Recently, a week before I was riding on bike at 9 pm along with my friend in BHEL. I was bitten by the sting of some wasp at my neck. It was so painful the moment it bite, I quickly removed the wasp and through it away and hold firmly at the bitten area. Immediately I stop the vehicle at street light and ask my friend to look at the bitten area. He noticed some maggot trying to crawl inside my skin. He removed that small mogget partially. After some time the skin become red and swelling with little pain. I consult a physician on next day, the doctor prescribed me to not to worry and given medicine for pain and edema. Kindly advise me as I'm little scaring about my case.

Nothing to panic about kindly send photos of the affected areas for better assessment. However for now you may take the medicine APIs mell 200c twice daily for 3 days only which will provide you 30-40% releif and give me a follow-up thereafter for proper & complete treatment TC. Hello, Thanks for your query on Lybrate "As" per your test report is concerned it is prediabetics so you need lifestyle modifications only if your urine sugar is absent- 1) Try to eat healthy foods. Choose foods lower in fat and calories and higher in fiber. Focus on fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Consult with a dietician to make a chart for it. 2) Get more physical activity. Aim for 30 minutes of moderate physical activity a day. Take a brisk daily walk. If you can't fit in a long workout, break it up into smaller sessions spread throughout the day. 3) Try to lose excess weights. If you're overweight, losing even 7 percent of your body weight can reduce the risk of diabetes. To keep your weight in a healthy range, focus on permanent changes to your eating and exercise habits. Hi. Actually I do snoring frequently at night during sleep. What are the reasons behind snoring and how it can be cured? I am just 19 now.

It can be due to many reasons. Due to some obstruction in the respiratory tract air flow is not proper and it creates snoring. There is no need of oral medicines. It will be clear with the ayurveda and panchkarama procedure called nasayam.

Hello- Try Jelqing exercises to gain penis thickness. Jelqing exercises have been in use for a long time. They serve to enlarge the penis. If you want to make it grow naturally is a basic part of the routine. Exercises consist of "milking" the penis without becoming totally erect. With jelqing exercises to enlarge the penis, what is done is to increase blood flow in a semi erect state, bringing blood to all parts of the penis, causing it to flow, enlarging the tissues, and enlarging the entire penis. Doing these exercises on a daily basis (day in and day out) will help you to enlarge your penis naturally. To do the exercise correctly, you must place a towel soaked in hot water on your penis. Hold the towel around your penis for two or three minutes. Because of the heat your penis will become half erect. You can apply a little oil or lubricant to your fingertips. You have to make the sign of OK with your fingers to grasp your penis and squeeze your penis from the bottom up. You can repeat the exercise 100 times in two minutes. After doing so for several days you will begin to see how the size of your penis increases. There is no penis enlargement plan that does not have this type of exercise. The inches or centimetres gained from jelqing are permanent for all types of penis, even after you stop exercising. It is important to do the exercises correctly, and with enough lubricant. Despite the different types of jelqing there are, in my research I have discovered that wet jelqing and dry jelqing are the most effective.

When there is excessive acid build-up in your body, you experience a burning sensation in your chest. This condition is called acidity.  

You feel a burning sensation in your chest, your mouth tastes sour and your throat may feel sore during bouts of acidity.  An antacid can give you quick relief, but sometimes, you might feel like it isn’t working very well for you. Ayurveda may help you in this case.

Here are some Ayurvedic remedies for acidity:

1. Bananas: The potassium in bananas is an excellent antidote to acidity. Eating a ripe banana can provide you relief from the discomforting symptoms of acidity.

2. MilkThe calcium in milk bars acid build-up and absorbs the extra acid produced. For best results, drink cold milk to ease your discomfort.

3. Mint leaves: Mint reduces acid production and cools the burning sensation in your stomach. Chop and boil some mint leaves; then drink the cooled solution for relief.

4. Tulsi: Tulsi boosts mucus production in the stomach and has antiulcer properties. To ease your discomfort, chew on 5-6 tulsi leaves.

5. CardamomElaichi, or cardamom, is a multi-purpose remedy. It stimulates digestion, reduces stomach spasms, soothes the stomach lining and prevents excessive acid production. Just crush two pods of elaichi in boiling water and drink it for quick results.

6.  ClovesCloves boost saliva production, which helps in digestion and reducing the symptoms of acidity. For relieving acidity, just bite a piece of clove and keep it in your mouth. The oils released from the clove will reduce acidity within no time.

7. Aniseed: Aniseed cools the stomach lining, which reduces the burning sensation. Simply chewing a few aniseeds or saunf seeds, can bring about instant relief.

8. Cumin: Cumin stimulates saliva production, which aids in improving digestion and metabolism. You can eat cumin seeds, or boil them in water and then drink the solution for relief.

9. GingerGinger improves digestion and helps absorb and assimilate essential nutrients better. It also protects your stomach from ulcers by boosting mucus secretion, which reduces the damage to the stomach lining caused by acid.

10. Amla: Also called the Indian gooseberry, amla has high amounts of vitamin C in it, which helps in healing the agitated lining of the stomach and oesophagus. You can consume one teaspoon of gooseberry powder to prevent acidity. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult an Ayurveda.
