Hi If you want to put on weight, you need to eat a meal rich in protein and a good amount of carbohydrates. Also do muscle strengthening exercise as that helps in building muscles. Sample plan Breakfast- omelette, idly, coconut chutney Lunch- rice, fish gravy, stir fry green beans Snack- peanuts Dinner- Roti Chickpea gravy Banana smoothie.

I have a disk job and in the last year my weight hi grow up .so I want to my weight loss so give me some health consult.
You have to do some modification in your diet & excercise. You can lose your weight upto 5 kg by following a good diet plan & excercise or a healthy diet with right ratio of calories, protein & carb. You have to avoid such type of high gi foods, simple carb like rice, refind flour products, unhealthy food like fried, oily foods, fast & junk food, tea, coffee, sugary products & sugary drinks. You should take a healthy breakfast. If you want to lose your weight please don't skip it because it will help you to boost your metabolism, includes seasonal veg salad with lunch & dinner. Use 6 small meal pattern instead of 3 major meal. Drink more than 12 glass of water per day drink water before 30 min & after 30 min of your meal

In majority of the cases irregular menses are accredited to hormonal imbalance, but in some cases it may be pathological and secondary to some pathology of ovaries mostly. Now if you want to regularized the menses then you must establish permanent balanced, first and this can be achieved only with homoeopathy, because in modern medicine we get only a hormonal support with a very temporary relief. But with homoeopathy you can strike the hormonal balance permanently which later on also give you regular menses even if you stop the medicine and your weight gain may be because of hormonal imbalance.

How The 7 Chakras Influence Our Endocrinal System.

No matter how life started in our universe, ancient knowledge and modern quantum biology agree on this essential principle: matter does not generate mind or consciousness but quite the other way around. Consciousness manifests the physical form or matter. Life is a very personal experience to each one of us. Yet we all share its fundamental building blocks: our core energy centers, called chakras in Sanskrit. The word chakra means wheel or vortex. I feel to weakness. I cannot run 10 minute. My age 19 but of I walk 15 mnt .i feel to rest. What can I do?

Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

For increasing weight ...First we have to work on ur digestive system..It will do Aam pachan and will increase ur digestive power and appetite.... Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.. Drink plenty of fluids.. Avoid constipation... Follow up after 1week we will start medicines and ur diet chart.

My eosinophil is 9.9 and LDL is 77 and vitamin d is 29.95.what impact it and what we can do.
Vitamin D is upto the mark. Try to include dairy products like double toned milk, yoghurt, soyabean, tofu. For lowering LDL levels, you need to check on your intake of lean meats, veggies and fruits on a daily basis.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4. Lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.
