 Manoj has been a very passionate Counsellor since his college days, and likes to understand people’s problems from the root and helps clients to cope after carefully listening & understanding the severity of the issues.

Back in the day, people facing problems in their lives used to first go to Manoj for counselling and advice. Being an Engineer by qualification from JNTUK, he went on to work at a Research Facility and subsequently joined a company as an IT Professional in Hyderabad. He strongly believes that we as humans can possess multiple passions and have the potential to pursue them which lead him to take up the Masters in Psychology from IGNOU, New Delhi. He is currently completing an Executive MBA course from IIMC Hyderabad.

Manoj uses a variety of techniques like; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Behavioural Therapy, Client-Centric Therapy, Integrative or Holistic Therapy. While he worked as an RJ at All India Radio, where he had the opportunity to interact with a diverse set of people and that’s the time when he started studying their thoughts and behavior through the interactions he had on the calls.

He is a well traveled person, who interacts with all age groups to learn, understand & study different mindsets. He continues to inspire and get inspired by people he meets while travelling and gives life and energy to everyone around him.
