Drink plenty of water as there could be possibility of low sodium level .kindly check that level through lab test. - if you having knee arthritis, your pain will aggrevate to calf myscles also, consult physiotherapist for good mobility and strength of joint muscles.

This pain could be due to multiple reasons like poor posture or working conditions. Other multiple causes like facet joint pain or disc problems can be there. You can try initially back exercises and modify your lifestyle that is do not lift weight, do not bend at work, if using computer or studying keep desk - chair at proper height.

Try some remedies for joint pain: -ice packs can be used to soothe hot, swollen joints. -heat packs help to relax tense, tired muscles. -splinting of swollen or painful joints may be helpful, a physiotherapist or an occupational therapist (ot) may provide temporary splints for you. -pace yourself: overdoing things can increase your pain, but so can not doing enough. Your physiotherapist can advise you on increasing your activity level at a rate you can cope with and on finding the right balance between rest and activity. -take regular graded exercise: graded exercise starts slowly and increases in small steps. This will help you to strengthen your muscles and joints and increase your fitness. Improving your general fitness and stamina will help you to increase your activity level without increasing your pain. -mobilising, stretching and strengthening: your physiotherapist will assess your muscle strength and the range of movement in your joints, and advise on techniques and exercises so you can keep your joints working as well as possible. Go for fasting once a week. You can go for absolute fasting or rely on a liquid diet to digest ama (toxin). Fasting should be followed by hot fomentation or by taking a bath with lukewarm water or steam bath. After fasting and fomentation, mix powdered long pepper, black pepper and dried ginger in equal quantities and take 1 teaspoon of this powdered mix with lukewarm water twice a day. This will help you restore your digestive fire. Take one tablespoon of castor oil before going to bed, once or twice a week. It helps in cleansing ama (toxin) build up and balancing vata. Mix equal quantities of powdered fenugreek seeds, turmeric and ginger powder. Take one teaspoon daily in the morning and evening. For dry fomentation of the affected joints, take a cloth and fold it into four, fill it with hot and sand make a potli (bag) out of it. Use this bundle for the fomentation of different joints. This is very helpful in reducing pain and swelling.

My fathers age is 67 n he is a ckd stage 4 patient. He was suffering from severe anemia but now his hb is 8.2 and creatinine is 2.07 n urea is 61. He is having protein in urine n from 3 days having swollen feet n back pain. He is receiving the erithopoitn alfa injection twice in a week as per doctors advice. please help how to lower the creatinine so that his feet becomes normal. Also he has a stent on his left kindly done on 2010. He is not diabetic.

I have hand bone fracture for 1 month. I have plaster for 1.5 month. I am taking calcium& vit. D tablets. What should I do anything to heal the bone fracture. I am sending x- ray. What should I eat?

Have healthy food for faster healing. Calcium rich foods,antioxidants, vit d and vitamin c rich foods are good for bone healh. Dairy products, fish, lentils, chickpeas, beef, pork, soy products,mushrooms, cheese, egg yolks are good for bones. Have protein rich diet. Hope this helps u.

Cheek bone has soft muscles so its tend to get more time to heal and having more pain so apply ice pack on injured area and just consult physician if pain persist for long.

Hello I think you are suffering from the lower back pain caused by long continuous sitting posture and sedentary life style. you are advised to take 10 minutes break after every 2 hour sitting.Start a morning walk for at least 30 minutes.Regular walking is also very helpful as it is a wholesome exercise of the body, improves blood circulation and helps lose weight.Try to maintain a correct sitting posture. Take homoeopathic medicine Rhus tox. 200, 5 drops twice daily for 10 days, then revert me with feed back.
