Best Ways To Control Anger

Do you get angry easily? Do you fume when something goes against your wish? Does your blood pressure rocket when someone tells you something that you don't like? Anger is a normal emotion of human psychology, but it is equally important to keep your anger under control. Just like any other emotion, anger too varies from person to person, and the circumstances. Uncontrolled anger can lead to mental and physical stress. It also causes stress on relationships and damages your health. Therefore, it is important to practice anger management exercises to control such extremes of emotions.

Here are some of the anger management tips that can help you control your anger:

  1. Think before you speak: We often say something out of anger and then regret it later. This is a common condition that has been faced by almost everyone at some point of time. Do not say things abruptly without thinking. Always take your time and think over what you are about to say.
  2. Express your anger once you are calm: Do not say things at the heat of the moment. Once you calm down, express your views on things that are bothering you. This will help you express better without hurting anyone.
  3. Exercise: Regular exercise is one of the best tools to reduce stress. Light meditative exercises performed on a regular basis such as a morning jog or deep breathing can control your anger to a great extent.
  4. Identify the specific cause: Instead of being grumpy about things that make you angry, try to find out the root cause of the issue and eliminate it, so that you don't have to face it again. Remind yourself that anger won't solve the problem and can only make situations worse.
  5. Hold no grudge: Holding on to the negative feelings can only have a negative impact on your own health. Learn to forgive others. Forgiving not only keeps the relationship healthy, but also keeps you away from stress and negative emotions.
  6. Practice relaxation tactics: When your temper reaches its height, put your relaxation tactics in action. A few tactics like deep breathing or repeating words to yourself like "Take it easy" or "Calm down" can actually calm you down during critical situations.
  7. Take a timeout: Take short breaks during stressful times of your day. This helps to release some of your stress and calm you down. You may also listen to music, take a light snack or do something that you like, to spend some time away from stressful conditions of your daily routine.

This question is for gynecologist. Doctor only in summers I noticed that I get itching in my vagina. What should I do?

India had hot and humid climate and due to this people tend to sweat a lot in summer and rainy months. The sweating is also present in the hairy region around the arm pit and private parts. Due to this dampness, there is a recurrence of fungal infections again and again which manifest as itching. Even if you do not have fungal infection, the damness can also make one itch. The best remedy for this is : 1. wear cotton free flowing clothes to allow flow of air in and around private aprts 2. wear cotton loose underwear 3. Do not wear synthetic underclothes as it prevents the sweat from getting dried 4. If you feel sweaty, you may have a bath 2 times a day 5. Keep the hairs around private parts trimmed so that the sweat evaporates faster. 6. If you sweat a lot,or even after bath, wipe the vulval area from front to back.......wiping the private part area from back to front can drag bacteria from anal region to vagina dn cause itching, and fungal or mixed infections. 7. If you are sweating a lot, avoid wearing underclothes at sleep, and if required use some dusting powder in groin region

Since 5 days. I am experiencing pain in my lower stomach & back pain as when as a burning sensation when I pass urine. I feel nauseous most of time and. I had lost my appetite when it happened on the frst day Plss help me.

I am 18 year old and my growth was stop please advice me. How can i grow my height?

Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day.

1.Use amla (gooseberry) juice on scalp and also to drink. 2.Mix curry leaves with coconut oil and heat up and let it cool. Wheat Germ oil to massage your head at night. You can also put some fenugreek powder in the oil, heat the oil a bit and apply it on scalp for hairfall, whitening and dandruff. 3.Apply hair packs like Egg with Yogurt, Banana. 4.Have lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits rich in Vitamin C. 5.Protein is the most important element for maintaining hair health. Make sure your diet in protein rich sources like eggs, fish, chicken, soyabean, sprouts, pulses and grains 6.Zinc, iron & copper promote healthy hair. Some sources of this are – eggs, whole grains, all types of seeds like flaxseed, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, Dry fruits and nuts etc. For pimples - Use Tea Tree face wash and Toner twice daily. Use AHA glow face wash daily Use Sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of Multani Mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with Mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. My husband was taking isotroin tablets before 9 months I.e before September. He stopped by September. We got married before six months, I.e in the month of March. Side effects are dry skin, cracked nails, gastro intestinal effects, mood changes, pain in knees & other degenerative changes in body while treating acne but nowhere it is mentioned about decrease in sperm count, may be yes. It is good to know that he has stopped taking this medicine. Get a semen test done to reassure yourself. If counts are in a normal range, most probably there will be no difficult in conceiving a baby because of his medicine.

While walking or sitting some fluid comes out from my penis daily three or four hours later I urinate and I also pulls out all the urine left in my penis. You need to see a doctor preferably a psychiatrist urgently. Depression can be cured by just counselling. In the meantime, share your feelings with some one close to you. Join a friends group, laugh, dance, sing, play sports, exercise, take a break, refresh yourself.

Hye, thanks for the query. You can improve your running stamina by following an effective training program and right nutrition. Step 1 run more miles each week. You can increase your total running volume by increasing either the distance of each run or adding more runs. This allows your body to develop the systems needed to get more blood and oxygen to the muscles that are working. Step 2 incorporate a resistance workout two to three times per week, focusing on all of the major muscles groups of the body. Resistance can come from free weights, machines, body weight or bands, depending on what is available. At a minimum, the strength program should include squats, push-ups and planks because the combination of these three exercises will strengthen all of the major muscles of the body. Increasing muscle strength and endurance trains the muscles to work longer before reaching fatigue and that translates to being able to run longer. Step 3 consume a nutritious diet, high in carbohydrates, moderate in protein and low in fat to ensure you have enough energy to complete your run. The diet of a runner should be made up of 60 to 70 percent carbohydrates, 12 to 15 percent from protein and no more than 30 percent from fat sources. Runners must also focus on staying well hydrated, drinking water regularly throughout the day and before, during and after workouts.
