 ml. Consume this water chewing the leave remains daily in 3 installments without break. I guarantee you that you will feel better after some days. Besides natural remedies doesn't even have any side effects along with them. Besides keep yourself warm and away from cold/heat. And for the heaviness/ pain of your head, it is advisable that you consume" cow ghee" take 1 spoon of cow ghee and warm it, with the help of a dropper, pour one drop of cow ghee in each of your nostril. It may sound weird or a hectic job at first but trust me it is the most effective remedy for any kind of problem related to health. It makes your head nerves lighter and healthier that too without any side effects. Cow ghee reaches those areas in your head where any man-made medications fail to reach. Thanks.

Hello, do regular exercise. Stop eating junk and processed food. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, sprouts eggs, milk and milk products. Combination of cereal and pulses. Take healthy and heavy breakfast. Regular outdoor exercise helps to stimulate appetite. Take small and frequent meals. Your fasting and pp sugars are high. You need to take medicines for the same at the earliest. Stop all simple sugars or direct carbohydrates. Exercise in any form but regularly for about half hour at a time. You are still very young. So you should take control of diabetes as soon as possible.

Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.

Drink 2-3 glass of water in the morning empty stomach, and 3-4 litres of water during the day daily. Walk for minimum 5 minutes. You may also mix two spoons of isabgol in a glass of warm milk and drink it just before you go to bed. It will help. Thank You.

You might have sprained your neck you can take ice pack if there is swelling or else apply hot fomentation twice a day for 10 minutes each.

Fats on tummy comes the first and goes the last. To reduce size, clean the gut, eat negative caloric maintenance diet, lot of fibers and bhag milkha bhag. Do'kapal bhati, yoga also. Still needs support after a month.

To reduce belly,bicepes and chest fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.and do suya namaskar 10 times daily

Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that muscle gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Muscle gain is all about taking more nutrients than you use up. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food that helps muscle gain. Eat meals at frequent intervals. You need to eat at least 6 meals a day. Eat a protein rich mid meal between each main meal. Pre/ post workout meals need a certain amount of carbs and proteins depending on your exercise routine. Avoid junk, sugary, oily foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, dry fruits, vegetables, whole grain cereals, smoothies, masala milk, healthy oils in your diet. Restrict eating sugary, sweet foods. Try to have healthy deserts like kheer, chikki or lassi. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least 6 days a week. It helps development of muscle mass and improves appetite.  Even if you were to take just medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation. You need to have a nutrient dense meal and good exercise routine, it's crucial.

1) If you are taking meal 2 times a day, you can have the same 4 times in divided doses. 2) Try to avoid gluten containing food like bread, pizza, and burger. 3) Always eat fresh food. 4) No oily & junk food. 5) You can have sprouts, salads, fruits or fruit juice in breakfast rather than bread, toast or artificial protein shake. 6) Don’t eat immediately after exercise or yoga. 7) Stretching exercises 10 minutes. 8) Brisk walk 5 km daily or 25 minutes 9) Yoga- surya namaskar & different yogasana for 25 minutes. I am 26 years old. I wanted to weight gain but I am not able to gain myself. I have lots family responses that's means my family depends on me. So that I always think and think always. I am not closer to anyone. And I am in dreams always. Sometimes I feel depression also. At that moment I watch porn to forget the problematic situations for while time. But now a days I am fully disturbed so that I am addicted to porns & masturbate. But I had not sex with anyone. Only I did self satisfaction. Is this the reason to not gaining my weight?
