Yellow tinge in eyes and yellow color urine along with pain abdomen all these symptoms are indicative of liver infection or jaundice please consult a good physician and get clinically checked and thoroughly investigated to get the proper diagnosis and treatment.

Overeating may be an underlying symptom. This needs to be looked into in detail. Certain people over eat in emotionally testing times, stress, while others do so chronically. It is essential that you understand that limiting portions may make you hungry again and again, but there is no harm in eating smaller meals at regular intervals. Infact its better. Your weight and height point out that you are quite underweight and the bmi ratio is about 14.3, which is quite low. I would recommend a thyroid function test for you, if despite eating big meals, you aren't putting on weight. Detailed examination is a must for you.

get rid of lice first. treat every body in family. preparations are commercially available. lici comes both as oil and shampoo. the lice burrows in scalp and you can have scalp infections. you use the preparations once a week for 4 weeks. as they dont kill nits only the lice. then we will look in the hair growth .

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

नींबू का इस्तेमाल लगभग हर घर में किया जाता है और यह आसानी से मिल भी जाते है। वैसे तो नींबू किसी में मौसम में मिल जाता है लेकिन गर्मियों में इसका इस्तेमाल ज्यादा किया जाता है। कुछ लोग नींबू पानी पीकर अपनी गर्मी को दूर भगाने की कोशिश करते है तो कुछ नींबू के रस से घर की सफाई आदि करते है। वहीं नींबू के कुछ ब्यूटी फायदे भी होते है। दरअसल, नींबू में ऐसे न्यूट्रिएंट्स होते हैं जो चेहरे की रंगत निखारने का काम करते है। चलिए आज हम सिर्फ आधे नींबू से होने वाले कुछ ब्यूटी फायदों के बारे में बताते है, जिनके बारे में शायद ही आप जानते होगे।

1.बेसन में नींबू का रस मिलाकर लगाने से दाग-धब्बे दूर होगे। साथ ही चेहरे की चमक बढ़ेगी।
2. दही में नींबू का रस मिलाकर लगाने से रूखे बाल भी शाइन करने लगते है।
3. नींबू के छिलके को दांतों पर रगड़ने से उनका पीलापन दूर होता है।
4. आलू के रस में नींबू का रस मिलकार कोहनी और गर्दन पर लगाएं इससे उनके रंग में निखार आएगा।
5. ऑयली स्किन के कारण चेहरे पर पिंपल और ब्लैकहेड्स की समस्या देखने को मिलती है। ऐसे में नींबू में पाया जाने वाला साइट्रिक एसिड स्किन पर मौजूद जमे तेल के अणुओं दूर करता है। नींबू को पानी में मिलकार कॉटन की मदद से चेहरे पर लगाएं।

Hi, Dengue fever, also known as breakbone fever, is a mosquito-borne tropical disease caused by the dengue virus. Symptoms include fever, headache, muscle and joint pains, and a characteristic skin rash that is similar to measles. In a small proportion of cases, the disease develops into the life-threatening dengue hemorrhagic fever, resulting in bleeding, low levels of blood platelets and blood plasma leakage, or into dengue shock syndrome, where dangerously low blood pressure occurs. Malaria is an acute febrile illness. In a non-immune individual, symptoms appear 7 days or more (usually 10–15 days) after the infective mosquito bite. The first symptoms – fever, headache, chills and vomiting – may be mild and difficult to recognize as malaria.

The last few decades have seen obesity has grown as the new social evil.  One of the major culprits is the reduced physical activity and sedentary lifestyle that has become the norm. It is therefore not surprising that weight loss is on everybody's personal goals.  In a lot of cases, ironically, the methods and techniques have involved turning the clock back, what was being done a couple of decades ago. Let us look at using stairs for example. From an engineering point of view, elevators and escalators were a major focus area in the 1900s and 2000s.  However, now, stair designs that are easy on the body are the highlight.

Let us look at some facts related to weight loss and climbing stairs. These should provide you sufficiently good reasons to start using the stairs next time when you have a choice.

  • Fact 1:  Climbing stairs help burn more calories per minute than jogging.  It is declared as a 'vigorous exercise'. 
  • Fact 2: Climbing a step helps you burn about 0.2 calories and going down burns 0.05, so to burn 1 calorie, all you need to do is go up 5 steps or go down 20 steps.
  • Fact 3: However, though the number of calories burned is less by going downstairs, the muscles and joints used for getting down stairs are different. Using stairs to go up and down should be regularly practiced.
  • Fact 4:  Climbing stairs require about 9 times more energy than sitting and about 7 times more energy than required to take the lift.  
  • Fact 5: For going up or down 3 to 4 flights of stairs, taking the stairs helps save about 15 minutes of valuable time (most of it waiting for the lift to arrive).
  • Fact 6: Regular use of stairs safeguards you against heart disease, diabetes, muscle weakness and stroke.
  • Fact 7: Endorphins are released when you climb stairs, which also induce a feeling of well-being.
  • Fact 8: Overweight people burn more calories by climbing stairs.
  • Fact 9: Taking one step at a time in more beneficial than taking two at a time. Calories are burned gradually, but more efficiently.
  • Fact 10: Climbing stairs is eco-friendly as well, as it reduces carbon emissions. Just another reason why you should avoid the lift!

If you are taking medicines for high BP , most of medicines has constipation as a side effect . You have to be careful about diet and exercise. Do some yoga and simple walks. Do not eat food causing distention e g chick peas, raajma , beans etc.

You need a mri cervical spine and lumbar spine. Maintain proper posture. Do not lift heavy objects. Change your profession if it gives stress to your back. Avoid riding bike for long. Avoid bending. If you donot get relief then you will require medicines and surgery can also be done for major problem.

To remove chicken pores scars follow these methods & instructions: * eat protein content food in your diet. Eat a bowl of cereal daily. Drink a glass of milk daily. * apply fresh aloe vera plant gel on your face for 2 to 3 minutes once in a week. * steam your face for 3 - 4 minutes once in a week. * do running and jogging exercise daily for 5 - 10 minutes. * do sarvangasan daily for 5 minutes under the supervision of yoga expert.

I think your posture is not good. You shoud try to meet a good orthopaedic physiotherapist and learn how to sit, stand, walk, picking up objects, getting up from bed, try to understand lower back and core muscle strengthening exercises.
