Hiren there is a general approach and a specific approach as per individual patients metabolic profile. i will give you a general approach to try for 4 weeks. If this works then continue. If not enough then consult to get treatment as per metabolic status. 1. do not eat anything sugary or sweet. 2. eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner 3. do atleast 30 min of exercise every day of any kind

In general in obese person the skin remain oily, so weight reduction is prime remedy. You need weight reducing diet, reasonable exercises, yogasana and safe selected herbal supplements.

Dear lybrate user, I am not in favour of taking protein powder. There are so many things at home by which you can take protein like boiled eggs, cheese, grams, soyabeans nuts etc.

The best and only way for weight reduction is > 1. Diet Control +2. Daily exercise. All other methods/ Drinks / Herbs etc are all myths and fantasies. Ajwain / any such drink does not reduce any weight. Good health needs some effort but the final results are worth the effort.

For weight loss you have to consume fewer calories than your daily requirement. Exercise alone is not sufficient you have to take care of your diet first.e.g. if you are doing 1 hour brisk walk you will burn 250 kcal but single package of chips contain kcal. So to decrease weight you require individual diet and exercise schedule. Consult me privately

I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and for loosing weight few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.

A healthy diet plays a major role to reduce your weight with combination of your excercise. You have to do some modification in your diet & excercise. You can lose your weight 3-5 kg by following a good diet plan & excercise or a healthy diet with right ratio of calories, protein & carb. I am also outlining a 21 day plan for you. If you follow this plan sincerely then you will see a noticeable difference in just 21 days. There are 6 things that you need to do: 1. Eliminate all refined sugars from your diet. This means no sugar in your tea/coffee/milk, no consumption of sugary beverages like coke, pepsi and total elimination of all snacks like biscuits, cakes, sweet dishes. I know it is difficult but remember that you just have to adhere to this for 21 days. If you wish to snack you can have unsalted peanuts, dry fruits, seeds or yogurt. 2. When you get up in the morning, put your pillow aside and lie with your back straight. Put both your legs together and lift them so your legs are at a 30 degree angle with the bed. Maintain this pose of 5 minutes. Keep breathing while your legs are in the air. 3. Eliminate dinner altogether. In place of dinner have a bowl of papaya. You can have a small bowl of yogurt with black salt if you are not able to control your urge. 4. Keep hydrated through out the day. You need to drink at least 10 glasses of water every day. Tea/coffee are not substitutes of water. Minimize consumption of milk. Add raw vegetables to each meal. 5. One 500mg tablet of calcium d-glucarate and one tablet of b-complex every day. 6.2 sets of 15 squats - twice a day. 2 set of 15 push-ups - twice a day. If you miss even one of the steps mentioned above during your 21 day regime then you have to start all over again from day 1. Please bear in mind that it takes 21 consecutive days of performing all the above mentioned steps for the stomach muscles to start toning up.

You should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise. Take lukewarm water with half lemon. Include low calorie, normal protein vitamin and mineral, resticated carbohydrates and fat, high fibre diet are given. Take salad before meals. Take sprouts and fruits. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night.

Hello you need to understand the concept of weight loss. It's a gradual process that requires cut down in calories under the guidance of a dietitian and regular exercise. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Avoid fried foods, sweets, carbonated drinks and processed foods. Include whole grains, sprouts, seasonal fruits and vegetables, salad vegetables like cucumber, kakri, onion, tomato etc. Include green tea 4-5 times a day. Drink plenty of water. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Take flaxseed powder 1 tsp with lukewarm water on empty stomach. You can have baked samosa and dark chocolate 1 square just for controlling cravings. Thank you.

I am 60.My weight is 105Kg. I am 5'9". I have essential hypertension. I became diabetic 2years ago and am on medication. Hypertension is hereditary while diabetes is not. I am suffering from depression due to weight and have OSA also. For OSA I use CPAP machine and for other ailments I take medicines on regular basis. What is remedy. Hi Removing ovary and becoming fat has no correlation You should do strictly diet control and regular exercise to reduce your weight. You. Should do check your TSH Levels also because sometimes undiagnosed hypothyroidism also causes increase in weight Thanks

Hi this can be done in a few steps: eat less chapatis, less rice, i. E. Less carbohydrates. Take more pulses and pulses products. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid taking creamed milk and milk products. Also avoid eating fried foods, junk foods, canned foods, etc. Must take salad with your every main meal. Drink plenty of water. Take green tea instead of normal tea but not more than twice a day. Walk at least for half an hour after dinner at night. Take exercises daily as it helps in better absorption of food.

Start doing yoga/ aerobics and meditations regularly. This will make you fit and healthy. Make a habit of drinking water early in the morning so that you bowel cleans up. Eat fat free diet like cornflakes, oats, poha, idli in breakfast and some protein pulses in lunch and lots of salad (raw vegetables) include fruits in your diet. Avoid heavy dinner. Try to eat dinner at 7-8 pm and then go for walk so that food gets digested before sleep. Can have one cup of boiled water daily before sleeping. Not only weight but also will give you relief from your tiredness. Meet some physio who can make a diet and exercise chart plan for you so that you may loose weight and be healthy. As diet and exercise chart vary patient to patient.

Hi, I don't think health is less Important than work.if you don't remain fit every sphere of your life will be effected. its advised you do some time management. To de stress take breaks. have warm water lemon and honey empty stomach in morning and throughout the day have warm water. cut on carbs potatoes aerated drinks etc. have leafy vegetables and eat every 2 hours. For that u will have to eat every two hours even at office. when you get up.. do some skipping for 10 minutes . search you tube videos they have 7 minute 5 minute work out. try to do that. It may be tough initially but if you don't you will feel bad afterwards . so why not try. you can consult me for any query
