Hi lybrate-user to reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.

Eat good nutritive food. Bigger portion many meals along with snacks and healthier easily digest able high calorie are to be taken you should gradually increase high energy food. Milk curd raw sugar jaggery black gram nuts and clarified butter you should take. Snacks you can take at bed time and a regular exercise you may do.

I am facing acute stomach problem for the past 40 years. I don't feel any pressure to go to toilet, hence I have to take help from different substances in different period. At present, I use SONA leaves boiled in water before going to bed every alternate days. Only the next day I feel the expected urge to clear my bowel but the next proceeding day I don't feel any pressure. How can I stop this practice and start a normal bowel clearing system?

1.Use amla (gooseberry) juice on scalp and also to drink. 2.Mix curry leaves with coconut oil and heat up and let it cool. Wheat Germ oil to massage your head at night. You can also put some fenugreek powder in the oil, heat the oil a bit and apply it on scalp for hairfall, whitening and dandruff. 3.Apply hair packs like Egg with Yogurt, Banana. 4.Have lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits rich in Vitamin C. 5.Protein is the most important element for maintaining hair health. Make sure your diet in protein rich sources like eggs, fish, chicken, soyabean, sprouts, pulses and grains 6.Zinc, iron & copper promote healthy hair. Eyes water because , while driving the rate at which the eye dries up increases , hence of rate of secretion of tears also goes up. since we are not driving at a constant speed there is a mismatch between the tear secretion and eyes drying up . our body always tries to over perform. this over secreted tears is too much to handle by the normal tear route from the eyes to the nose. hence the excess tears overflow leading to watering.So it is a normal process.Dont worry about this.Your eyes are normal.

Avoid exposure to sun and dust for glow skin and you can try some home based treatment. 1. Take 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of honey. Mix it till the honey dissolves properly. Moisten your face and apply it on your face and leave it for 15-20 minutes. Both honey and lemon works as a natural bleacher, which makes your skin glowing and radiant instantly. You may be an introvert. This is a problem of fearing people for what they think about you. Yes, people will often judge you but that is not the final word. When we try to read other people?s mind we will always think that they know the worst things about you, that your flaws are easily visible, and then you feel self-conscious and guilt. In fact, you do not know yourself for many years and may go to your grave with a minimum understanding of yourself. So, face people with confidence, knowing that they are the least knowledgeable about you. Sometimes, your family may not have socialized much and that can also give you a disadvantage about mixing and meeting people. This can be unlearned and you can make a new beginning and easily become a social butterfly. Many people have hesitations about social situations and are in the same boat: you have a lot of company. The bottom line is that you have fear: deal with your fear and people will seem different, and not so threatening. This ability is a natural ability in all of us. If it was not stimulated early in your life, now is not too late. We are all gregarious by nature, and need each other, to the extent that we are all interdependent. I recommend that you attend a personality development course, attend the Toastmasters Club, and meet people by attending conferences, seminars, workshops, meetings, and social clubs. In time this anxiety will dissipate and disappear, completely.

Yes milk is source of protein, but full cream milk have lot of fat so it can cause weight gain in absence of regular Physcial activity better to take toned milk as it has same quantity of protein as full cream but has less fat
