Hello Dr. It's been like 2 months and I feel like lying on the bed all the time. I am not lazy. I am actually a very hyperactive person. 2 months before, I did something wrong and my regrets continued for 2 months. Now m tired. Most of the time I am lost in my thoughts, I mean all the time. I shared this with my mom, she actually ignored it all nd my family think that m creating this melodrama, well my life was awesome, everything was going fine. I am not the type of person who would like to share his problems. Cause I believe in solving my problem, sharing feels really stupid since the day my mother reacted nd my friend reacted to my situation. Idk how to get out of this. Cause all I am thinking of when I come out of my thoughts is my death. I don't want to create any havoc so I better be silent. But still I wish if my elder could take a stand and help me get out of this. thanks.
