Diet means, the food items that you eat habitually. If you are asking for any particular type of foods that can reduce your weight, then through a combined action different kind of foods with different proportion will help you. The normal theory behind healthier food intake is that the inclusion of all verity of foods and that will help you to get all required nutrients for the body. You can take food with proper timing according to your life style but keep 2 to 2.5 hrs in between your food intake. As a Tamilian you may taking white rice in different form, so always try to include fiber source with your rice intake Eg, with lunch rice take more vegetable curry and poriyal, With dosa take green chutney. Also at a time don't take much energy like with breakfast peoples will take tea, fruits and some sweets. Take that tea and fruits and have mid morning and evening. If there avoid alcohol, soft drinks, deep fried items, sweets and pastries. Start with a moderate 20 min exercise and gradually increase up to one hour, these will increase your need of energy and gradually you will get the weight loss. Take at least 3 liter of water a day. Don't take more than 1/2 liter per person in your house, using this calculation you can buy the oil, and don't stick one kind of oil, take different kind.

Eating foods in their natural form is always better
An elephant is obese, eats sugarcane and yet does not develop diabetes. I am sure if he were given 10% sugar drinks everyday or made to eat sweets containing 30% sugar, he would end up with diabetes.
The natural form of sugarcane is eating sugarcane in its raw form, the second form is sugarcane juice, third is gur (jaggery), fourth is shakkar and fifth is white sugar.
The more you eat foods in their natural form, more the health benefits you will get from that food.
Food is Brahmin and contains the same consciousness as you have. Refined foods lose their consciousness and are not beneficial to the health.
Similarly, wheat flour with bran is better than flour without bran, which is better than suji, which is better than maida (refined flour), which is the final product. If refined flour is taken every day, it can cause heart disease, diabetes and high blood pressure

If you have broken lips & it's bleeding then only you can get it. Chances are still 0.3% only. And it will not transmit by mucosa. So no need to worry. Also virus are destroyed in hot beverages. So don't worry. And there are more chances to die from an road accident in India than by HIV!

Hi take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. And pranacharya sheetal syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Avoid tea. Coffee. Junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Walk for atleast 30 minutes a day. Do pranayama early morning. Avoid alcohol consumption. Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day.
