Angina is a term used for chest pain caused by reduced blood flow to the heart muscle. Angina is a symptom of coronary artery disease. Angina is typically described as squeezing, pressure, heaviness, tightness or pain in your chest.

Symptoms associated with angina include:


    Chest pain or discomfort
    Pain in your arms, neck, jaw, shoulder or back accompanying chest pain
    Nausea
    Fatigue
    Shortness of breath
    Sweating
    Dizziness


The chest pain and discomfort common with angina may be described as pressure, squeezing, fullness or pain in the center of your chest. Some people with angina symptoms describe angina as feeling like a vise is squeezing their chest or feeling like a heavy weight has been placed on their chest. For others, it may feel like indigestion.

The severity, duration and type of angina can vary. It's important to recognize if you have new or changing chest discomfort. New or different symptoms may signal a more dangerous form of angina (unstable angina) or a heart attack.

Stable angina is the most common form of angina, and it typically occurs with exertion and goes away with rest. If chest discomfort is a new symptom for you, it's important to see your doctor to find out what's causing your chest pain and to get proper treatment. If your stable angina gets worse or changes, seek medical attention immediately.

Characteristics of stable angina


    Develops when your heart works harder, such as when you exercise or climb stairs
    Can usually be predicted and the pain is usually similar to previous types of chest pain you've had
    Lasts a short time, perhaps five minutes or less
    Disappears sooner if you rest or use your angina medication


Characteristics of unstable angina 


    Occurs even at rest
    Is a change in your usual pattern of angina
    Is unexpected
    Is usually more severe and lasts longer than stable angina, maybe as long as 30 minutes
    May not disappear with rest or use of angina medication
    Might signal a heart attack

Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals. Note – Don’t eat bananas when you are down with common cold. If there is any underlying disease with you - that needs to be treated. For further queries get back to me.

Dear sir" sugar" can mean a lot of diseases which present with hyperglycemia the most common of these is type 2 dm management of type 2 dm requires the following 1. Life style modifications: simple exercises like walking 2. Diet: zero sugar, low carbohydrate, high protein, adequate fat diet most people with type2dm will have adequate glycemic control with the above two only those who don't have control needs to take drugs.

Hi here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit. हर किसी की चाहत में शामिल होता है खूबसूरत दिखना जिसके लिए हम लाख जतन करते फिरते हैं। पर कुछ समय में चेहरा संवार भी ले पर बालों को की सेहत हमसे नहीं सुधर पाती जबकि खुबसूरत बाल हमारी बेहतर लुक के लिए बहुत ही अहम होता है। बढ़ते पॉल्युशन और अनियमित बिजी बिजी लाइफस्टाइल के चलते बालों का ख्याल रखना डिफिकल्ट हो जाता है। घर पर बालों को धोना ही हम में से कई महिलाओं को नहीं भाता। जिसके लिए वे पार्लर या हेयर स्पा का सहारा लेती हैं। और ये तरीके रूटीन में शामिल करने से आपकी जेब और बालों की सेहत दोनों पर इफ़ेक्ट पड़ता है। पर आज आप जानेंगे एक ऐसी चीज़ के बारे में जो आपके बालों के लिए बेजोड़ इलाज है जिसे हम प्याज कहते हैं। बालों का झड़ना, असमय सफेदी, रूसी की समस्या तो आम हो गई है। बालों की इन उलझनों के लिए प्याज एक वरदान है! जी हाँ, प्याज आपके बालों को झड़ने, रुसी, सफेदी और गंजे होते सिर की समस्याओं को दूर करती है। 

वहीं प्याज जिसका इस्तेमाल सब्जियां पकाने में किया जाता है,प्याज के रस के फायदे वह बालों के झड़ने तथा गंजेपन का इलाज का चमत्कारी इलाज है। बाल बढ़ाने के उपाय, गंजापन का इलाज, एक शोध के अनुसार प्याज अलोपेसिया अरियाटा जो कि गंजेपन का ही एक प्रकार है, से प्रभावी रूप से लड़ने की काबिलियत रखता है। इस पर और भी कई शोध हुए हैं, और सबमें प्याज ने अपनी उपयोगिता साबित की है।

अपनी दुर्गन्ध की वजह से अक्सर ही ब्यूटी प्रोडक्ट्स की बात होने पर इसे इग्नोर कर दिया जाता है। यह हमारे किचन में हमेशा पाया जाने वाला पदार्थ है, जो हमारे खाने का स्वाद बढाता है। और प्याज हमारे शरीर के लिए भी काफी फायदेमंद होता है पर सबसे ज्यादा असरदार है यह बालों की सेहत के लिए। तो आइए जानते हैं, प्याज से होने वाले फायदे और इसे इस्तेमाल करने के तरीकों को।

झड़ते बालों को रोकें 
प्याज झड़ते बालों को रोक सकती है, इसके लिए आप प्याज को कूटकर उसका पेस्ट बना लें। पहले नारियल के तेल से बालों की मालिश करें और आधे घंटे के बाद बालों पर प्याज के पेस्ट को लगाएं। -या नारियल तेल को कटोरी में लेके गर्म करें और उसमें बारीक़ कटी हुई प्याज डाल कर उसके अच्छी तरह से गुलाबी होने तक तेल को गर्म करते रहें। इसके बाद तेल जब ठंडा हो जाए तो उसे बालों में लगा लें। -रात भर के लिए अगर लगाना हो तो तेल में प्याज डाल कर गर्म करें अथवा पहले वाला उपाय करें और 30 मिनट बाद बाल धो लें। 
परिणामतः तेल के साथ प्याज को बालों पर लगाने से बाल जड़ से मजबूत बनते हैं और बालो का झड़ना रूक जाता है। इस तरह से प्याज और तेल को हफ्ते में दो से तीन बार लगा सकतें हैं। चूंकि प्याज मालिश से ब्लड सर्कुलेशन को बढ़ाता है इसलिए इसे तेल की तरह लगाना ज्यादा फायदेमंद होता है।  

रुसी और फंगल इंफेक्शन को करें दूर 
बालों में रुसी होने पर या जड़ों में फंगल इंफेक्शन होने से बाल कमजोर हो जाते हैं और जल्दी से झड़ने लगते हैं। ऐसे में बाल जड़ों से टूटना शुरू हो जाते हैं और जल्द ही सिर खाली होने लगता है। -ऐसे में बालों की जड़ों में प्याज का पेस्ट लगाएं। प्याज का पेस्ट सिर के रोमछिद्रों को पूरी तरह से खोल देता है, जिसकी वजह से फंगल इंफेक्शन और रुसी नहीं टिक पाती। 
इसके लिए प्याज का पेस्ट बना लें और 30 मिनट के लिए बालों की जड़ो में लगा कर छोड़ दें। फिर किसी माइल्ड शैम्पू से बालों को धो लें। और हां अगर डेंड्रफ ज्यादा हो तो प्याज का रस लगाएं। प्याज के रस को दही और नींबू के मिश्रण में मिला लें और बालों पर इसे लगाएं। आधे घंटे तक इसे लगा रहने दें बाद मे शैंपू से धों लें। 

उगाए नए बाल 

  • गंजे सिर पर या चकत्ते पड़ने पर बालों में प्याज के रस से मालिश करें। इससे ब्लड सर्कुलेशन तेज होती है जिससे बालों की लंबाई बढ़ती है। 
  • इसके लिए नारियल तेल में प्याज का रस इक्वल क्वांटिटी में मिलाएं और जड़ों की मालिश करें। फिर आधे घंटे के बाद बालों को धों लें। या ऐसा करें कि प्याज के रस को सिर पर लगाकर आधे घंटे के लिए छोड़ दें और बाद में शहद यानि हनी को हाथों में लेकर बालों की जड़ तक मसाज करें। इससे प्याज की महक कम हो जाती है और बालों को पोषण भी मिल जाता है। आधे घंटे बाद इसे किसी अच्छे शैंपू से धो डालें। 
  • शहद को एक जादुई औषधि कहा जाता है। और जब बात बालों तथा सिर की समस्याओं को दूर करने की हो तो ये एक बेहतर उपाय है। एक कप प्याज के रस को एक चम्मच शहद के साथ मिलाएं। इस मिश्रण को अपने सिर की त्वचा तथा बालों पर अच्छे से लगाएं। अपने सिर पर इस मिश्रण को लगाते समय हलके हाथों से गोलाकार मुद्रा में रस को लगाने की विधि अपनाएं। इसे एक घंटे या इससे ज़्यादा समय के लिए छोड़ दें, और सादे पानी और एक सौम्य हेयर क्लीनसर से बालों को धो लें।

Take 2-tab. Charcol at night before bed. Syp. Livoluk 10 ml at night.This can help cure in constipation. take green veg., salaad in meal.grapes at night,one apple daily in morning. Banana in morning, juice,whole grain ,oats,more fiber meal,digestive foods, plenty of water during day and 1 glass of water before meal, avoid bad habits...stress ,alcohol, smoking, non-veg.,avoid fatty meal,oily foods. To confirm cause of constipation you may go for tests stool r/m, stool c/s,lft,blood sugar,cbc,usg whole abdomen ,x ray barium meal for examination for rectum,sigmoid, best tests is endoscopy for large intestine . Do not eat papaya if you diabetic. go for walk daily in morning.

Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet and For constipation I will suggest you to eat food with high fiber content like green leafy vegetables and can also eat bananas at bedtime as it is effective as a laxative and if necessary take 10 ml of syp cremaffin at night.

Have balanced diet, regular sleep and light exercises along with kegel exercises and avoiding addictions if any must suffice. Keep a close watch on these 4 things, even if you insist medicines can be prescribed after a counseling session. Regards.

Absolutely, you can control all your imbalances without any medicines. If your hba1c is below 7, there is nothing to worry. Your tsh is just above normal range, but don't make a mistake to start thyroid medicine at this level. The only thing you have to manage is your dirt and lifestyle. 1. Take small meals on regular interval (say 2hrly) 2. Avoid sugar in diet. 3. Avoid fatty, oily, spicy food items. Take light easily digestible food items. 4. Keep your mind happy and relaxed. Start yoga and meditation. For specific diet you may visit any good dietitian.

The big question so what do we do to have flawless skin, stronger nails and hair. Eat a balanced diet, keep yourself well hydrated and include these in your diet

1. Protein: lean meats, chicken, seafood, legumes, eggs and dairy products

2. Omega fatty acids: tuna, salmon and sardines and for vegetarians please supplement yourselves with omega fatty acids

3. Iron & vitamin c: legume, red meat, citrus fruits, capsicum

4. Nuts: for essential fatty acids

5. Beta carotene: carrot, watermelon, tomatoes.

6. Vitamin d: cheese, beef, mushrooms and plenty of sunlight.

We had intercourse on 1 2 & 3 june, without protection. However I am pretty confident that I took it out before the cum. Today is 29 June and she didn't had her periods yet. As she remembers her last periods were around 25 may. She feels hungry too these days, or may be we are just thinking off that ways. Please help me. As she is just 18. How much should we wait. Hi. Here more chance of pregnancy according to your statement. You can checkup her urine few drops on a prega news pregnancy card buy from a medical store to confirm she is pregnant or not. Always use protection for intercourse. Safe period are 7 days before and after 7 days of menses. In these days can not occurs pregnancy. Or use I pill tab. With in 72 hours after intercourse. Give it to female.
