  1. Eggs, pulses, lean meats and other healthy protein: Immunity buildup may be disrupted if there isn’t enough protein in your diet. Milk protein in cow’s milk or dairy products like butter and cheese, animal protein in lean meats such as chicken and ovo-protein in eggs are highly beneficial and raise immunity levels.

You can taken 5-6 teaspoons daily oils in different combinations of MUFA and PUFA. Within PUFA you need to take balance of Omega3 and Omega6. Excess of Oils and Excess of Carbs will lead to increase in Cholesterol for anyone. Only 15% of chosterol is consumed from food, rest 85% is manufactured in the body itself.

You will have a normal proper beard growth till you are 25 years of age and there is no need for you to take medication at 18 years of age and hence I will suggest you to stop this beej powder

If the size of your erect penis is well above 3.5 inches it is good enough to have a sexual intercourse. Semen contains multiple secretions along with sperms, so consistency may vary every time, that doesnot mean you have low sperm count if you want to know your sperm counts, do a semen analysis and consult me back with the reports.

I study mbbs 1st year and we have to do hematology practical where we have to prick our own finger. But I feel very tense d, palpitation increase, I feel nauseated during pricking my own finger. Also if anyone try to prick my finger due to reflex action I pull my hand back. But I can prick others finger and can do all the experiments nicely. Sir please suggest what to do at the time of exam. I am very tensed. Also I am very skinny from my childhood and my weight is 40. Initially at the beginning of this year it was 35 but then very slowly 5 kg increased when I started eating banana. Pls suggest what to do.
