Hi Soak 10 almonds over night in water. On the next day, peel off the skin, and blend the almonds in a blender with 1 cup of cow hot milk (or crush them in hot cow milk) and add a little bit of saffron, ginger and cardamon to it. 1. Eat healthy – eat fruits, vegetables, and a high protein diet 2. Destress yourself. 3. Sleep for at least 6-8 hrs a day. 4. 12 Tips to Manage Back Pain

Back pain is a common health problem that affects most people at some point in their life. It may be triggered by bad posture while sitting or standing, bending awkwardly, or lifting heavy objects incorrectly

Common causes:

Muscle spasms and strains

Disc problems: a sudden back movement may cause the disc to bulge or rupture completely. This causes pain in the back or along the course of the nerve that has been pressed-usually the buttocks, leg or foot.

Osteoarthritis and osteoporosis are ( Above> 50 years)

Ankylosing spondylitis: this is a type of arthritis that affects the spine. It occurs mostly in young men. It causes back pain, stiff back and difficulty in bending

Tips to manage Back pain

When you have back pain, use ice or heat. Ice is best in the first 24 to 48 hours after an injury because it reduces inflammation. After 48 hours, you can switch to heat .
Whether you use heat or ice — take it off after about 20 minutes to give your skin a rest.
It is important to keep moving as much as possible. You may require bed rest when the pain in acute, but prolonged bed rest is not helpful.
Exercise regularly to strengthen the abdominal muscles that work with back muscles to stabilize the spine
Always consult a professional trainer before starting a workout regimen
Improve your posture. Keep your spine straight while sitting and standing. Avoid slouching
If you have a desk job, get up every 20 minutes or so and stretch backwards
Design your workplace so you don’t have to hunch forward to see your computer monitor or reach way out for your mouse
Use a desk chair that supports your lower back and allows you to keep your feet planted firmly on the floor
When driving, adjust your car set and steering wheel to a correct height and distance
Be especially careful of your posture when lifting heavy objects. Never bend over from the waist Instead, bend and straighten from the knees

If your pain does not improve, consult a doctor. Your doctor may prescribe anti-inflammatory medicines for a few days till the acute stage is over

CONSTIPATION:is due to an incorrect lifestyle and irregular eating patterns, not taking enough fluids,sedentarylifestyle.Foods that are heavy and difficult to digest, as well as oily, spicy, fried, and junk foods are the culprits. Eating food in a disturbed atmosphere or in front of the television and being awake late at night all lead to bowel disturbance. Psychological factors like stress, anxiety, fear, jealousy, and sorrow also play an important role. DIET & LIFESTYLE ADVICE: Increase intake of fiber, especially fruits and cooked vegetables. An Apple or Pineapple/Pomegranate each day is helpful. Drink 7-8 glasses of lukewarm water each day. Take daily morning and evening walks for at least 20-30 minutes each. I'm 26 years old female. I'm having anemia problem from past 3 years. I was taking some iron supplements such as livogen. 2 years back my weight was 54 now it's increased to 74. I have taken some thyroid tests also everything was normal except hemoglobin. It was around 9%.if I stop taking iron supplements it's decreasing. For making hair grow fast, strong and thick follow these instructions: • Do not take A lot of stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation to destress yourself. You can do Pranayams or take long deep breaths whlie closing your eyes I a peaceful environment for at least 8-10 minutes. • Add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs. • Practice Yogasana like Shirshasana and Sarwangasana only under the guidance of Expert. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. It increases blood circulation in your scalp and enhances hair growth. • Avoid the excess use of products such as hair colours or shampoo. * Take Vitamin-E rich foods like dry fruits (Almonds, Pista etc) daily. * You can take Vitamnin E supplement (100 mg capsiles) daily and tab. Boitin only under the supervision of nearest physician. * Apply the egg yolk to the scalp atleast once a week. It gives nourishment to hair root and enhances hair growth.

To increase weight increase eating frequently. Do not skip meals. Avoid fast foods as far as possible. Use dense vegetables, fruits. Do not skip meals. Take nuts, seeds. Extra protein foods will help you. Use extra healthy fats in cooking. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Take proper rest at night. Do muscle building exercise which will help you to gain weight.

Psychiatrist first, to get diagnosed and rule out medical reasons and assess the severity of anxiety and plan a treatment schedule. If you need interventions like cbt (cognitive behavior therapy), either the psychiatrist can give, if he has time and uses it or a trained clinical psychologist (not normal psychologist) can give, when he refers.

1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6. Take light dinner. 7. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time. 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9.
