Hypertension is al lifestyle diseases which require lifestyle solution and not a chemical cocktail of medicines. It just involves dietary changes and lifestyle changes Stop all dairy products Cut down animal protein Eat plant based High fiber diet Salt reduction. Do not eat any processed food .Cook your own food. Reduce stress by meditation and yoga exercise daily- for more specific advise on how to reverse bp without medicines naturally take a consult what you require is treatment of the root cause and not the symptoms. Has your Dr. Checked your inflammatory markers, Magnesium and vit d levels and TFT these needs to be done first because these are completely reversible causes for BP Do not stop bp medicines suddenly .It has to tapered slowly after you show that your BP is well controlled with lifestyle changes. Send a feedback then if needed take a consult through Lybrate.

Good to know that your periods are regular as this is the first proof that there is balance between male and female hormones in your body, testosterone is a male hormone present in small amounts in all women, similarly some feminine hormones are present in males but balance is maintained by nature. You must have got tested to know that you have 4 times the normal testosterone. Ultrasound is normal. My suggestion is get tested just after period, the time every hormone is minimal, same way it is highest, just before periods. Your worry is excessive hair on face and body. You need cosmetic treatment, both home remedies and removal of hair by waxing etc. Drink more water and exercise, take less fats. Do not take estrogens to counter testosterones because once the balance is spoiled by giving artificial hormones, it becomes difficult to bring back the balance. You can take evecare syrup by himalaya, just 2 spoons per day.

I am 24 I have high bp problem from last 4 years due to anxiety, left ear hot sensation.
You are aware that anxiety is causing high BP. The first thing to do will be to rectify your lifestyle, adopt certain measures of self discipline in daily routine. These include proper sleep time, less number of hours on mobile, laptop and computer based activities including TV; Eat proper healthy, fresh (not packaged) food on time, big breakfast, full lunch and light dinner. Make sure you exercise till you sweat atleast for 3- to 45 mins daily. Learn few meditation techniques tat will help calm the mind. Learn to forgive yourself. These will surely help. At your age, do not resort to medication; trust natural changes first. Anxiety increases when there is no discipline; you need to inculcate these habits first. Have a good healthy diwali. Best wishes.

Hi. Most common cause of such pain in your age group in stomach acidity. So you should try some cold milk or eno or any other acidity medicine. If no relief, then you should think of doing ecg and 2d echo tests. Take care.

General Physician,
Since you are diabetic you should never touch or see alcohol. No question of trying. When you are taking sugar tablets alcohol is contraindicated. Flushing and increase heart rate will occur. You should forget alcohol. No other medication can be given for this except to stop alcohol.

Cholesterol is a waxy, fat-like substance that occurs naturally in all parts of the body. Your body needs some cholesterol to work properly. But if you have too much in your blood, it can combine with other substances in the blood and stick to the walls of your arteries. This is called plaque. Plaque can narrow your arteries or even block them. High levels of cholesterol in the blood can increase your risk of heart disease. Your cholesterol levels tend to rise as you get older. There are usually no signs or symptoms that you have high blood cholesterol, but it can be detected with a blood test. You are likely to have high cholesterol if members of your family have it, if you are overweight or if you eat a lot of fatty foods. You can lower your cholesterol by exercising more and eating more fruits and vegetables. You also may need to take medicine to lower your cholesterol. High LDL high cholesterol put you on a higher risk of atherosclerotic diseases and heart attacks especially if you have other is factors including hypertension diabetes or a history of smoking so I would advise you to continue / start taking statins which are cholesterol medications the dose of which depends upon your cholesterol levels also you need to start changing your dietary habits and include a regular physical exercise at least 45 minutes a day 5 days a week into your schedule nonetheless you have to stop taking fatty and junk food good luck.

This is not heart disease. but it seems u r suffering from worry and stress. Diet: it is always important to watch your diet. You are what you eat. Eat what your body needs, reduce refined foods, processed foods and increase the amount of whole grains and fruits and vegetables. Eating small frequent meals goes a long way. Reduce intake of saturated fats; include more lean meats. Choose grilling and steaming over frying and roasting. Recommended foods - Healthy carbohydrates, Fiber-rich foods, Heart-healthy fish and Good fats. Foods to avoid - Saturated fats, Trans fats, Cholesterol and Sodium Exercise: Every week, make sure about 2 hours is dedicated to physical activity. This could include any exercise of your choice, brisk walking, swimming, cycling, aerobics, hiking, jogging, skipping, gymnastics, or playing games like football or basketball. While in most cases, the person can do these on their own, in some people, supervision may be required. Watch your weight: controlling weight to a desirable level of BMI of 18 and 23 is very important. Obesity is one of the predisposing factors for diabetes heart diseases, and reducing weight controls the onset of diabetes and helps the progression of symptoms in diabetics. Smoking: Another risk factor for diabetes onset, palpitation, sleeplessness.Quitting is the best option. If not feasible, reducing smoking and gradually quitting should be aimed at. Not just diabetes, the effects on overall health will be evident almost immediately after quitting. Stress management: there is no getting away from stress. Everybody has their stresses but the trick is to manage it well. Whether it is music or meditation or medication or counselling, make sure stress levels are managed. This also helps prevent complications like heart disease and stroke and promotes well-being.
