Why i am having a pain in period days?
Pain during periods for the first two days is usually normal. And you can have simple pain killers for that to see if it helps. Please take these after food. However, if there is pain throughout the month on and off or continuous or the pain during periods continues throughout and is debilitating please consult a gynaecologist.

Dear Lynrate user, First of all zaroori nahi hai ki vo preganant hui hogi ,at times delayed menses are also due to stress and other factors so its better if you tell her to take a pregnancy test it is 99% accurate. Because agar hogi pregnant to test me ajaega she is already 15 days delayed. And agar positive ata bhi hai to bhi no need to worry there are medicines to abort the pregnancy. Do not panic. And takecare.

If your pregnancy test is -ve, you might have done too earlier or Your delayed menses may be the result of your stress. As stress plays an important role in irregular menstrual cycle. *When you're under physical or emotional stress, your body produces the stress hormones adrenaline and cortisol. Elevated levels force the brain to decide which bodily functions are essential and which are nonessential until the stressful event is over. Things like blood flow to the muscles and oxygen to the lungs increase while others, like digestion and the reproductive system, may stop temporarily in extreme cases.  Other factors causing delayed menses like change in schedule, hormonal imbalance, increase or decrease in weight.

Dos 6 - 6. Do eat seafood
Seafood is loaded with vitamins and minerals, such as heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids, zinc, and iron, which are important for both mom and baby. Unfortunately, undercooked or raw seafood can also cause some problems.

Is it bad to have sex every day?

BHMS

Ask Free Question
Is it bad to have sex every day? generally speaking, there isn't any harm, as long as you and your partner are both happy with this. Having sex seven or more times a week is considerably more than the average, which is just under twice a week. However, many loved-up couples, particularly in the honeymoon phase, will have daily sex and this reflects the new passion you have for one another. If you're further into a relationship and still having daily sex, many would ask" what's your secret. There are several ways to communicate in a relationship and bonding through sex is a great way to stay connected as a couple.

A question of balance
The only issues would be if one partner doesn't want to have as much sex as the other, in which case the frequency needs to be negotiated. Most couples have to navigate this area at some point. The other issue is if your focus is so much on sex that you have no other way to relate to each other. Sex shouldn't be the only activity you enjoy together.
If you're single, daily sex isn't necessarily harmful, but it does indicate a rather one-dimensional approach to life. And the more sex you have with multiple partners, the more you increase your risk of unsafe sex. There are a few signs that could indicate your daily sex isn't healthy and may border on a sex or love addiction. If you find yourself thinking about, planning or pursuing sex for the majority of the day or night, so that your focus is not on your responsibilities, this is a problem.
Libido naturally fluctuates across the lifespan, and as a reflection of what's going on in your life and relationship. The amount of sex you're having must feel as though it's in balance with the rest of your life. The moment you feel it is unbalanced, take some time to get it back. Your life as a couple will be better for it.

Your Menses are absolutely normal. Menstrual bleeding lasting for 2-7 days is considered as normal. If ur bleeding has reduced from 4 days to 3 days, it is not abnormal. And nothing wrong in having oral sex or whatever activity u do. If u happen to have vaginal sex, make sure u take i-pill immediately to prevent pregnancy

HOW TO PREVENT SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED DISEASES ?

The best ways to avoid getting an STD are to abstain from any sexual contact and be in a monogamous, long-term relationship with an uninfected partner. To reduce the odds of getting STDs:
Ask your partner if he or she has an STD.
Ask partners to be tested before sexual activity.
Use condoms.
Avoid sexual activity if your partner has signs of an STD.
Be aware of symptoms and get regular checkups with your health care provider.

Hi. Welcome to lybrate. Sorry to hear about your condition. Usually hormonal imbalance alters the endometrial lining of uterus resulting in such abnormal bleeding. However to diagnose your problem you would firstly require an ultrasound scan of pelvis. Depending upon reports you may need to get hormone panel also done. All the best.
