You are having premature ejaculation. It may be due to 1.Anxiety, depression 2.Fatigue, stress 3.Relationship issues, performance anxiety, 4.consumption of alcohol, tobacco etc 5You can take the following measures a) Avoid stress, anxiety, depression b) Avoid alcohol and tobacco consumption c) Go for regular exercise d) lead a healthy living style e) Practice relaxation Technique by deep breathing exercise (take deep full breath for 5 seconds, hold it for 3 seconds, exhale slowly for 5 seconds). Do it for 5 minutes without breaking the rhythm. It controls arousals and tension that lead to early ejaculation. F) Practice stop and start method (stop for few seconds at the height of orgasm by squeezing the head of penis for 20 second and then restart. Hi, take isabgol powder 1-2 tsf with hot water at bed time for easy evacuation. Drink a glass of hot milk mixed with 1tsf of ghee at bed time. Consume plenty of fluids and high fiber diet daily. If you don't find relief, then you may have to do snehapana and basti karma after consulting an ayurvedic doctor.

Kindly show me a photograph & digital X RAYS of affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit.D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Please use home cooked semi solids like sooji, daliya, khichdi, daal chhaval, etc. Daal pani has no nutritional value so don't use it similarly fruit juices are not recommended, use mashed fruits. Add oil or ghee in diet to increase taste and caloric value, curd you can use it. Is very good for everyone.

Hi lybrate-user to gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

- there is excess fat deposited during pregnancy in the tummy. If you continue exclusive breastfeeding to your baby, it will burn that fat very fast. Also muscles of the tummy gets lax because of the growing fetus. To increase the tone of these abdominal muscles, you need to start brisk walk or jogging daily for 4-5 km and increase your protein intake. This will burn fat very fast reduce the size of your tummy. Also one can do exercises like sit-ups.
