There are two pillars for weight loss. Diet and exercise. Thought right diet can control further weight gain and assure overall health, exercise is must for weight reduction. 30 mins walk (to start with), with well balanced diet (depending on you heath condition) can lead to gradual and healthy weight loss.

Go for a walk in the morning and evening. You should take lukewarm water in the morning. Consumption of plenty of water be ensured. Low calorie, normal protein, vitamin and mineral (except sodium), resticated carbohydrates, fats and high fibre diet are given. Take salad before meals. Take sprouts. Don't take table salt. Avoid junkfood. You should avoid fasting and feasting. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals. Don't take rice at night.

Obesity is a common nutritional disorder that has resulted into stress among people of all age groups. The mushrooming of slimming centers, weight loss pills and diet plans in the recent past are all pointers of how people are disturbed by obesity. The condition results from excess accumulation of fats in the body as a result of excess intake of food. When you take an excess of 50 calories in a day, you are said to increase weight by 25 kgs within a ten-year period. While scientists largely attribute the cause for the condition to intake of excess food, studies also reveal that genes could play a significant role too. Make up your mind to be a health warrior. Promise yourself to be fit. Break your food habits and addictions. The best solution for Weight loss is Simple Natural Diet + Daily exercise. Add more Fruits /Salads/Proteins to your diet. Double your water intake. One glass every hour. Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas/Juices from your diet.  Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice. Eat slowly and mindfully.   Reduce portion size. Take small bits of food in your plate. Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins.  This will keep you toned and trim. Reduce outside food. Try to avoid company of people who are addicted to junk food and overeating. Dear excessive weight gain occurs only when calories intake are more than calories burnt, so to decrease belly fat you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach daily. 3. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 4. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 5. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 5 min per asana. 6. Do brisk walk early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 7. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 8. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. 9. Drink three litres of water daily

For increasing body weight, start eating more chapatis and rice with ghee or butter. Take creamed milk upto 400 ml daily. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables, take pulses and pulses products. You can eat homemade fried foods but avoid eating from the market. If you eat non-veg then eat 2 to 3 pcs. Of egg or fish thrice a week. Also take 4 to 6 pcs. Of almonds or cashew nuts or some raisins. Must take exercise daily as it helps in better absorption of food and also increases your satiety.

You should not exceed 5 teaspoons of any oil per day. This includes oil/ghee /dalda. Minimum can be 3 teaspoons. Sugar should not be more than 4 teaspoons.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. You have a high chance if getting diabetes since you hv a family history. Keep a healthy lifestyle. Increase thirst, increased frequency of urination are some initial symptoms of diabetes but it can vary from being completely asymptomatic to non specific symptoms like weakness, loss of weight, tingling in feet, dry mouth, blurry vision, burning during urination. You need to follow a healthy lifestyle to prevent such metabolic diseases. Type 1 usually occurs at younger age due to insulin deficiency and treated with insulin injections. It can't be cured completely but you can keep it controlled by taking these precautions.
