Hello, Physical activity for atleast an hour everyday is very important. Stay healthy by learning the art of healthy eating. No foods which are high in sugar, salt and bakery products. Refrain alcohol completely. Focus on having more fluids, specially when you reside in the co, d weathers.

I may be having hereditary of hair falling but the thing which irritates me the most is whenever I shaved of my hair of my head it grows well but after a month it start falling again and leave patchy scalp and after suffering from years of hair fall the scalp of my crown part are distinctly showing off and I do not believe in mintop soln its a shit it will not protect your hair or grows. So advice me something that is actually helpful as I've described the symptoms above. Thank u.

DEAR Lybrate USER. You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. …. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day …2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits …6) avoid coffee and tea…. A) take 30ml of triphala juice and 10 ml of honey early in the morning on empty stomach and at night before sleep. B) take 2-2 tablets of lakshyadi guggul and vasantkusumakar rasa early in the morning on empty stomach with triphala juice…. C) take 2-2 tablets of tapyadi loha and sutshekhar vati along with 10 gm of jiggery after meals…. D) apply equal quantity mixture of fresh lemon juice and aloe vera juice on the roots of hairs…. Leave it for 30-45 minutes…. After that wash hairs with ROOTZ SHAMPOO (rajah ayurveda)…… do all things for 30 days. These things are much more effective. Consult to me for further suggestion. THANKS.

Hello Doctor, I am 27 years old male. I don't drink or smoke. I have very addiction of masturbation. I usually masturbate 3-4 times a day and around 25-30 times a week. I am masturbating since 2005, but now I feel so much exhausted. These days, When I go to bed at night, I start masturbating 2-3 times and then I start feeling so much exhausted, I feel so much anxious and stress in my body that I am unable to even stand. I feel so numb and very difficult to breathe. It feels like panic attack. I feel so bad. I am even unable to get healthy sleep. When I try to sleep I feel so anxious, stressed and panic and then suddenly I woke up. Sometime I am unable to sleep whole night. I am trying to get rid of this habit, but it is so hard to do. Hi. Thanks for the query. For a detailed personalised diet chart you will need to take consultation also understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Weight gain is all about taking more calories than you burn. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food that helps weight gain. Eat meals at frequent intervals. You need to eat at least 6 main and mid meals a day. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, dry fruits, starchy vegetables, rice, bread, whole grain cereals, smoothies, masala milk, ghee, cream in your meals. Just eating sugary, sweet foods is not good. Try to have healthy deserts like kheer, chikki or lassi. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. It helps development of muscle mass and improves appetite. Even if you were to take just medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation. You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal and good exercise routine, it's crucial.

Tips for regular weight lose: increase the quantity of fruits and vegetables and low calorie foods. Avoid intake of too much salt as it may be a factor for increasing body weight. Milk products like cheese, butter etc. And non-vegetarian foods should be avoided as they are rich in fat. Mint is very beneficial in losing weight. A chutney of green mint with some simple spices can be taken with meals. Mint tea also helps. Spices like dry ginger, cinnamon, black pepper etc. Are good for loosing weight and can be used in a number of ways. Regular intake of carrot juice. Avoid rice and potato, which contain a lot of carbohydrates. Among cereals wheat is good. Vegetables like bitter gourd (karela), and bitter variety of drumstick are useful in loosing weight. Honey is an excellent home remedy for obesity. It mobilizes the extra deposited fat in the body allowing it to be utilized as energy for normal functions.

Dear, shampoos and oils do not make much change because, they hardly penetrate layers of skin, where roots (live part of hair) are present. Instead concentrate on food, if all other factors are fine. -protein rich diet, dry fruits-almonds, dates.

Take pranacharya allergin capsule twice a day. Take panchnimbadi churna with water twice a day. Take panchtikta ghrit guggul and arogya vardhini vati with warm water. Take pranacharya charm vikarasav 2-2 tsf with water twice a day. Apply marichyadi oil on affected part. Take these medicines in supervision of a good ayurvedic doctor.

Hello, you need to drink lots of water to avoid water retention. Reduce salt n sugar intake. Increase calcium intake, include yoghurt, low fat cheese or paneer. Do exercises like spell X-O, make face like blowing a candle. Laugh loudly.
