Hi there ~ the key to fighting depression is to start with a few small goals and slowly build from there. Draw upon whatever resources you have. You may not have much energy, but you probably have enough to take a short walk around the block or pick up the phone to call a loved one. Spend some time in nature list what you like about yourself read a good book watch a funny movie or tv show take a long, hot bath take care of a few small tasks play with a pet talk to friends or family face-to-face listen to music do something spontaneous

Due to excessive stress condition it affect on internal physiological aspects. Stress may also cause for skin problems. It is difficult to continue study in that case you please do some part time job. Primary level students tuition or part time reception etc. What ever available to do as per your wish. Today studies means not regular study. There are so many courses in distance mode. Study distance mode. No need of discontinued. If you do some job. No one have a chance to stop. It will continue for long. It develops your self confidence. And self esteem. Sit in home thinking too much about this problem. It leads stress later depressive thoughts. Later severe depression. So because of your unnecessary thinking you need to consult also. So do not think too much. Search any part time job as a receptionist in hospital or tuition teacher. What is best to do it. Do not depend on others. If you do job you will continue further studies with out depend on others. So take step. Do it in action. Do not be lazy. Do not think alone and do not be alone. Be share your personal feelings and problems with close friends and family members. Be sociable all the time and be happy all the time. Ok all the best.

Based on the only information avalaiible I am expecting the need to understand and a=change certain factor in the enviornment triggering this. Plus also a need for behavioural modification which can be sought from a clinical psychologist.

I am 45 years of age, working for a bank. I find it hard to sleep at night and 2 - 3 times a week remain awake all through the night. At times when I sleep, I have a disturbed sleep. I wake up very early at around 4.00 - 4.30 am for yoga for an hour. I do not enjoy my work in the office because of heavy pressures. I do not have any children which is the root cause for my isolation. Inspite of repeated efforts, I could not have a child. My husband does not cooperates with me and I feel lonely. I had been to various psychariats for help but no body helped me, saying you learn to accept things as it is.

You lost lack of friendliness. Nobody understand your personal problems. In work area also every one do not like to talk to you. Even in home also you have no lovingness. You have no frinds and nobody loves to you. You always in the work only. You always think about work. You are not think about your personal feelings and problems. You better to consult psychologist share your problems he will suggest to you some of methods. Or better to make a very good friendliness with others. Time some more time for your personal life. My mom is hypertensive .. She is on telmisartan 20mg od since 4 month bt still her bp is 150/66 mmhg.. What should do now ?? Increase dose to 40mg or change to any other drug??

If she is more than 60 years age it is ok. if younger increase to 40mg telmisartan. age is important.how is her sleep appetite and excercise. do insist for salt restriction and walking for 30 minutes min more better. how about her wt. if overwait then reducing weight can help.

He is not care for you means your side also some mistakes are there may be. Analyse yourself maybe you are not good at sex time. You are not fresh all the time. You are not providing good food may be. You are not show your love and affection properly. Today husband demands are more now. Wife must be friendly very affectionate, she is good at sex, always wants to be fresh. Like a friends she must advise all the time. He needs motherly affection. Taking zapiz is not the solution. You are suffering from mixed anxiety and depression. I suggest you to consult a psychiatrist and start medications and psychotherapy.

Smoking, in general, has a negative effect on the human body. It can cause a host of disorders such as mouth cancer, blood pressure problems, and lung cancer. Smoking affects the sexual performance of both men and women.

1. Impotence: Smoking can damage the blood vessels that lead to erectile dysfunction (a condition where the penis cannot sustain an erection).
2. Decrease in libido: Smoking can cause various physical problems such as stamina reduction and lack of desire for sex. An individual who smokes won't be able to give an optimal sexual performance and this can further lower satisfaction levels.
3. Erectile dysfunction: Smoking can cause problems related to the circulation of the blood in the body. It can narrow the arteries that supply blood and this is directly linked with erectile dysfunction.
4. Tissue damage: Smoking can damage the tissues inside the penis thus impairing your ability to have an erection during sexual intercourse.

I have been very stressed out with work lately. Because of that I haven't been able to have a close time with my wife and we have started developing a lot of friction due to not having sex. Whenever we are close I've got this weird mental block in my head that stops me from initiating it. Furthermore even with such a long gap, my wife wants me to try new ways of doing it. This makes me feel more awkward since I was only comfortable doing it in the usual way which she says doesn't satisfy her. Very perplexed on what to do.

You can address that by visiting a counselor and when that is sorted out, life will be a lot better at home. If your wife is not working, then it will be a great need for her being at home and waiting for your arrival and for some pleasure too. If you are not able to satiate her, naturally there will much friction. If stress is the cause, meeting a counselor must and will change this situation. However, if that is not the reason, then you need to explore other factors with the counselor or a sexologist. You need to be aware that there must be innovation in the performance of sex and the repeated and monotonous attempt at a standardized approach will put your wife off. A sexologist will guide you on this and your bedroom life will stand to improve considerably and so will your marital life.

You analyse your behaviour in professional and personal life situations. Knowingly or unknowingly you are doing some mistakes. Analyse the mistakes and take further steps to repeat again. Mistakes every one do. But punishment is not the solution. We should not repeat again in life situations. This is called maturity. Even successful people are also have this type of thoughts. Some stage we lost everything. But we should take further steps it should be repeated. Better to analyse yourself or take the help of your closed once. Love and share your feelings to closed once. Do not be alone. Be friendly and be sociable. Man is a social animal. Not a single person. We cannot do anything alone. Life means system of togetherness. Do not think about suicide. Hi lybrate-user the headache that you are experiencing, could be because of" stress" you could also be a bit in depression but for that you need to ask a psychologist who will diagnose your problem and tell you ways to deal with the problem. Anger and laziness both can be associated to stress/depressed state of mind.
