Past few months I have growth of thick facial hair and dark spots on my face. These are very much visible on my skin tone. Moreover I'm facing a few scalp problems too. Hair growth is not only on my face but on my hands and legs too. Why is this sudden hair growth? My cortisol level is only 0.5. Please suggest me what can be done to get rid of this. Is there any natural way to treat this? If not what cosmetic treatment can be done?

Premature Skin Aging - 4 Simple Ways To Prevent It!

Aging of the skin is a natural process that affects all individuals with increasing age. It manifests itself in the form of skin wrinkling, sagging, discoloration and other visible effects. Such changes become more apparent as soon as one reaches late thirties or early forties but early onsets are now very common too, which can be caused by a number of factors.

Damage due to sun exposure is the primary cause of skin aging. It especially affects those who have lighter or fairer skin as the low melanin content in their skin makes it more prone to damage and aging.
Although skin aging cannot be entirely stopped or reversed, the process can be slowed down to prevent its early onset.

There are many ways of doing so through some simple lifestyle modifications such as the following:

1. Avoid sun exposure: This is the most basic way of reducing the rate of skin aging and slowing down the process. While going out in the day cannot always be avoided, it is important to keep the skin covered with clothing, hats and sunglasses.

2. Always wear sunscreen: This provides protection from the harmful rays of the sun (known as UVA and UVB). Making a habit of constantly applying sunscreen on all exposed parts of skin plays an important role in preventing skin aging. It is also necessary to use the right products, which should have an SPF rating or 30 or more.

3. Eat healthy: Having a nutritious balanced diet can make a tremendous positive impact on your skin. Consumption of food items that are rich in vitamins, minerals and other nutrients is essential. It is also important to drink lots of water and fluids to stay hydrated. Junk food and sugary drinks should be avoided as it negatively affects skin health.

4. Exercise regularly: Keeping fit through regular workouts and exercise improves the circulation of blood in the body and consequently, the supply of blood and oxygen to the skin. This keeps the skin healthy and young and prevents the early onset of wrinkling and aging.

There are several other ways of preventing skin aging such as not smoking, avoiding using too many products and cosmetics, getting enough sleep, and always keeping skin cleansed and moisturized. Following these simple ways can effectively make your skin look and feel younger and slow down the aging process.

Here are 10 health conditions that are known to cause fatigue. 1. Coeliac disease This is a type of food intolerance, where your body reacts badly when you eat gluten – a substance found in bread, cakes and cereals. 90% of us don’t know we have the condition, Other symptoms of coeliac disease, apart from tiredness, are diarrhoea, anaemia and weight loss. Your Doctor can check if you have coeliac disease through a blood test. 2. Anaemia One of the most common medical reasons for feeling constantly run down is iron deficiency anaemia. It affects around one in 20 men and post-menopausal women, but may be even more common in women who are still having periods. Typically, you’ll feel you can’t be bothered to do anything, your muscles will feel heavy and you’ll get tired very quickly. Women with heavy periods and pregnant women are especially prone to anaemia. 3. Chronic fatigue syndrome Chronic fatigue syndrome (also called myalgic encephalomyelitis or ME) is a severe and disabling tiredness that goes on for at least six months. Restless legs This is when you get uncomfortable sensations in your legs, which keep you awake at night. You might have an overwhelming urge to keep moving your legs, a deep ache in your legs, or your legs might jerk spontaneously through the night. Whatever your symptoms, your sleep will be disrupted and of poor quality, so you’ll feel very tired throughout the day. 10. Anxiety Feeling anxious is sometimes perfectly normal. However, some people have constant, uncontrollable feelings of anxiety, which are so strong they affect their daily life. We call this generalised anxiety disorder (GAD). It is becoming more frequent in India. As well as feeling worried and irritable, people with GAD often feel tired. Hi Doctor, I am using peelite and golite on dewsoft moisturiser at night time for even skin tone from past 3 months but the don't see any change in skin improvement I consult doctor every two month I don't want chemical peeling. It would be really helpful if you can suggest me good night cream for long term without side effects. Thanks for your support on advance. As I mentioned my skin is very oily n dusky texture. Hi, Hi, There is an old-age saying - “Be happy and make others happy!” Follow this in your life and you will see the difference! Management: Include healthy, nutritious food, doing daily yoga or some kind of exercises. All these automatically reflects glow on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face! Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. Lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. Diet: -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon, orange, gooseberry, etc. Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, can notaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce). If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Medicine: Use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel or Bakson’s Fairness cream daily at night. Home remedies: Apply fresh-squeezed lemon juice to your entire face and neck. Leave it on for 10 minutes And then wash it off with lukewarm water. After this, rub cucumber slices on your skin to soften and moisturize it. Do this 2-3 times a day. Another option is squeeze the juice of one-half lemon and mix one to two tablespoons of raw honey in it. Apply it on your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off. Make a paste of'Kasturi Manjal' (wild turmeric) with rose petals, saffron and raw milk which is very effective. To exfoliate your skin, mix two teaspoons each of lemon juice and sugar. Apply the mixture on your face, neck and hands. Scrub in a circular motion and leave it on for 10 minutes. Then rinse it off with lukewarm water. Follow this remedy once a week to enjoy glowing skin.

Dear lybrate-user if you have bleeding with pain then you may have fissure or piles. If something is coming out during stool passing, it is probably Piles. If nothing is coming out and you have the pain during or after defecation then problem may be fissure. You must come for proper examination .For a while you may try 1. Hot sitz bathe bd 2. Ont. Cocoa butter is famous for its anti-wrinkling and anti-aging properties. It helps in enhancing the blood circulation, which reduces stretch marks. Massage the affected area with cocoa butter at least two times a day. Repeat the process for two months and notice the reduced scars. Soak 4-5 almonds in milk overnight. In the morning make a paste of them and apply it on your face and rinse it off after an hour or two. You will definitely feel the glow on your face in less then 15 days. (you can add honey, oats and yogurt for quicker results)
