Dear sir, My brother is about 28 year old and resides in Agra. His pronunciation in not clear. (भरी भरी आवाज़ हे |) he sounds high and unclear words. Sometimes he mixes the words,(means speaks with high speed / frequency). In childhood he suffered with thyroid. We have given him full treatment for that. Hello, your symptoms can be due to seborrheic dermatitis which is a severe form of dandruff. Don't use Fucibet for long since it contains a steroid and can give side effects. Please use Salisia KT or Scalpe shampoo for head bath and around nose during bath thrice a week for a month and then as maintenance at least once a week for 2 months. Avoid oiling scalp as fungus thrives in oily scalp. You could oil 1 hr prior to head bath. Apply Tacrovera solution on scalp and around nose at night for a month. Please see a local dermatologist for further assessment if no satisfactory response.

You may require confirmation of Collar Bone Fracture by X Ray. and confirm that broken segments have not damaged the soft tissue. Dear sir, I am sure you are under the care of good doctors. Please continue their advice until 6 months after the stroke. If you are not happy with their treatment, I would suggest you see a new locally available neurophysician who will examine you and get some tests done.

Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days.

Dear lybrate user, a single sperm cell takes about 4 months to mature fully before it is being ejaculated. So I would request to continue the following medication for your son to continue at least 6 months:- 1) add 5 drops of each of homoeopathic selenium 1m + homoeopathic aurum met 1m + homoeopathic zincum met 1m in a glass of water & drink it early morning before brushing your teeth daily. 2) mix 1 tablespoon of ayurvedic dhatupousthik churna in a glass of lukewarm milk & drink it after breakfast daily. 3) take 30 drops of homoeopathic sterlin-m (repl company) with water after lunch daily. 4) after dinner mix 4 pills of unani jiriyani with 1 tablespoon of unani majun arad khurma in a glass of lukewarm milk & drink it before going to bed. This combination of homeo-herbal-unani remedies have effectively increased the sperm count in about 95% of patients who are suffering from oligospermia as per my experience. Along with the aforesaid medications follow the precautions given below for effective results:- 1) he should abstain from any sexual intercourse or masturbation during the first three months of medication 2) he should avoid wearing tight underwear 3) he should avoid driving car/bike for more than 30 minutes continously 4) he should avoid any type of addiction if he has any. Your son have to continue the medication for 6 months continuously but I advise you to check his sperm count by conducting semen analysis after every three months of the aforesaid medication in order to know the progress.

its basically body's energy which is excreted out by mastrubation..u might not be balancing expense of energy with its intake causing imbalance which causes weakness. -just have daily morning walks/jogging to give direction to this energy..do sports like swimming,yoga,meditation,badminton,tennis ,football ,whatever makes you sweat...u will enjoy more in these creative activities in long term than daily mastrubation,, -daily have 15 minutes for u in total silence when u can sit down and just concentrate on your incoming and outgoing breath ....it'll help develop mastery over the mind which will help u in long run take 2 boiled eggs with milk daily in morning u can take dabur ashwagandha powder 2 tsp with milk twice daily ..it'll help

Most probably urs is an allergic condition do not eat extra hot or extra cold substances as they may trigger your allergy. Let me know if you're having breathing difficulty with seasonal variation. Please also note by which particular disease you get more allergy.
