Avoid fried and oil in food. You can follow following diet for reduce weight. 1. Honey take a medium glass and fill it with hot water. Add the juice of 1 lemon and 1 tablespoon of honey to it. Drink this after waking up in the morning as a first thing. Practice this remedy on a regular basis and you will certainly notice the difference. 2. Hot water drink around 1 litre hot water on an unfilled stomach. This will cleanse the body thoroughly. 3. Tomatoes eating raw tomatoes also helps in reducing the belly fat. 4. Ginger steep water and add ginger to it. Then, add honey and pepper. Simmer it for 5 minutes. Honey helps in dissolving the fat while ginger and pepper will increase the metabolic rate. 5. Mint add 1 tablespoon honey, a pinch of pepper, and some crushed mint leaves to a cup of hot water. Let it to steep for 5 minutes. Strain and drink the liquid to get a flat tummy. Mint soothes the abdomen while honey and pepper dissolves the fat and boosts the metabolism. 6. Apple cider vinegar consume apple cider vinegar with your food. It will make your stomach fuller, thereby curbing your appetite. This remedy not only helps in reducing the chubbiness of your tummy, but also in regulating the blood sugar level.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

Dengu virus is transmitted by Infected female Aedes Aegypti mosquito. Incubation period is 3-10 days. Most patients recover. Few patients can develop fatal complication like DHF (dengue hemorrhagic fever)/DSS (dengue shock syndrome) Symptom 1.Sudden High Fever, Severe Headache 2.Severe Bone and Joint Pain, Pain behind eyes 3.Fatigue, Nausea and vomiting, pain abdomen, loss of appetite 4.Skin rash may appear 2-5 days after fever 5.Blood platelet count is low and Dengue Antigen test (NS1) is positive Prevention 1.Take anti mosquito measures like use of mosquito net, mosquito repellent, 2. Spraying of insecticides in surrounding and keep it free from vegetation, 3.wearing full sleeve shirts in the evening, 4.Discarding empty containers for collection of water and promoting mosquito breeding Treatment If you are suffering from Dengue, Take one tablet of Paracetamol 500 mg 2-3 times daily after food, drink plenty of water and take rest. Monitor blood platelet and if it is falling down and you develop skin rashes with bleeding episodes like bleeding from gum, nose etc consult doctor immediately.

You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. For a start please follow: 1.Cut down the excess carbs. If you want to lose weight you should start by avoiding sugar and starch (like bread). A low carb diet reduces your hunger and makes it easier to eat less. And it might even increase your fat burning at rest. 2.Don’t skip meals. Skipping meals will not make you lose weight faster. That strategy backfires because your body thinks food is in short supply, so it slows your metabolism in order to conserve energy. Over time, the result is that when you do eat — even if you consume the same foods as always — your body will be slower to use the calories as fuel, thus creating a backlog of unwanted pounds. 3.Stay hydrated. You've heard it before, and you'll hear it again. That's because drinking 64 ounces of water daily is one of the easiest ways to speed up weight loss. Your body needs water in order to efficiently metabolize stored fat. When you shortchange your supply, you're likely to slow down that process, meaning it's more difficult for you to burn calories. An easy eight glasses a day (at least!) will keep your system running smoothly. 4.Start exercising. Strength training builds lean muscle tissue, which burns more calories — at work or at rest — 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The more lean muscle you have, the faster you'll slim down. How do you start strength training? Try some push-ups or a few squats or lunges. Use your free weights to perform simple biceps curls or triceps pulls right in your home or office. Do these exercises three to four times per week, and you'll soon see a rapid improvement in your physique. 5.Go for an evening walk. An evening activity may be particularly beneficial because many people's metabolism slows down toward the end of the day. Thirty minutes of aerobic activity before dinner increases your metabolic rate and may keep it elevated for another two or three hours, even after you've stopped moving. What that means for you: Those dinner calories have less of a chance to take up permanent residence on your hips. 6.Take adequate rest. You should also make an effort to get enough good sleep, preferably every night. Strive to wake up refreshed of your own accord, independently of the alarm clock. If you’re the kind of person who always gets brutally woken up by the alarm ringing, you might never be giving your body adequate rest. 7.Supplement vitamins and minerals. Nutrient-dense, good food is certainly the foundation of weight loss. But an adequate amount of vitamin D can be difficult to ingest via food. In the case of a lack of sun (such as during the darker months of autumn and winter), it’s wise to supplement for multiple health reasons – and perhaps even for your weight.

Hi Vihnesh., Medication:- 1. Tab Obesidat -1tab twice a day before food. 2. Triphala juice-10ml with warm water daily before food twice a day. Tips:- 1.No salt intake after 7: 30pm 2.No aerated drinks. Even Liquor too. 3.Restrict mango and banana. 4.Restrict potato and rice. 5.No artificial juices. 6.Half an hour aerobic exercise daily. Joining a gym for workout will be a better option. 7.20 mins of breathing exercise (pranayam). 8.Avoid Rajmah, Channa, Peas, Mushroom, Gobi, Pumpkin, Leafy vegetables, Capsicum, Paneer, Cheese, Curd, Non Veg, Maida related items (like Bread, bun, pizza, burger etc), Deep fried and spicy food, Sweets, Sugar, carbohydrate rich fruits like apple, Sapota, Banana etc. 9.Avoid rice intake in the morning and strictly in the night. 10.Avoid intake of refrigerated food in the morning, prepared previous night. 11.Intake of food should be on time without skipping even a single meal. 12.Maintain min two hours of gap between dinner intake and sleep. 13.Consume minimum eight glasses of water a day. 14.“Early to bed and early to rise” should be strictly followed. Sleeping Late night should be strictly avoided. 15.Have fruits only in the noon time. Avoid fruits consumption in the night (occasionally can be taken before dinner). 16.Stop intake of milk during bed time. 17.Bathing should be before food intake only. 18.Tea, milk intake should be twice a day preferably morning and evening. Coffee intake should be strictly avoided

Your weight is controlled by 4 major factors (1) refined sugar consumption (2) exercise and hydration (3) posture and sitting (4) how many times do you indulge yourself - alcohol, binge eating at parties, overeating etc. Step 01: refined sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: improve posture and sitting habits if you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff 1. No more than 60 ml of hard liqour or 2 glasses of beer per day. 2. Try to eliminate the urge to overeat but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels. You will find that there are a lot of companies out there that are trying to sell expensive products to naive consumers in the name of weight loss. These products may not necessarily be good for you. Losing and maintaining weight is something which is totally in your hands, it is easy and it is free of cost if you follow the above mentioned points.

I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity and few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.

Hello you need not worry. You need to understand the concept of weight loss. It's a gradual process that requires cut down in calories under the guidance of a dietitian and regular exercise. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Avoid fried foods, sweets, carbonated drinks and processed foods. Include whole grains, sprouts, seasonal fruits and vegetables. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Take flaxseed powder 1 tsp with lukewarm water on empty stomach. Take green tea 3-4 cups a day. Drink plenty of water. For belly fat do squats and plank regularly. You need to have diet plan based on your BMI & activities. Whatever we eat is metabolised by the body for the energy needed to do daily work and the excess is stored as fat. Abdomen is the first place to gain weight and last to disappear. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. Some tips to help you lose weight: •Keep a food diary. Writing down everything you eat is critical! Emotional eaters tend to overeat. •Eat when you're truly hungry rather than when you're tired, anxious or stressed. •Eat slowly. If you eat too fast, you eat more than you need to satisfy your hunger. Your brain needs time to catch up with your stomach. •Plan your meals ahead of time so you make healthy choices. When dining out, check the menu online and decide what you will order before you sit down. Ask for dressings on the side. Opt for foods that are baked, broiled or steamed versus fried or swimming in creamy sauces. Avoid chips and bread baskets—they add unnecessary calories. •Stay hydrated. People often mistake thirst for hunger. •Eat breakfast. If you skip this meal, you'll be starving by lunchtime. You'll have more difficulty making healthy choices throughout the day. Find resources to help you keep track of your food choices and nutritional values and that can offer additional support when you need it.

the minute you eat clean all patches from your skin will also subside, nevertheless a dermatologist can guide you to a better skin. to reduce your abdomen you have to eat right and exercise well. If you follow a nutrition program and exercise well the there will be some reduction in your abds but not complete as it takes a lot of time and dedication to lose stomach fat. It also depends on how much is your waist circumference. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Firstly it is important to understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating. There are no special foods to reduce weight. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips.

I request you to see tips. Please maintain negative calory intake balance. A lots of fibres and lots of water before meals. Walk for 30 to 45 minutes without pause as far as possible. Taruni kusumakar powder 1 tsp in morning with warm water 2 tsp at night with warm water after a week make this routineroutine of powder at alternative days. Revert after one month.
