Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

I am suffering from joints pain. My both knee usually pains regularly. My left hand is also paining and I feel as there is no power in my hand. I have checked up before 1 years doctor tht I am suffering from osteopenia. Wht should I do now? please suggest me.

Do Take IFT and laser Therapy for pain relief 12 days followed by strengthening exercise from physiotherapist and also take calcium rich foods and enough sun exposure of your body to least 15 minutes duration each time regularly Best Wishes.

HI Include egg in your diet. Do check your calcium and d3. take 8 sessions of S.W.D and I.F.T followed by paravertibral muscle strengthning exercise. Consult physiotherapist for same.

Hi Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya vatari syrup and capsule twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.

if its causing pain or locking in the knee then it may require arthroscopic debridement. otherwise avoid high impact activities.

I am 67 yrs, woman. I am facing knee, back & ankle pains. I can't stand up immediately or walk speedly. I am feeling my foots are weaker.

Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Check your sugar levels immediately. Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Consult after 5 days.
