6 Things to have to lose weight Numerous people are facing a number of problems in their life if you also one of them then stop worrying about your excess weight, just start eating right. Here are six tips that you can consider to lose your weight. Have a healthy breakfast – The fundamental rule to any kind of weight loss program is having a healthy breakfast without skipping it for a single day. Oatmeal is ideal to have in breakfast, as it is a source of complex carbohydrates. It satisfies you and keeps you full longer. Oats also very helpful in keeping blood pressure and level of insulin stable. You can have this with skimmed milk or yogurt as per your choice. Select skimmed milk – Milk as well as its products are rich in calcium and keep your bones strong. The skimmed milk, yogurt and low fat cheese helps to break down fat cells and results in weight loss. Have protein and fiber rich foods – All those food that are rich in fiber and protein are very helpful in achieving the weight loss goal. Since, they keep you full for longer time and help in controlling you from over eating. At the same time, protein has a very rich satiety index, which makes protein an important part of diet. Tips to lose weight  faster: 1. Eat a high-protein breakfast. 2Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice.  3. Drink water a half hour before meals. 4. Hello, •Go for a brisk walk in d morning / evening  for  45 mnts to restore blood circulation to enshape your whole body. •Take, 3/4 litres  of water, free from continents to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell.  •  Go for meditation to reduce your stress and to nourish cell & tissues to curb fats cells.     •Go for either, cycling, jogging, swimming, skipping, gardening, playing badminton, dancing,regularly.     •Opt staircase, instead of a lift in your office.    •Take, oats with green tea  or, 1 slice of whole grain bread with 1 cup of cooked vegetable soup + 1 fruit (pomegranate, pear) in d breakfast.     •Take, salad, fruits,sprouts in ample qty in lunch, your meal b preferably, vegetarian ,high in proteins and fibre, maintaing 1300-1600 calories through dietary  regulation.      •consume salad, fruits (not juice) whenever you feel hungry. kindly take 1 tsf of triphala in hot water at bed time, regularly. Take dinner before 7 pm. avoid eating after 7 pm. Take bitter gourd, bottle gourd, moong daal regularly. Take 4 to 5 liters of water. Cut down sugar and salt in your diet. Take sleep 7 to 8 hrs at night regularly.

i suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating ......

Along with gym you should take balanced diet. Take proper food before and after gym. Use protein shake or whey protein immediately after workout. As protein is needed extra for gym goers. Before workout take brown rice, sweet potato with steamed broccoli with olive oil, banana with almond butter or peanut butter. Oat meal, berries, walnut, apple. After workout protein shake with banana, almond milk, hemp seed as excellent protein source. Salad with roasted chicken with added vinegar, olive oil, multi grain bread, steamed vegetables, brown rice. Drink lots of water and proper sleep.

Hye, thanks for the query. Medication alone will not help gain weight. You need to first understand why you are losing weight. Work overload, stress and poor appetite and intake of food is the commonest reason for weight loss. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.
