Start taking black til (seasam) with a glass of lukewarm milk early morning. Avoid pickles, spices, oily, greesy food items, too much of salt in food shud be avoided. Start avle ka murabba daily. Also have a high protien rich diet e. G. Pulses, dry fruits, black gram, ground nut etc, white of egg (if you eat egg). Also oil your hair with good herbal oil and wash with herbal shamppoo - avoid shampoos with high acid contents. As far as ayurveda's therapy is concerned - start with shirodhara with herbal oil and nasyam therapy for atleast 15 days. This will greatly help. Do gentle massage with herbal hair oil daily night for 15 minutes.

I have sunken eyes and dark circle what home remedy should I do to get rid of this problem.
Dear lybrate-user, Greetings of the day. Sunken eyes and dark circles around the eyes suggest poor nourishment. It can appear in fat as well as thin people. If you are thin and underweight, you have to improve your diet by including milk, ghee, home made butter, Dry fruits, fresh fruits etc. Along with home made food. Also increase liquid part in the diet. Even If you are overweight or obese, you are undernourished. For that, you have to take corrective steps to reduce obesity and improve nourishment. Outer therapies like cream application etc. Help very little in such cases. All the best.

Sir I having a hair falling problem from last 3 years my hairs are continuously falling day by day so can you help me...
Hair loss and dandruff can be controlled by - 1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in vitamin c like amla and oranges. 10. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.

Most of the fungus are now resistant to ketoconazole now. Try Sertaconazole or terbenafine. But first let some dermatologist confirm your diagnosis. Or you can send us your clinical photographs. good luck

The best way stop using shampoos all are chemical based. So if possible you can use shikakai for your hair that will not spoil your hair and hands. If possible apply coconut oil mixed with turmeric and do a gentle massage for your hands.

How Homeopathy Helps Manage Acne?

Homeopathic remedies are prescribed after a thorough analysis of your medical history, emotional and physical constitution. All Homeopathic medicines are based on achieving potency of the substance, which is done by diluting it with water and alcohol. In case of acne, this treatment controls the secretion of oil from the skin, removes acne related scars and eliminates underlying conditions such as hormonal imbalance that causes acne.

Various Homeopathic remedies to treat acne are:

  1. Calcaria sulphuricum: This treatment is recommended for people who regularly have large pimples filled with pus. The person tends to be easily affected by heat.
  2. Dulcamara: It is used in treating acne as well as scars left by acne. It is usually recommended for acne that occurs due to climate changes.
  3. Sanguinaria: It is a very effective remedy for treating acne in women who have problems in their periods. It is also used in acne treatment in women who suffer from sexual problems.
  4. Silica: This treatment enhances the immune system of the body so that acne formation in the body is reduced. This is a common treatment for people who have recurrent bouts of acne.
  5. Natrum muriaticum: This treatment is made from common salt and is used to treat acne that results from menstrual irregularities and other hormonal disturbances. It is also used for treating oily skin and other rashes which result from it.
  6. Arctium lappa: It is a Homeopathic remedy for treating symptoms of acne and its scars. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a homeopath.

Hi lybrate-user, In our fast paced lifestyle hair loss has emerged as a common problem among people, irrespective of the gender and the age. So, when Ayurveda introduced a range of treatments and methods to treat hair-loss, a number of people flocked towards it. Below are some of the treatments you may settle on, to slow down your ongoing hair-loss. 1. Dietary Tips To Recover Hair Volume - Regular intake of fresh juices prepared from spinach, carrot, and lettuce let your hairs relive. In addition to this, one can consider having aloe vera juice or aloe vera gel thrice a day for 2-3 months. This can definitely work wonders to improve the length as well as volume of your hair. Owing to high content of calcium and magnesium in sesame seeds, its consumption every morning can have a great effect on controlling hair fall. 2. Yoga And Meditation Helps Treat Hair Loss - Sarvangasana, an inverted asana has the potential to overturn the gravity of hair loss. Inverted asanas stimulate the blood flow towards the head, which strengthens the hair and prevent it from falling. But, it is advisable to practice asanas under the supervision of a yoga teacher. In the meanwhile, you can consider practicing deep breathing to relieve the brain nerves, control. 3. Work To Relieve Pitta Dosha - Pitta Dosha being the major reason behind the hair fall, has always grabbed the attention of researchers. As an outcome, they came up with several remedies to treat pitta dosha, ashwagandha is one of them. As ashwagandha is rich in anti-oxidants, it can throw all the toxins out from the body and cleans your body if consumed daily. Do not forget to drink a plentiful amount of water. 4. Say “Yes” To Ayurvedic Herbs - Ayurvedic herbs like bhringaraaja, brahmi, amla, neem, reetha, and ashwagandha are being used since decades to treat premature graying and reverse balding. Bhringaraaja oil acts as a great rejuvenator and thus helps promote sound sleep, which further results in better hair growth. On the other hand, brahmi can be applied as a hair pack available in most of the stores to promote hair growth. 5. Go For Hot Oil Massage - Ayurvedic oils like that of almond, coconut, castor, olive, sesame seeds and amla are also effective in improving circulation and rejuvenating hair follicles. Massage with Ayurvedic oil twice a week results in unexpected improvement in the hair volume within the tenure of 5-6. Diet balancing, Meditation, Yoga and herbal concoctions are superior as well as natural ways of restoring density and overall quality of your hairs. So, go out and choose any of the ayurvedic treatments to become the proud owner of beautiful hairs. Hope this helps. Good Luck.

Homoeopathic medicine-------------- sepia 30 (dr reckeweg) drink 1 drop direct on tongue daily night for 3 month--------------- natural treatment to eliminatemoles----------- castor oil helps remove warts and moles. Being a discutient, it helps dissolve and eliminate unusual growths. This method is not likely to leave scars. However, it tends to take a lot of time as it gets rid of moles one layer at a time. 1. Mix a pinch of baking soda and a few drops of castor oil. You can also mix in ground aspirin. 2. Gently rub the mixture on your mole. 3. Leave it on for a few hours until it dries naturally. 4. Do this twice daily for about one month. If you do not have baking soda, you can use castor oil alone.
