For smoothness of skin *Take a glass of milk or a bowl of curd everyday. * Drink atleast 8-10 glass of water for hydrate & soft skin. • Apply or rub one teaspoon of honey on your face and leave it for 30 minutes , and then wash off it. Honey is best moisturiser. • You can use two teaspoons of milk with two teaspoons of honey and a pinch of sugar mix it and apply it for 10 minutes on your face and then wash off it. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily. • You can apply aloevera gel on your face. It will smooth your skin . • Use moisturizer contain Vitamin E Or take two capsules of vitamin E (cap Evion ),open it and squeeze out their liquid on your palm or directly mix it with cream or moisturizer you have and apply daily on it on your face at night daily.

Hi everyone, After my Anal fistula surgery my wound is healing. I feel little pain while it's healing. It's almost 2 weeks it my wound is covering up with skin but with little pain. My doctor says it is normal process until the heal is completely heal and cover by skin it will have little pain. Kindly assist does it is normal process. Thanks .

Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery (BAMS)
Ayurveda,
It totally depends upon fistula type, and procedure type. If wound is clean, then there shouldn't be any pain. If it is under cleaning phase then paon os acceptable. But if at time of your wound closure/ complete healing pain occurs, it isn't acceptable.

Dear lybrate user do not use any facewash or creams use gram fluor and turmeric instead also oily skin is just not an external symptom it is related to excess sebum and needs internal medicinal treatment for cure and so is acne too, it is. Just not a superficial problem but has deep seated causes and can be cured permanently by constititional treatment.

Wash the area with saslic face wash, use hot towel and clean the area nicely. Pat dry, scrub the area gently, this will make the black heads smooth and you can remove them. If it does not help, see a good drmatologist for a clinical treatment.

Depends on the kind of rash.Unless ur problem is elaborated upon and it can b examined ,nothing can b done for it.if it's an allergy,u vil need antiinflammatories.if an infection, antifungals or antibiotics or antihelminths.meanwhile,u can follow the below measures.Lot of things to do. Soaps vil dry out your skin, so they r an absolute no. No vigorous rubbing of skin on face or body. Before bath, oil body with any oil be it coconut, olive. Use a soap free body wash or a dermatologically tested medical soap. After bath, pat dry within three minutes and apply moisturiser. Include dry fruits like almond, walnuts, figs, groundnuts. Have plenty of salmon, mackerel and sardine. Drink two litres of water. Have roasted flaxseeds. Avoid alcohol and aerated drinks or they vil dehydrate u more.Use loose cotton clothes.
