Avoid fatty, oily food, eat more of green vegetables like spinach, peas, beans etc increase your water intake. You can take tab pan-D in morning empty stomach for 15 days, syp mucaine gel 1 tsp thrice a day after every meal for 15 days.

Do not wear synthetic clothes do not apply body lotion on back use facewash to clean your back' you can use benzoyl peroxide gel on big pimples at bedtime.

Hello, You need to get a serum beta hcg test done. If teh hcg levels are more than 3mIU then you are pregnant.

Dear user, pimples are commonest problem in adolescence. Use following homeopathic medicines ; 1-tab pimplex sbl/2 tab thrice daily. 2-berberis aqui q/ 10 drops thrice daily with 1/4 cup water. Drink plenty of water during day, avoid sun exposure, eat fresh fruits and be stress free and do meditation for a while daily. Thanks and do follow up after 4 weeks.

I had no motions for since 3 days and i am feeling always tired to start new activity? Please help me.

Water is really important. Drink at least 3 litres of water daily with enough of fruits & vegetables, take fruits with skin and atleast 500 gms of green leafy vegetables, take one apple daily and include high fiber grains in your breakfast such as dalia, oats. Do take lukewarm water before & after meals.

Minoxidil is prescribed for hair loss and other related hair problems. You can use minoxidil where you feel hair fall is more. You can also try applying coconut and castor oil mix .

I have psoriasis on palm and bit on legs for last year or so Will homeopathy cure psoriasis and reduce itching. I did try one homeopathy Dr. before but I did not get desired result. Again my challenge is I work in Melbourne and come only for a month to Pune so important thing is that I get regular consultation while I am oversees.

Hello, Psoriasis is genetic disorder triggered due to stressful conditions and irregular life style. Hye, Thanks for the query. You can improve your running stamina by following an effective training program and right nutrition. Step 1 Run more miles each week. You can increase your total running volume by increasing either the distance of each run or adding more runs. This allows your body to develop the systems needed to get more blood and oxygen to the muscles that are working. Step 2 Incorporate a resistance workout two to three times per week, focusing on all of the major muscles groups of the body. Resistance can come from free weights, machines, body weight or bands, depending on what is available. At a minimum, the strength program should include squats, push-ups and planks because the combination of these three exercises will strengthen all of the major muscles of the body. Increasing muscle strength and endurance trains the muscles to work longer before reaching fatigue and that translates to being able to run longer. Step 3 Consume a nutritious diet, high in carbohydrates, moderate in protein and low in fat to ensure you have enough energy to complete your run. The diet of a runner should be made up of 60 to 70 percent carbohydrates, 12 to 15 percent from protein and no more than 30 percent from fat sources. Runners must also focus on staying well hydrated, drinking water regularly throughout the day and before, during and after workouts.
