Blood tests doesn't cause improper working of nerves. That's not possible. Nerves carry signals from brain to body parts and reverse. Shoulder problem may be because of Rotator cuff problem.

You should immediately consult your General Physician. And along with that consult a Physiotherapist to rule out any Neuromuscular Issues because when a nerve is not having a healthy motion and gliding or is impinged, it may give rise to altered sensation like burning or tingling sensation. Hello, I am a 48 years old man. A couple of days back I heard a loud pop sound from my calf muscle in my right leg when I jumped over a waterhole. Thereafter I could not walk properly and have been feeling a lot of pain in my calf. May I please know what has exactly happened?

• : Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying • Quadriceps strengthening exercises- • Quad Clenches: Lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, Hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. • Standing calf stretch • Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.

Start doing exercises for cervical spondylosis. These will contribute for 50% in relief. Ypu can also opt for physiotherpy sessions. Proper Ayurvedic treatment taken within 1 year of apperrance of symptom will dimish the possibility of frequent repeated episodes añd further progression of the disease.

Hello lybrate user, back pain that is associated with day time sedentary jobs like computer professional s are associated with paraspinal muscle spasms. The best way to tackle this sort of pain is to do well spaced stretching exercises of the back, back extension exercises, using hot water bags to provide relief and avoiding stooping posture while sitting. Posture also plays a very important part in back pain, always maintain a straight posture while sitting. While getting up from the bed try to first go on your left or right side of the body and get up side ways. Avoid cruntches or sit-ups: they may increase the pressure on your back and may predispose to slip disc. Always maintain a healthy lifestyle in terms of regular brisk walking, meditation, eating healthy. P. S: try to avoid pain killers (analgesics) as much as possible as many are associated with side effects that you may not be aware of. Stay healthy. Stay happy god bless you.
