Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns Premature ejaculation is one of the common sexual problem man faces in some time in his life, is sometimes a symptom to underlying cause. Tips for Oily Skin : -

Use a gentle facial cleanser twice a day. Most dermatologists agree that cleansing the skin is the best way to reduce oil.[1] Make sure to use a gentle, pH balanced cleanser rather than regular soap. Most soaps are highly alkaline and strip the natural acid mantle from the skin leaving it vulnerable to bacteria.

• Products containing benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, glycolic acid, or beta-hydroxy acid are often considered best. These are slightly acidic, however, so start off with only a small amount to make sure your skin doesn't have an adverse reaction.

• When washing your face, make sure you use warm water, not hot. Hot water can further irritate the skin.[2]

• Use a toner free of alcohol or acetone. Place a few drops on a clean, natural cotton pad and wipe it gently over the affected area. Toners can be harsh on skin, so dermatologists often recommend only using them on oily parts of your face rather than the whole face.[3]
Moisturize your skin. While it may seem counterproductive, oil and moisture are two different things. Even oily skin can be dehydrated and requires moisturizer to stay healthy. Make sure to use a light, oil-free moisturizer.[4]
Use blotting papers. This is a quick, effective solution to soak up excess oil. They won't cut down on your skin's oil production though, so this treatment should be paired with a cleansing regimen for the best results.

• Make sure you don't rub your skin with blotting papers. This can spread dirt and cause irritation. Instead, just gently press the paper down on your skin and hold it there for 15 to 20 seconds.[5]

Use a clay mask. Masks help draw out dirt and oil, keeping pores clean. These products can also dry out the skin, however, so make sure you don't overuse them. Once a week should be the maximum usage.[6]

Apply an oil-free, mineral powder makeup base for the daytime. Use powder blush rather than cream blush and powder eye shadows rather than cream eye shadows. A dusting of a translucent powder can be applied two or three times during the day after blotting the face with a tissue to remove any excess oil.

Today employees working in rotating shift duty at different services across 24 hrs in each week (24/7)is a common work culture phenomena. Being a consultant I found that shift duty as a major cause of some common but persistent health problems. Shift rotating duties may lead to increased degeneration process of the body. If we consider increasing age as a factor along with this, it can lead to serious health problems in some individuals. In addition to this employees take a meal in canteens but its food quality, making methods and nutritional value are different from home. Dear sir, I always feel like urinating. I go for urination 10 to 12 times daily. I think it's not clear and if I drink water I feel more urinating, my latrine is also not clear every time what should I do its happening from last 3, 4 years I consult with many doctors and gone for sugar test several times and the report is normal so pls help and other problem is when I go for sex I ejaculate very early, I think it is because of always feeling urinating what should I do. Pls give some remedies.

Hi lybrate-user Since you have symptoms from two months you must be having some medicines. Kindly share the treatment you had /having. Vertigo is a medical term which describes a sense if rotation even while stationary. It can often be confused with lightheadedness, generalised weakness, dizziness. Vertigo may be caused by problems in your peripheral (Ear &balance mechanism inside ear known as the vestibular system) or central nervous system. A complete checkup is required to isolate the cause. Peripheral vestibular  system causing vertigo symptoms may need initial medications to stabilise followed by Vestibular Rehabilitation  exercises. A good quality  of life can be achieved if properly managed. A Pure tone audiometry  and tympanometry  can detect any problem in the ear nerves and tympanic membrane pressure (both of which can be abnormal in case of ear diseases) An Xray of the Cervical Spine (AP /Lat/Lat-oblique to check for cervical spondylitis CT brain and a complete  haemogram  are some of the baseline tests needed for a good evaluation  of vertigo. Another cause of vertigo often not diagnosed by CT /MRI BPPV Benign Paroxysmal positional vertigo BPPV can be treated with Epleys manoeuvre  and Vestibular  Rehabilitation  exercises. With regular vestibular exercise you can be symptom free  and lead a normal life. Also if you still ha e symptoms with your current dose of Vertin the  dose will gs e to be adjusted. *Tips for starting vestibular exercise: No. 1: Sit on your bed with legs hanging. Keep your head straight and just by moving your  pupils first look to the right. Hold this position. Count to 10. If you have dizziness  with right gaze still hold that gaze. Then move your pupil to the left. Do this for 10 minutes for two weeks. When you can move your pupil to either side without symptoms, you can start another exercise. Share your reports. I am 23 year old , I am not able to pull my penis foreskin below the tip of it. When penis is in normal state I can pull it quite easily but when it erected it looks difficult to pull. Any easy method to over come it . Does it effect sex life ?

Try pulling it back slowly after applying some lubricant in it and if you still can't do it then consult a general surgeon and get circumcision operation done to solve the problem.

Heavy sweating (also known as hyperhidrosis) is a very real and embarrassing problem, but there are some effective ways to treat it. What Is Hyperhidrosis? Hyperhidrosis, or excessive sweating, is a common disorder which produces a lot of unhappiness. An estimated 2-3% of people suffer from excessive sweating of the underarms (axillary hyperhidrosis) or of the palms and soles of the feet (palmoplantar hyperhidrosis). Underarm problems tend to start in late adolescence, while palm and sole sweating often begins earlier, around the age 13 (on the average). Untreated, these problems may continue throughout life. Sweating is embarrassing, it stains clothes, ruins personal contact, and complicates business and social interactions. Severe cases can have serious practical consequences as well, making it hard for people who suffer from it to hold a pen, grip a car steering wheel, or shake hands. Causes OF Hyperhidrosis:- Although neurologic, endocrine, infectious, and other systemic diseases can sometimes cause hyperhidrosis, most cases occur in people who are otherwise healthy. Heat and emotions may trigger hyperhidrosis in some, but many who suffer from hyperhidrosis sweat nearly all their waking hours, regardless of their mood or the weather. Antiperspirants This may be the first treatment that a dermatologist recommends. It is affordable. When applied as directed, an antiperspirant can be effective. Your dermatologist may recommend a regular or clinical-strength antiperspirant. Some patients need a stronger antiperspirant and receive a prescription for one. Iontophoresis (the no-sweat machine) If excessive sweating affects your hands, feet, or both areas, this may be an option. You will use this treatment at home. It requires you to immerse your hands or feet in a shallow pan of tap water. As you do this, a medical device sends a low-voltage current through the water. Many people obtain relief. Some people dislike that this treatment can be time-consuming. Uses: Hands and feet It works by the electric current shuts down the treated sweat glands temporarily. Side effects: Some people develop: • Dry skin • Irritated skin • Discomfort during treatment Prescription medicine Some patients receive a prescription for a medicine that temporarily prevents them from sweating. These medicines work throughout the body. However we cannot prescribe in open question answer session as a rule but you can ask in consultation. These medicines prevent the sweat glands from working. Athletes, people who work in a hot place, and anyone who lives in a warm climate should use extreme caution when using this treatment. The body may not be able to cool itself. Uses: These medicines can effectively treat sweating that involves entire body. This medicine also can be an effective treatment for post-menopausal women who sweat excessively only from their head. Side effects: The medicines that prevent the sweat glands from working can cause: • Dry mouth • Dry eyes • Blurry vision • Heart palpations (abnormal heartbeat) Surgery If other treatments fail to bring relief, surgery may be considered. Surgery is permanent and carries risks. The following surgeries can stop excessive sweating: • Surgically remove sweat glands • Sympathectomy A dermatologist can surgically remove sweat glands from the underarms. This surgery can be performed in a dermatologist’s office. Only the area to be treated is numbed, so the patient remains awake during the surgery. A dermatologist may use one or more of the following surgical techniques to remove sweat glands from the underarms: • Excision (cut out sweat glands) • Liposuction (remove with suction) • Curettage (scrape out) • Laser surgery (vaporize) Sympathectomy is another surgery used to treat hyperhidrosis. This is major surgery, which a surgeon performs in an operating room. During sympathectomy, the surgeon tries to stop the nerve signals that your body sends to the sweat glands. To do this, the surgeon will cut or destroy certain nerves. To find these nerves, the surgeon inserts a mini surgical camera into the patient’s chest just beneath the underarm. The patient’s lung must be temporarily collapsed so that the surgeon can cut or destroy nerves. Uses: • Surgical removal of sweat glands is used to treat the underarms • Sympathectomy is mainly used to treat the palms

Panic attacks can debilitate a person greatly. The panic or anxiety attacks can be extremely powerful and intense, whereby a person starts hallucinating. The level of hallucination can vary depending on the severity of the attack. Such people often hallucinate about something bad or catastrophic striking them.  They lose self composure. In extreme cases, they cut themselves off from the outside world and recoil into their safe zone (Agoraphobia).

Panic attacks, should, by no means, be confused with depression. These attacks can be essentially divided into three phases; the start phase, it then reaches the pinnacle or the zenith, before sliding down (fades away). The duration of a panic attack can vary from long to very long periods. The whole experience can leave a person depressed, traumatized and drained out (physically and emotionally). A timely medical assistance can prove to be extremely fruitful.
Panic attacks- its causative, signs and symptoms

 A panic attack, can, indeed, come out of the blue (unexpectedly). Extreme emotional turmoil or anxiety can trigger such an attack. An over excited nervous system might turn out to be the wrecker in chief, throwing life in jeopardy. A person might be unprepared to deal with such a situation. Though extremely difficult, the best thing would be to try and relax. The attack is just an extreme state of mind, an abstract feeling that can never come true. It will pass off soon. Panicking will only pile onto your agony. Identifying the associated symptoms can prove to be effective. 

Some of the important symptoms associated with pain attacks include:

  • A feeling of breathlessness, suffocation and dizziness.
  • The palms appear to be sweaty.
  • A person may complain of uneasiness or chest pain. 
  • Increased palpitations are quite common during panic attacks.
  • A person might experience severe chills or heat flushes. 
  • Twitching and trembling of the muscles are often observed during the attacks.
  • An intense fear of death or going insane grips the person completely.
  • Hands, legs, arms begin to tingle.
  • During anxiety attacks, a person loses the reasoning ability.

Few short term behavioural therapies can be of great help. Meditation, yoga and certain breathing practices can effectively ward off physical and mental fatigue.  CBT or Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a popular technique used to deal with panic attacks. This technique primarily emphasises on the present conditions and factors resulting in panic and ways to minimise or completely eliminate the attacks.

For prevention of hair fall follow these instructions: • Do not take A lot of stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation to destress yourself. You can do Pranayams or take long deep breaths whlie closing your eyes I a peaceful environment for at least 8-10 minutes. • Add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs.. • To reduce hairfall and whitening of hairs, Practice Yogasana like Shirshasana and Sarwangasana only under the guidance of Expert. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. It increases blood circulation in your scalp and enhances hair growth. • Avoid the excess use of products such as hair colours or shampoo. * Take Vitamin-E rich foods like dry fruits (Almonds, Pista etc) daily. * You can take Vitamnin E supplement (100 mg capsiles) daily and tab. Boitin only under the supervision of nearest physician. * Apply the egg yolk to the scalp atleast once a week. It gives nourishment to hair root and enhances hair growth.
