Take lots of green leafy vegetables and sweet juicy fruits. Dairy products such as milk and fresh yogurt will also help. Fresh coconut is also considered excellent" hair food" -- sprinkle grated coconut over salads, diced fresh fruit, or rice. 1. Green Leafy Vegetables: Regular intake of Green leafy Vegetables - Spinach, Lettuce, Leafy Greens, Turnip Greens, Broccoli, Beans and Green Peppers are rich in nutrients that help and promote Hair growth. 2. Other Vegetables and Fruits: Two fresh fruits per day:- cut and eat with fruit skin, no juice. 3. Sprouts: Green gram dhal Sprout. There are so many sprouts like Mung Beans, Green gram dhal, Peas It is also very easy to prepare! Soak Green gram dhal in an air tight Box. Then in the afternoon strain the water and close the box, put the box in a dark place. In the Morning the sprouts will be ready for you to Eat. It will be very effective when taken with the morning meal. 4 Almonds/4 Walnuts on alternate day’s and 2Dates/2Figs on also alternate day’s and 2 prunes daily. 5. Good news for Fish lovers! Fish contains nutrients that will make hair shiny and strong while promoting hair growth. It contains Omega 3 fatty acids which help nourish hair very well. Those who don’t want to eat fish or are vegetarians can take Sea cod Tablets. It is extremely beneficial. 6. One glass of Milk per day if possible cow’s milk. 7. One spoon ghee per day. 8. Soya Bean: Proteins rich for hair growth is a must! If your a vegetarian and are on a hunt for that perfect source of proteins, then your search ends here. This is the best food for hair growth. Soya beans has 40% proteins and a great deal of good fats which are also much needed for hair growth. 9.10 – 12 glass of water per day 10. Cooking with certain spices adds flavor to your food and provides nourishment for your hair. Cumin, turmeric and black pepper are some" hair-friendly" spices. Add a healthy pinch of each to single-portion soups and stews as they are cooking. Sauté 1/8 -1/4 teaspoon each of the three spices in a teaspoon of ghee (clarified butter) or olive OIL and add to cooked veggies. Just with exercise you will not achieve fat loss. You have to eat clean as well. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 3 days of weights and 2 days of cardio. 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, whey protein powder, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Hi Sridhar Excess fat deposit on tummy area is due to insulin and glucagon hormone imbalance. To lose tummy fat you should avoid starchy and sugary food exm. chapati, rice, bread, potato. U can use high protein diet exm. pannier, egg, chicken. Take lipolyzer tummy tablet after lunch and dinner for good weight loss.

I deliver baby by cesarean 9 months ego. But my tummy did not got shape I am still looks like 9 months pregnant lady. I started walking morning evening daily but no effect. I am working women dont have so much time but desperately want to reduce tummy fat please suggest.

Do tummy muscle strengthening exercises. Crunches. Take healthy diet. Avoid fast food, oily foods, bakery items, cheese, ghee etc. You can also go for inch loss by non surgical lypolysis treatment in aesthetic clinics which gives shape to your body.

Just want to confirm there are many medicines available in market for reducing weight and tummy. Marketing executives says these products are ayurvedic and dsnt have any side effect. Just want to make sure that wether these products are really helpful or not because they are very expensive for one month course it is costing around 12000 INR. Please suggest should i go for these products or not ?

Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one cup of water..If you use freshly ground black pepper, then just add one-quarter teaspoon...Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach....Do this daily for at least three months...

Your genetic background influences where your body fat is stored. In case your mother or father has fat stored in the abdomen, hips, waist or in the thigh, it is likely for you to develop deposits of fat in the same regions.

Circumstances of genetic fat

1. You may have a proper or a balanced BMI (body mass index) but still tend to develop bulges in areas, which are likely to make you look disproportional.

2. You may become obese by development of excess fat accumulation in the lower abdomen region, referred to as pannus. Extra fat may accumulate in your lower back and hips as well, which cannot be lost in spite of taking weight losing measures.

Liposuction to get rid of extra fat

Liposuction is a cosmetic surgery that allows you to remove genetic fat or any extra fat from the body, in order to change the body's shape. Liposuction does not remove cellulites and tightening of loose skin cannot be done.

Liposuction removes excess fat from the body by suction. Small, narrow tubes with blunt tips known as the cannulae are inserted through incisions in the skin surface. The tubes are moved under the skin to target the suction of fat deposits.

There are several types of liposuction techniques.

1. Tumescent liposuction: In this form of liposuction, a wetting solution such as lidocaine with a local anesthetic is injected into the patient before surgery. This causes the shrinking or constriction of blood vessels due to which it allows liposuction to be performed while the patient is under local anaesthesia. Blood loss and post surgical pains are reduced.

2. Suction assisted liposuction:This mode of liposuction also known as SAL is the most primary form of liposuction. It involves drawing out of fat using a vacuum.

3. Power assisted liposuction: This liposuction technique called PAL in short involves the process of SAL with an extra tool for increasing the motion of the cannula. The process is faster.

4. Ultrasound assisted liposuction: This process (UAL) involves the transmission of energy via a specialized hand piece for loosening and melting of fat. A greater volume of fat can be removed via UAL. VASER is a variation of the UAL method where an ultrasonic cannula with grooves helps in energy disruption to improve removal of fat.

5. Laser assisted liposuction: LAL is a newly developed liposuction technology where a laser works like an ultrasound for disruption and removal of fat cells. This mode is more efficient and involves less trauma.

Liposuction is an effective way to remove unwanted, genetic fat from your body, which may be harming your body image. However, liposuction is associated with severe side effects.
