Lybrate-user this is fungal infection of skin. It needs more care than other eruptions as it gets aggravated due to perspiration and humidity. So try these few tips to control over it. 1. Use coconut oil at night on rash. 2. Keep the portion dry 3. Use cotton garments 4. Do good exercise of minimum 30 mins. This will help you to control the infection. Thanks.

1. Apply panderm plus ointment twice daily for (1-2 week) 2. Take one tablet of levocetrizine (5 mg) at bed time if itching is severe 3.Thoroughly dry the area after taking bath and keep it dry and sweat free. Apply talcum powder in the area 4.Use loose cotton under wear instead of tight synthetic one 5. Change the under wear daily and use clean and washed one 6.Maintain personal hygiene 7.consult skin specialist for further advice.

All of a sudden I am experiencing some itchy tiny pimple like growth mostly concentrated in my lower shoulders and portions of my forearm. I have observed that it most commonly occur only whenever I am in my assignment overseas. Can desalinated water cause such medical condition?

It specifies related to your location at a particular place. This is an allergic manifestation. Could be caused by anything. Best thing is'nidaanparivarjan' (sanskrit) i. E. Prevent/ remove the cause. If you can't, you have to make your immunity strong enough to tolerate such small allergies. My suggestion is whenever you decide, decide in favour of herbal immunenhancers/ antiallergics which are non toxic, naturals. Though could be slower but will have sustainable effect for longer periods.

Have healthy food and don't forget to add fruits in your diet. 3. There's a reason why it's called 'beauty sleep',have adequate amount of sleep because while you sleep, your skin gets repaired. 4. Keep stress at a bay-Be happy and that would show up on your skin! Just start doing all of the above mentioned things and you will start to feel not only your skin being healthy and glowing but overall health would be improved. Stay blessed. I want to remove my tattoo i.e my name which was written on my fore arm please suggest me something.
Hello. Definitely it can be removed. However the mode of removal has to be decided on the size, position and the depth of the tattoo, for which I would like you to get it examined first. It can be removed by either, Excision or laser therapy etc, all which has their own pros and cons. These you can discuss accordingly.

I hv white spots on my neck or stomach. Is dis any disease or symptoms of any disease to be cause.

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Ludhiana
I hv white spots on my neck or stomach. Is dis any disease or symptoms of any disease to be cause.
White spots on can occur due to a number of reasons, of which conditions can be mild or severe. The condition can be mild or severe, and generally covers the majority of the skin on a particular area of the body. They may also cause irritation or itching. The occurrence of whites on the face can be extremely distressing. People affected with this problem should obtain medical advice to diagnose what is causing the condition and the suitable treatment. Causes of White Spots White spots on the face occur for various reasons. Understanding some of these reasons may be beneficial in treating the condition. Furthermore, understanding the cause can also help people avoid certain circumstances that increase the risk. 1. Tinea Versicolor This is a chronic fungal infection of the skin. Also known as pityriasisversicolor, this fungus causes discolored patches on the skin as it interferes with the normal pigmentation. The color of the patches may be darker or lighter than the surrounding skin and most often, affects the back and trunk of adolescent males. Exposure to sunlight, hot, humid weather, oily skin and excessive sweating may aggravate the condition. 2. Vitiligo This is a skin condition that results in the loss of melanocyte pigmentation of the skin. This results in white patches that feel as if it is part of the skin. The cause of vitiligo is unclear although it is believed to be an autoimmune disease. However, mild trauma to any area of the skin including the face can also result in the development of vitiligo. Vitiligo can affect the face, hands and feet, elbows and genital area. So you should consult your doctor for a physical examination so that a correct diagnosis is made and treatment given accordingly----

Hi, Be happy from inside and taking nutritious, healthy food and daily yoga or some kind of exercises, it will be automatically reflected on your face. Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. Diet: -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon,orange,gooseberry,etc.Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, cantaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce) . If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Medicine: You can also use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel daily at night. Home remedies: Apply fresh-squeezed lemon juice to your entire face and neck. Leave it on for 10 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. After this, rub cucumber slices on your skin to soften and moisturize it. Do this daily or every other day. Another option is squeeze the juice of one-half lemon and mix one to two tablespoons of raw honey in it. Apply it on your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off. Make a paste of 'Kasturi Manjal' (wild turmeric) with rose petals, saffron and raw milk which is very effective.
