I am 26 year old female and very often I have burning sensation in my anus accompanied with constipation.

Dear , obviously you are suffering from anal fissure due to constipation and it is not disease but lifestyle problem so need to change from sedentary lifestyle to active one and change your dietary habits. Treat constipation first. Here are some suggestions: 1. Drink plenty of fluids 2. Take high fiber high residue diet like salads, green leafy veg veg. And fruits esp. Papaya, banana, mango etc. 3. Take emolient laxative: cremaffin plus 1 teaspoonful ti night 4 isabgol powder 3-4 tsf in 2oo ml of water at night 5. Zincal cream to be applied inside anus twice a day especially before passing stools 6if pain is bad enough sitz bath in a tubful of warm water for 15 minutes. 7. Avoid taking painkillers as they increase constipation 8 leave sedentary lifestyle and become active: start taking a regular walk or exercise.

My face is so oily and I want oil free skin and glow on my face so what can I do for it.

My face is so oily and I want oil free skin and glow on my face so what can I do for it.
Hi. There are four main factors which causes acne: Oil production Dead skin cells Clogged pores Bacteria Factors that may worsen the acne: Androgen hormones, certain medications (drugs containing corticosteroids, androgens or lithium can worsen acne), dietary factors, including dairy products and carbohydrate-rich foods — such as bread, bagels and chips — may trigger acne and Stress can make acne worse. Management: Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Use Bakson's Apricot scrub at least once a week.

Follow these important tips to get fair colour of skin * avoid to go in strong sunlight and if you have to go in sunlight then cover your face & exposed parts of body before going in sunlight. * Use sunscreen having SPF 15 on face especially in summer and spring season. * Take vitamin -E rich foods like dry fruits, egg and fish as you like. You can take cord liver oil capsule daily. * Take more anti oxidant foods like fruits (Apple, grapes, melon) and citrus fruits. * Make paste of Papaya and apply this paste on face & exposed body parts and leave it for 15 minutes. It brightens the skin and lower melanin content. For fair skin: • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water Once a week. • Drink 2-3 liters of water everyday to get hydrated & glowing skin. • Mash half banana mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and half teaspoon of sandalwood powder mix it well and make smooth paste apply it for 10 minutes then rinse off with water.

Everyone has a favourite face cream or treatment, but beautiful skin starts with nourishment from within. Older cells are constantly shed and replaced by younger ones and a steady supply of micronutrients is essential to support this rapid growth. Eat the correct balance of foods and you'll feed your skin the vital nutrients it needs to help it stay soft, supple, glowing and blemish-free.---------------------------------- homoeopathic treatment aucare complexion drops (wolfe dietri) drink 20 drops in 20 ml fresh water 3 times daily. Common Allergies - Effect Of Medications On The skin!

Common Allergies - Effect Of Medications On The skin!

All drugs carry within themselves the potential to treat and to harm. Side-effects of medicines are a common phenomenon, with variation in the intensities. Sometimes they are minor and do not require medications; however at other times they may require urgent attention and treatment.

Some allergies caused due to medications that primarily affect your skin are-

1.        Itches and rashes
Sometimes your body may be allergic to certain type of medications. If these drugs are taken by you then the immune system treats them as foreign invasions and triggers a reaction against them. In certain cases, on consuming a drug that your body is allergic to, a kind of white blood cells called T cells expand. Itches, rashes on the skin are common repercussions in such a scenario.

2.        Swelling of the face and the throat
Often it happens that, on being administered a medicine or an injection, you may experience severe swelling of face and throat. This is an extreme case of medicinal side-effect and is commonly known as anaphylaxis. This must be immediately treated and brought to the notice of a trained doctor.

3.        Blisters
This is also an important potential side-effect of a drug. On being administered a drug, you may experience an erosion on the surface of lips and eyes as a reaction against it. Immediate treatment and a visit to a doctor are imperative if you experience these symptoms.

4.        Swelling of the tongue
If you have high blood pressure and if you take angiotensin converting enzyme, a swollen tongue and persistent cough can be a possible side-effects.

5.        Flushing and itching
You may suffer from symptoms of flushing and itching as a possible side-effect of the intravenous dyes that are used in the X-rays.

Dark circles, is due to one of the important reason is fine indoor, or outdoor dust sensitising nasal mucosa and sinuses, chronic changes in nasal and paranasal sinus cavities change the colour under eyes. Long term resolution is, to identify th\ese dust paticles by skin epidermal testing, de-sensitisation against will definitely will reduce it.
