Fresh mlk is better to be given from cup and spoon and not bottlefeed. You can start home made semisoilds.

Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer. If you have tried all these and still have problems, please consult me for prescription medication.

Hi, Thank you for the query. It looks like you may either have acidity or some kind of soreness due to the oesophagial reflux. Lifestyle modifications can relieve your sore throat due to acid reflux. Eat small and frequent meals, and avoid acidic, spicy, or overly fatty foods. These items are more likely to induce heartburn, sore throat, and other symptoms. Experiment with different textures when eating to find items that soothe your throat. People who have trouble swallowing may find that eating sticky foods or drinking liquids is more difficult and painful than soft foods or solids cut into small pieces. You should also avoid drinks that can trigger your heartburn and irritate your esophageal lining. These vary from person to person, but often include: caffeinated drinks (coffee, tea, soft drinks, hot chocolate) alcoholic beverages citrus and tomato juices carbonated sodas or water Because everyone’s triggers are different, you can try keeping a journal to record what you eat and drink and when you feel symptoms. This may help you narrow down the causes of your heartburn. Once you know what your triggers are, you can start changing your diet. Try not to lie down within a few hours of eating to prevent reflux symptoms. Talk to your doctor before using herbal supplements or other medications to soothe a sore throat. 1. Water

सपने में सेक्स संबंधी दृश्य देखने पर गुप्तांग में उत्तेजना आती है और शुक्राशय में एकत्रित हुआ वीर्य निकल जाता है, इसे स्वप्नदोष (नाइट फाल) होना कहते हैं।

दूसरा कारण होता है कब्ज होने से मलाशय में मल सड़ना। स्वप्नदोष के रोगी को दो बातों का खयाल रखना चाहिए, एक तो दिमाग साफ रखना और दूसरा पेट साफ रखना।
दिमाग में यौन विषय का विचार तक न आने दें, कामुक चिंतन-मनन करना तो बहुत दूर की बात है। हमेशा दिमाग को अच्छे कामों और विचारों में उलझाए रखें, ताकि गंदे और यौन संबंधी कोई भी विचार आ ही न सकें, यही दिमाग साफ रखना कहलाता है।
कब्ज से बचने के लिए अपच से बचें। ये दोनों उपाय करते रहें तो बिना दवा सेवन किए भी स्वप्नदोष होना सदा के लिए बंद हो जाएगा, यह तो हुआ बगैर दवा का इलाज। इस प्रकार की व्याधि के लिए आयुर्वेदिक तरीके से इलाज का तरीका व दवा का परिचय यहां दिया जा रहा है-
स्वप्नदोष (Nightfall): तन और मन दोनों साफ रखें
(1) पालक के पत्ते लगभग 250 ग्राम पानी से खूब धोकर सिल पर बिना पानी के पीस लें। एक मोटे साफ धुले हुए कपड़े को पानी में भिगोकर खूब अच्छी तरह निचोड़ लें, ताकि कपड़े में पानी न रहे। अब इसमें पिसी हुई पालक रखकर कपड़े को दबा-दबाकर पालक का रस एक कप में टपकाएं। सुबह खाली पेट यह रस, दन्त मंजन करने के बाद पी लें और आधा घंटे तक कुछ खाएं-पिएं नहीं। यह प्रयोग रोजाना 6-7 दिन तक करने से स्वप्नदोष होना बंद हो जाता है। यह एक आयुर्वेदिक परीक्षित नुस्खा है।
(2) नीम गिलोय के अंगुलभर आकार के तीन टुकड़े और तीन काली मिर्च सिल पर रखकर कूट-पीसकर खूब बारीक कर लें। इसे सुबह खाली पेट पानी के साथ पिएं। जब स्वप्नदोष होना बिलकुल बंद हो जाए, तब इसका सेवन करना बंद कर दें।

For three to four years I am having itching problem. It maintains in all seasons. If I consume sea food itching goes for extremely. If I consume non vegetarian it has not much problem. I am taking cetgel capsules 10 mg daily on doctor's advise. If I didn't consume for two days itching increases.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. There can actually be many reasons of pain in shoulder and hand region, it could be some degeneration in neck region or shoulder region. Also there can be an element of inflammation which can cause this also. My advise to you will be to start with some gentle anti inflammatory medication, physical therapy, adequate calcium and vitamin d intake and activity modification which leads to less stress on your neck and shoulder region. If you do not improve in next 2-3 weeks time, we will have to investigate you and get some investigations done. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance. Use Tea Tree face wash and Toner twice daily. Use AHA Glow face wash once in a day. Use Sunscreen with SPF 30 daily. Use natural face pack of Multani Mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- Do not eat Junk, Eat more Vegetables and fruits especially with Vitamin C. Thanks

there is in ayurveda mention pinda swed ..it is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner .. 1.boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2.apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night .. by doing above thing you will get good result

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

Head injuries occur due to a variety of injuries - road accidents, falls, sports, assaults, etc.  While some injuries might be obvious, others may not have an external injury. However, given the structure and vascularity of the brain, there could be definite damage to the blood flow and brain function. There would be alteration in the person's behavior which may seem weird to others. A detailed history and examination will help unearth these symptoms and the underlying causes and thereby manage them. Any of the above injuries can result in jarring of the brain, and especially in cases of children, it is advisable to immediately consult a doctor.  If it was a very minor injury, then any of the following symptoms should warrant a visit to the doctor.

  1. Worsening headache 
  2. Nausea 
  3. Vomiting
  4. Dizziness 
  5. Difficulty waking up from sleep 
  6. Irritability and confusion 
  7. Unequal pupil size or dilated pupils
  8. Confused about name or place of belonging
  9. Unclear speech
  10. Numbness in the legs or arms 

As with all other conditions, homeopathy believes in getting to the root of the issue and not just treating the symptoms. There have been cases reported where the patient had severe symptoms, was given homeopathic remedies with complete cure of symptoms.  There are specific remedies in the acute phase and the chronic phase. In acute phase, commonly given remedies in the acute phase include Aconite, Arnica, and opium. They are aimed at stimulating recovery and should be given immediately after the injury has happened.

  1. Aconite:  Used when the patient is restless and panicky with the fear of death.
  2. Opium: These may have injuries elsewhere but not on the head, may feel dazed or be in coma, could also have a bloated face.
  3. Arnica: If the patient is severely bruised, however is denying help and claims to feel well, then Arnica should be given

In chronic phase these remedies help in managing the long term implications of a concussion that sets in sometimes even after months.

  1. Natrum sulphuricum: The person here is usually depressed and irritable, suicidal in some cases, have a feeling of ringing in the ears, experience vertigo.  The symptoms are worsened in wet or damp conditions.
  2. Natrum muriaticum: The person becomes sad or withdrawn, have a chronic headache that is worsened when out in the sun and develop a dislike for salt.  Being at the seaside can make these symptoms to improve or worsen dramatically. 
  3. Hypericum: The person will have convulsions immediately after the injury and can complain of pins and needles sensation later on.
  4. Helleborus:  The person seems shut down since the injury has happened with indifference to pain or pleasure.
  5. Hyoscymus:  The person becomes talkative, excited, laughs inappropriately, and in rare cases, muscle spasms or even epilepsy.
