For acidity you have to take bland diet avoiding spicy or fried food items. Timing should be regular each day. No tobacco and alcohol consumption. Watch for any medication which may cause hyper acidity. Avoid physical and mental stress. Acid lowering medication may have to be taken continuously for 4-6 weeks as prescribed by a qualified doctor .

Symptoms of dengue fever are high grade fever,headache,skin rashes,pain behind the eyes.bleed may be from nose,gum,ear or skin rashes. Take tab. sinarest it contains ( Acetaminophen+ Pseudoephedrine+ chlorpheniramine). Acetaminophen, chlorpheniramine, and pseudoephedrine is a combination medicine for throat infection and treat headache, fever, body aches, runny or stuffy nose, sneezing, itching, watery eyes, and sinus congestion caused by allergies, the common cold, or the flu. Nebulized with normal saline water. Do gargle with warm water thrice a day. Drink warm water also. Take plenty of water, liquid diet, dalia, green veg., orange. avoid cold things, avoid cold drinks. Avoid Oily foods. If symptoms are from more days or again persist then do few tests for confirm causes of it.. i.e. CBC. NS1. welcome in lybrate.

Dear Lybrate User. These kind of experiments will harm your body. Whatever weight loss happens will be only temporary. Your body is going to be deprived of essential nutrients for next 25 day. It will have some impact on your system. I have seen many people do these kind of 'Jhatpat' diets which rebounds badly after a few months. They are all back to status quo or even with more weight. The core problem in such diets is the false assumption that Roti / Rice makes you fat. This is completely wrong. Because it is the Parathas and Biryanis which make you fat. The next problem in such kind of crash diets is that it is imagined that in one/two months you will lose a lot of Kgs. .and then after that you will be free to get back to your burgers and pizzas and colas. As seen from my experience. - Crash diets will Crash. The Better Option is. Change your food habits permanently. Please visit a dietician in your town who will guide you and help you. Right now you are carrying at least 40-50 Kgs extra on your body which translates to nearly 3 Lakh Calories you have consumed extra. To give an idea what that means is about 1,200 samosas worth of calories. So my suggestion is find a dietician in your place. Find a gym. Spend one hour in gym every day doing intensive exercise. Spend one hour per week with a dietician who will help you to get healthier and fitter.

A tranquil and organized space will help you feel more relaxed. To create the perfect sleep environment, try the following:


Wear pajamas to bed. This can be your birthday suit, but it signals your mind that it's bedtime.



Don't let your bedroom get too hot or too cold. Sleep can be disrupted at temperatures below 54 f or above 72 f.



Make your room dark. Consider installing room-darkening shades. Or wear eye covers to block light from the street or led displays.



Buy a good mattress. You spend 1/3 of your life in your bed, so it's worth the investment.

Dark circles are mostly due to habits. Avoid rubbing eyes. Get allergies tested. If you have refractive errors, get it checked and corrected. Avoid eye cosmetics and chemicals. Shampoos that seep down to eyeswhile bathing can contribute to this, so don't let it accumulate. Food should b supplemented with iron capsules. Have green leafy vegetables and jaggery in plenty. Overtime with computers, laptops, television, can increase the chances of darkness around eyes. Get your hb checked. Catch a good six hour sleep everyday. Relax and destress with yoga, meditation, prayer. Dark circles don't have a one-stop solution or home remedy. Sunken eyes won't respond to creams or medicines.
