You can consult a surgical oncologist. The lump (gaath) can be evaluated and if required a mammography and /or biopsy can be done to check. In young patient, it's usually a simple lump (benign) but we need to evaluate the patient properly to confirm.

Hello, I have seen the pet-ct report of your father. It is not liver cancer but mets in the liver and lungs. The treatment of liver cancer and cancer that has mets in the liver is completely different. Tata memorial hospital, mumbai remains the apex institute for the treatment of cancer in india. Also, you may consult at sgpgi, lucknow since it is good and close to your home too.

My Grandpa (71Y old) is suffering from pancreas Cancer. His CA-19.9 Tests Result was more then 1200 on last Saturday. His tumor size on the head of the pancreas is 30x34 mm. What are the precautions he should take to stop growth of the cancer tissues and what medicines he has to take?

He must go for the radical treatment. What about biliary functions? if surgery is possible, go for it or else atleast bypass surgery followed by chemotherapy.

mouth cancer may present with premalignant or precancerous conditions like white patch or leukoplakia, reddish patch, difficulty in opening mouth or submucosal fibrosis. these are warning signs for mouth cancers.frank cancers may present as nonhealing ulcers, growth lesions, bleeding from oral cavity, difficulty in swallowing or eating food etc. most common risk factor is chewing tobacco or zarda. even chewing supari which is kept for long time in mouth may irritate soft mucosa of mouth and lead to cancerous growth. any sharp tooth or ill fitting dentures should be treated by dentists. one should eat lots of fruits and vegetables, natural sources of antioxidants and lycopene to prevent cancer and if one suffers from it then it should be treated by surgery, chemotherapy radiation therapy as indicated.

I am suffering from fibroadenoma since a long time but I have been taking homeopathy medicine since last six months. The time I take medicine my tumour is in small size but if I stop taking it, my tumour grows. What should I do to remove the tumour completely except having a surgery?

M.CH - Surgical Oncology
Oncologist, Visakhapatnam
Dear there is no other option than getting it removed surgically for complete relief. There is always a chance given your age and description that the lump may subside by itself over a period of time (usually years). But it also possible that it may not regress on its own. If it is causing you distress, surgical removal is ideal.

I'm getting a lot of Painless lumps all over my belly arms and thighs. Please advise what is the best way to get these checked and reduced.

MD - Oncology
Oncologist, Hubli-Dharwad
Meet an oncologist and if he/she suspects then can do an FNAC or Biopsy to confirm. many a times Lipoma and neurofibromas can present as multiple lumps. these are non cancerous lesions and there surgery is indicated if the lumps are painful or causing cosmetic problem, or else it can be left over.

These may be lipoma or neurofibroma. No medicine to treat both these conditions. These are mostally multiple hence largest or symptomatic one should be removed surgically.

Self Examination of Oral Cancer and Various Health Conditions

Self Examination of Oral Cancer and Various Health Conditions

In this article you will get to know how Dr. R k aggarwal lets us to know how we can examine our health and also by doing that know the real reason behind many diseases.

Dr R. K. Aggarwal says we should treat our self as human not a machine. For example if we have problem in a part of body we should not cut it out but treat it; all these things we do with our body is not good for our health and body.
One further step in good home oral care is regular self -examination for oral cancer. We have already mentioned that any sore that has been in the mouth for more than a week should be brought to a dentists attention at once. The chances are good that it will prove not to be malignant, but we are better able than ever to diagnose and treat precancerous conditions, and early detection is of the greatest importance.

You can play a major part in preventing oral cancer or catching it while it can be readily treated and cured if you take the time to examine the mouth regularly for any signs of disease.

Now all scientists and doctors know and suggest not following allopath. A revolution is happening but for that to reach us could take 30-50 years; which I am helping in getting people knowing that and treat themselves with various diseases.

First we should know the reason of the disease not go for the operation treatment. It never helps it comes out any way or another.

Dr. R K Aggarwal says we are here to help you get rid of dependence of yours on allopath medicines.

Watch the below video – Dr. R k aggarwal

The reason behind any disease is when bacteria, germs, tocsins and viruses collect in our body it causes diseases. This video also features some talk about tumour, fibroid, tumour cyst, ulcerative colitis and many other problems of our body.

. I am 26 Years old. I have one friend of same age who gets pain in her breasts now and den. Thing to notice here is he is not getting that pain only during periods but most of the time. She had even felt lumps sort of thing there. please suggest why this happens? And is it very serious? Help us to know more abt this.

Fellowship in Minimal Access Surgery, MS - General Surgery, MBBS, FICS
General Surgeon, Delhi
It looks like your friend is having fibroadenosis of breast. It is a benign condition and not a uncommon. Usually settles down with time. If no definite lumps felt it just needs reassurance only. If your friend has a well defined lump in the breast, a surgical consultation should be sought.
