Both Blood sugar and BP are slightly high.Follow the advice given below 1. Do regular aerobic exercise like brisk walk, Jogging, running, cycling for 30-45 minutes every day 2.Reduce your weight if overweight 3.Reduce salt intake, Take bland diet, avoid spicy, oily, fatty, cholesterol rich, high calorie diet and junk food. Avoid excess sweets, sugar and carbohydrate rich diet 4. Drink plenty of water 5. Take bland diet, plenty of green leafy vegetables, Fruits 6.Stop smoking and consumption of alcohol, Tobacco, 7.Avoid stress, anxiety, physical and mental exertion 8..Do Yoga, Meditation, and deep breathing exercise 9. What you are going through is greaving. Loosing loved one is not easy to deal with emotionally. I am sorry for your loss. There are few things I would like you to try. 1. When you feel sad. Feel the feeling of sadness fully. You may close your eyes and let that sadness flow through your mind and body. If tears flow let them flow. Cry it out. Feeling what you feel fully and totally is healing. Once you feel your sadness fully. You might feel the lightness in your heart. Feel that too and say out loud. How wonderful! and engage your mind remembering some good qualities and good times you spent with the person you are missing. 2. Regular simple breath awareness meditation also help manage your loss. 3. You may also l write daily 3 to 5 things you are grateful to every morning. These things could be as simple as having a bed to sleep and food to eat. Affirm what you write and add new thing in your list for 7 to10 days. If you are not feeling any change over next 2 weeks or if you lack motivation to initiate and maintain above activities feel free revert and we could work together for few weeks to months to reverse your cycle and help you appreciate what you have. You may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine Headache follow advises given below: You can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4.We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management.

NOW a day of viral fever. Never take asprin medicines in fever and cold now a days. Tests cbc,mp,ns1,urine r/m, you can take tab. Dolo-650 mg twice a day. Tab. Lcz-10 mg once a day. After tests you may consult doctor. feel cold then cover body with warm cloths, avoid dust area, clean body, change cloths daily, change bed sheet daily, avoid stress.avoid non-veg.,avoid alcohol intake if smokes avoid also that. Cold sponging if get high fever. drink warm water, juice,green veg. Milk is the opaque liquid food obtained from the mammary glands of animals and is a source of nutrition used by humans. The ingredients of raw milk differ according to the species it is obtained from on the basis of protein, calcium, saturated fat and Vitamin C. Cow’s milk is used extensively as a drink by human beings and used to manufacture many products like chocolates, ice-creams, yogurt, butter etc. Buttermilk is obtained when the fat has been taken out from the milk to make butter. Buttermilk is considerably lower in calories and fat content but high in calcium, Vitamin B12 and potassium than regular milk. One cup of buttermilk may contain up to 99 calories while milk may contain up to 157 calories. Also, one cup of buttermilk accounts for 2.2 grams of fat while the same amount of milk gives you 9 grams of fat. Buttermilk is also easily digestible than milk. Milk may also refer to the white non-animal substitutes like rice milk, almond milk, soy milk and coconut milk. Though milk is considered as an ideal food but in lacks in Vitamin C and iron. Curd or yogurt is more beneficial than milk.Because of fermentation by Lactobacillus acidophilus,it is rich in whey protein,Vitamin C,Vitamin B complex and natural organic acids( mainly lactic acid). So if you have replaced milk with yogurt it is just great. Buttermilk is considered beneficial to health as it contains probiotic microbes and is sometimes referred to as "Grandma's probiotic". It is also soothing to stomach and skin.

Psoriasis is manageable, the traditional approach is to start with the mildest treatments topical creams and ultraviolet light therapy (phototherapy) and then progress to stronger ones only if necessary. The goal is to find the most effective way to slow cell turnover with the fewest possible side effects coupled with a dietary therapy specially designed to manage psoriasis. Common causes of headache are - Vision problem, sinusitis, migraine, stress, cold, inadequate sleep . Take rest in quiet surrounding. Avoid stress. .do deep breathing exercises. Drink plenty of liquids. Avoid coffee. Take over-the-counter medicine for headache if intolerable pain. Hope this helps u.

Hi. Thr seem to be 2 issues, one is the Dns tht you Hav n other is the allergy. No surgery is going to treat your allergy .but your nasal block which could be due to your Dns, can surely be corrected by surgery. All depends of the Amt of Dns tht you Hav which is causing the nasal block. Take a second opinion with other ent doc n decide. Tc.

You don't have to just eat them straight out of a can every day. Bananas At about 100 calories a piece, bananas are a great source of easy-to-digest sugar and natural electrolytes" They may not be as convenient as bars or gels, but they're a good option for people who are looking for a natural, less-processed alternative that basically does the same thing, says Pluhar. Nuts and Nut Butter Because they're a natural combination of protein and healthy fats, nuts (and nut products) are a staple in many athletes' diets. They're also easy to digest, says Pluhar, and can help balance your blood sugar when paired with carbs" If you were to eat a bagel all by itself, it would turn to sugar pretty quickly and you'd use up all of that energy right away, says Pluhar" But if you put some peanut butter or almond butter on that bagel, the protein and fat can help sustain those carbs over a longer period of time, in a non-invasive way that doesn't upset your stomach. Chocolate Milk Contrary to popular belief, you don't need massive amounts of protein after a workout" What you really need for recovery is simple carbs with a little bit of protein—about a four or five to one ratio, says Lewin. You could find that in some store-bought drinks, she says, or you could mix up a glass of low-fat chocolate milk and get the same benefits. Plus, the caffeine in chocolate dilates and relaxes blood vessels, helping oxygen-rich blood reach your muscles more quickly and easily. Lewin's other favorite recovery drink? Dear sir .i am 24 suffering from ed from last one year .firstly I have go for penile doppler in july 2016 and the results are normal 20 min 38 cm/s and after that doct gave me tadalafil 10 mg and to do intercourse after 10 min. After masturbation I felt pain amd pain continue till now and on 2nd nov I again go for doppler test in different lab and the flaccid flow is 4.4 cm/s and after injection the flow is 19. 6 cm/s in 20 min and 25 cm/s in 25 min. And there is also paon in penis. I want to whether there is any problem?

Hi, your presentation is not much, clear to reach a diagnosis, unless the affectrd parts are viewed, properly. However, tk, pleny of water take, protein rich diet, on time.
