U can use homoeopathic ointment boroclear. You can take medicine like oleum jac. Moreover the hair growth can be restricted by application of scrub made up from coarse wheat flour ++milk++turmeric powder. Apply on face twice a week. Let the pack dry. Remove by rubbing it over the face. Wash with cold. Water.

I have problem of eye when I was sleep and wekup in the morning it is red what is solution for that please tell me.
Hello, bloodshot eyes appear red because the vessels at the surface of the white portion of the eye become swollen. Vessels may swell due to: eye dryness too much sun exposure dust or other particles in the eye allergies infection injury eye infections or inflammation can cause redness as well as possible itching, discharge, pain, or vision problems. Other causes of eye redness include colds or allergies, acute glaucoma, corneal scratches: injuries caused by sand, dust, or overuse of contact lenses. Sometimes, a bright red spot, called a subconjunctival hemorrhage, will appear on the white of the eye. This often happens after straining or coughing, which causes a broken blood vessel on the surface of the eye. Most often, there is no pain and your vision is normal. It is almost never a serious problem. Because the blood leaks into the conjunctiva, which is clear, you cannot wipe or rinse the blood away. Like a bruise, the red spot will go away within a week or two. Management: - try to rest your eyes if redness is due to fatigue or eye strain. No other treatment is needed. - wash your hands, hold clean water in your hand, keep your eyes closer to the water and dip the eyes by blinking the eyelids frequently in the held water in hand. Repeat it for 3-4 times again. - avoid watching t. V. Working on computer or mobile, reading or frequently keep blinking your eyes to avoid dryness. Take frequent breaks in between. - in case there is itching, use a clean napkin or a tissue to wipe the tears and cleaning the eyelids gently. -wear an uv-rays protected sunglasses while you are out in sun. Medication: take homoeopathic medicines - schwabes belladonna 30 and euphrasia 30 - both thrice daily for 4 days. Use euphrasia eye drops twice daily. Revert back thereafter.

My left eye flickers. I am observing it from many weeks. What could be the reason?

My left eye flickers. I am observing it from many weeks. What could be the reason?
The most common reason would be eye fatigue for example due to lack of sleep or excessive work on the computer. It is advisable to immediately take a break from work whenever this occurs. Sometimes it maybe due to dryness- this will require drops for relief but the nature of drops will depend on the level of dryness, which can be treated only after a check up from the eye doctor. Often, an undiagnosed spectacle power may also cause eye strain and produce this problem. Best to get yourself checked by an eye surgeon closest to you.

Hello, get your eyes tested from an opthalmologist. Include the following for getting better vision: vitamins a, c, e, and minerals like copper and zinc are essential to eyesight. Get the antioxidants from dark leafy greens, egg yolks, yellow peppers, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, and carrots. Include garlic and onions. Blueberries, grapes as they have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that can help improve your vision. Dha is a fatty acid found in coldwater fish like salmon, sardines and mackerel. Exercises for strengthening eye muscles: -begin by partially closing your eyes; the lids should only be halfway shut. After holding for 10-15 seconds, close your eyes very slowly. Take a few deep breaths to increase oxygen in the blood. -warm your eyes. Rub your palms together to create heat, and then place them against your eyes for five seconds. Repeat this three times. -hold a pen at arm's length. Focus your gaze on the tip of the pen. Bring the pen closer to your nose at a slow and steady pace. Repeat this exercise 5-10 times. -concentrate your vision on the tip of your nose. Then shift your gaze to an object further away, either at arm's length or 20 feet away. Then shift your eyes back to the tip of your nose. Repeat this exercise 10 times. -sit in a relaxed but upright position. Begin by look to the left-most position (without moving your head) and hold to stretch your eye muscles. Hold for 5 counts. Blink and return your gaze back to look straight in front of you. Then look to the right-most position with your gaze and hold for 5 counts. Repeat 3 times, blinking between each hold. Then, repeat this exercise looking up and then down. Do not forget about blinking. -sit in a relaxed but upright position. Look up and to your right for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look up to and to your left for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look down and to your right for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look down and to your left for 5 seconds. Insufficient sleep may weaken your vision, so shoot for 8 hours of sound sleep a night. Rest your eyes 10 minutes for every 50 minutes spent reading or in front of the computer. If your eyes feel overly tired, lie down and place cooling cucumber slices over your eyelids. Medication: take homoeopathic medicine which will help you in preventing first and then reducing the power of your eyes (if the eye power is less). Take physostigma 6/ thrice daily for 4-6 months and instill euphrasia eye drops twice a day. Thereafter, revert back for further guidance.

I have dry eye problem especially when sitting in front of computers in my job. Trying my best to take breaks between work and using eye drops. Is there anything else I can do, any food I should eat more or any medicine. Please advice as I am just 32 with entire Job life ahead.

You can try superior quality lubricant eye drops during day time and lubricant gel drops or ointment at bedtime. Omega 3 fatty acids taken orally are said to benefit some people by improving the corneal health. Moist chamber goggles could help as well. Temporary or permanent punctal plugs, implanted into lower eye lid puncta are shown to benefit some, by retaining natural tears for longer duration within the eyes. To evaluate if you need these things at all and to know the grade of dry eye condition (usually done by Schirmer strip test), you better get examined by an ophthalmologist.
