I have migraine since last 5 years but after a long doctor treatment there is no progress in my health what should I do fr it?

BAMS
Ayurveda, Ambala
To get relief from migraine- * give a balanced diet with vegetables, cereals, milk, fruits. Sit in the sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes daily. * do bhramari pranayam twice a day. * practice sarwangasan and shirshasan under the guidance of yoga expert. * sit with the gyan mudra in hands. * take rogan badam (almond oil) and put it 1/2 tea spoon in a glass of milk and drink it in the morning. * if the headache is very severe & untolerable then you can take a tablet of paracetamol or ibuprofen. * you can take 2 teaspoon of shankhpushpi syrup in the morning.

Dear User I can understand how embarrassing it feels. But Parkinson's may be associated with dementia and behavioural changes. Its not that he suddenly lost his character. Instead this a manifestation of illness that needs assessment and treatment by a neuropsychiatrist.

I'm 26 years old male, and I have migraine problem since last 8 years, could you please suggest the solution to get rid of this?

Hello, Self-care measures can help ease the pain of a migraine headache. Try muscle relaxation exercises. Relaxation techniques may include progressive muscle relaxation, meditation or yoga. Get enough sleep, but don't oversleep. Get an adequate amount of sleep each night. It's best to go to bed and wake up at regular times, as well. If possible, rest in a dark, quiet room when you feel a headache coming on. Place an ice pack wrapped in a cloth on the back of your neck and apply gentle pressure to painful areas on your scalp. Medication: Take Bakson's Mig Aid tablet/ 1 tablet 3 times a day.

Dear lybrate-user, Brain tumour is almost impossible in your case. Most common cause of headache in your age is chronic tension type headache (CTTH). CTTH is a peri cranial muscle problem. It will improve significantly on medication. So don't worry, good treatment are the just consult psychiatrist. All d best.

If a little stump with functional shoulder and pelvic joint is available then you may go for artificial limb. If not then only electric wheelchair with voice command is the option.

Hi Ganesh... the best solution is Homoeopathic medicines.. But fits (convulsion if thats what your are refering to) is not a simple disease.. and takes almost one year to 3 years to get completely cured.. So it is better to consult and then take regular medicine.. without that the treatment is not possible... You will need to give regular follow ups..
