For prevention from whitening of hairs follow these instructions: • Do not take stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. You can eat cheese or soya protein. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and prevent hair from greying. • Avoid the use of products such as hair colours or excessive shampoo. •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. You can also use olive oil instead of coconut oil. Apply it on your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo. • Practice SARVANGASAN and BHRAMARI PRANAYAM daily for atleast 3-4 months.

Be smart and dynamic. Be good in academics, sports and cultural activities. Looks are not everything in life. Smartness, dynamicity, boldness and your performance in different fields are more important. Moreover girls are not attracted or impressed by beauty or good-looks of male but by their manliness, muscularity and muscularity of body plus his smartness and activeness. You can improve your looks too. Consume plenty of fresh seasonal fruits daily for a year. Take plenty of green vegetable dishes along with lot of salad. Consume extra amount of carrots or carrot juice. Consume green tea. Do regular exercises or physical activity like morning evening walks Take milk at night and curd and paneer in day times with meals. Consume fresh seasonal fruits, salad and cooked seasonal vegetables in heavy amount say 1-2 kg for 6 months to 1 year, you may get attractive look.

Soak 4-5 almonds in milk overnight. In the morning make a paste of them and apply it on your face and rinse it off after an hour or two. You will definitely feel the glow on your face in less then 15 days.

Hello. Hair problem is common now a days. Due to stress and busy life. Take full sleep. Drink planty water. Have fruits. Take. Acid hydrofluoric 30.2 tds x 30 days. And revert. Use arnica mon q 30 ml + your oil 100 ml mix. Twice a week at night and wash.
