take protein diet, green vegetable diet, dal, paneer, cheese, fruits, eggs etc, drink 3-4 litre of water daily, take cap autrin 1 cap od 1 hr walk daily,do regular exercise or join gym, but do not take any powder or anything, it will help you,thanks.

I have red pimples and dark spots on my face from last 8-9 months which was very clear before my marriage i.e.before 10 months. What should I do?

I have red pimples and dark spots on my face from last 8-9 months which was very clear before my marriage i.e.before ...
1.wrap the ice cube in a piece of cloth and hold it on the affected area for few seconds, wait for few minute and repeat the process 2. Dip a clean cotton swab in fresh lemon juice and apply to pimples before going to bed 3.Apply some white tooth paste over the affected area before going to bed and in the morning wash your face with water 4.Fill a large container with hot water and allow the steam to come in contact with your face for few minutes rinse your face with lukewarm water and after drying it apply oil free moisturizer 5. Cut a fresh garlic clove into 2 pieces and rub the garlic in the pimple and leave it for 5 minutes before washing skin with lukewarm water repeat the treatment several times a day 6.Drink lot of water. Butter milk, coconut water. Eat plenty of green leafy vegetables/fruits. Avoid processed/fried/spicy/junk food 7.Consult skin specialist for further advice.

1. Eat a balanced diet rich in proteins, minerals, vitamins, and fat. 2.Fill your diet with a wide range of fruits, vegetables, lean meats, fish, eggs, pulses, nuts, seeds, wholegrains and naturally low fat dairy foods. 3.Donot skip breakfast. 4.Drink plenty of fluids and water. 5.Exercise is an extremely important factor in staying healthy so try to be active. 6.Make sure you get enough sleep – it's an essential part of being healthy.While we're asleep, our bodies have that all-important time to repair.

The white discharge after taking the ipill. Is it the sperm which is exiting out. Or is it something else? Is it sign of pregnancy? Please advice and how long will it continue to flow. please advice and do the needful.

Hi lybrate-user I pill has very high doses of hormones. The discharge is because of that. It may continue till your next proper period. You may also have some irregular bleeding because of ipill. Also ipill should be used only as an emergency and not a routine form of contraception.

Bad breath can be reduced or prevented if you: - practice good oral hygiene. - brush twice a day with fluoride toothpaste to remove food debris and plaque. - don't forget to brush the tongue, too. - replace your toothbrush every 2 to 3 months or after an illness. - use floss or an interdental cleaner to remove food particles and plaque between teeth once a day. - see your dentist regularly -- at least twice a year. He or she will conduct an oral exam and professional teeth cleaning and will be able to detect and treat periodontal disease, dry mouth, or other problems that may be the cause of bad mouth odor. - drink lots of water. This will keep your mouth moist. - chewing gum (preferably sugarless) stimulates the production of saliva, which helps wash away food particles and bacteria.

How can we reduce fatness without medicine and be safe from diabetes and other decease?
Hi. Medication:-1. Tab Obesidat -1 tab twice a day before food. 2. Triphala juice-10 ml with warm water daily before food twice a day Tips:- 1. No salt intake after 7: 30 pm 2. No aerated drinks. Even Liquor too. 3. Restrict mango and banana. 4. Restrict potato and rice. 5. No artificial juices. 6. Half an hour aerobic exercise daily. Joining a gym for workout will be a better option. 7.20 mins of breathing exercise (pranayam). 8. Avoid Rajmah, Channa, Peas, Mushroom, Gobi, Pumpkin, Leafy vegetables, Capsicum, Paneer, Cheese, Curd, Non Veg, Maida related items (like Bread, bun, pizza, burger etc), Deep fried and spicy food, Sweets, Sugar, carbohydrate rich fruits like apple, Sapota, Banana etc. 9. Avoid rice intake in the morning and strictly in the night. 10. Avoid intake of refrigerated food in the morning, prepared previous night. 11. Intake of food should be on time without skipping even a single meal. 12. Maintain min two hours of gap between dinner intake and sleep. 13. Consume minimum eight glasses of water a day. 14.“Early to bed and early to rise” should be strictly followed. Sleeping Late night should be strictly avoided. 15. Have fruits only in the noon time. Avoid fruits consumption in the night (occasionally can be taken before dinner). 16. Stop intake of milk during bed time. 17. Bathing should be before food intake only. 18. Tea, milk intake should be twice a day preferably morning and evening. Coffee intake should be strictly avoided.

You don't need to drop 10 kgs, a reduction of 5 kg is enough. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.
