Hand exercise dear, you can do it, 1……. Make a Fist Hand and finger exercises can help strengthen your hands and fingers, increase your range of motion, and give you pain relief. Stretch only until you feel tightness. You shouldn't feel pain. Start with this simple stretch: •Make a gentle fist, wrapping your thumb across your fingers. •Hold for 30 to 60 seconds. Release and spread your fingers wide. •Repeat with both hands at least four times. Finger Stretch Try this stretch to help with pain relief and to improve the range of motion in your hands: •Place your hand palm-down on a table or other flat surface. •Gently straighten your fingers as flat as you can against the surface without forcing your joints. •Hold for 30 to 60 seconds and then release. •Repeat at least four times with each hand. Claw Stretch This stretch helps improve the range of motion in your fingers. •Hold your hand out in front of you, palm facing you. •Bend your fingertips down to touch the base of each finger joint. Your hand should look a little like a claw. •Hold for 30 to 60 seconds and release. Repeat at least four times on each hand. Grip Strengthener This exercise can make it easier to open door knobs and hold things without dropping them. •Hold a soft ball in your palm and squeeze it as hard as you can. •Hold for a few seconds and release. •Repeat 10 to 15 times on each hand. Do this exercise two to three times a week, but rest your hands for 48 hours in between sessions. Don't do this exercise if your thumb joint is damaged. I hope apka hand acha or majbut ho jayga thnx……………………

2 Best Flexibility Exercises for Frozen Shoulder

2 Best Flexibility Exercises for Frozen Shoulder

I  Straight Arm Crossover

It’s easy to ignore what we don’t see, and this is often the fate of the posterior shoulder muscles. What makes these smaller muscles so significant is the way they work with the upper back muscles to stabilize and move the shoulder blades. The more flexibility and control you have in your shoulders, the more dexterity you have in your hands.

1. Begin by standing with your feet shoulder width apart and your right arm extended across the chest. Hook your left arm under the right forearm to hold the right arm in place. Use your left arm to press the right arm inward toward your chest.

2. Repeat the stretch on the opposite side by placing your right arm under the left forearm to hold the left arm across your chest. Using the right arm for assistance, press the left arm inward toward your chest.

II  Kneeling Reach, Roll, and Lift

It’s often the smallest muscles around a joint that limit your range of motion. This exercise does an excellent job of opening up the shoulder joint andactivating the hard-to-isolate muscles on the back side of the shoulder.

1. Begin on your hands and knees with your head facing the floor.Extend your arms out in front of you, palms on the floor, with your head and neck in a neutral position.

2. Keep your left arm in place throughout the movement and your right arm straight out in front of you, turning your right palm up.

3. Raise your arm up off the floor as far as you can without straining.

Your lumbar nerve roots are most probably pinched in the intervertebral disc which might be getting away from its natural position. You should get an MRI examination of your Lumbo Sacral spine and consult further with reports. Till then avoid forward bending, lifting heavy objects and avoiding soft mattresses for sleeping. A lumbo sacral belt is advisable.

Hello physiotherapy is the best treatment for this condition. There are many reasons for this type of pain- 1. Overuse of muscles, 2. Deficiency of vitamin d3 or calcium, or lack of water in the body, 3. Postural stress, 4. Muscle strain, etc. Please send me all investigation reports if available. I can help you by providing correct ergonomic and physiotherapeutic tips. Till then you can follow these advises:- 1. Take calcium supplements and sun bath daily to prevent further damage to your joints. 2. Avoid heavy lifting. 3. Avoid squatting, cross leg sitting and weight bearing activities. 4. Use western toilet. 5. Wear shock absorbing, good quality of shoes while walking. 6. Keep roll of a towel under your knees while sleeping. 7. Perform some gentle exercises and stretching of your all joints before getting out of your bed. 8. Walk straight with shoulder protracted. 9. Perform deep breathing exercises or yoga for proper functioning of lungs. Thanks. Wish you happy and pain free life.
