U have to take proper and complete treatment in homoeopathy. Some medicine as rhus tox 200 and rhododendron 30 has good result in such cases and you have to tell your proper case history as how and when it started and please attach your pic or any investigation report if you have.

I am 56+ years old Suffering with diabetic. Fasting sugar 185 and after 265. Every day 1 km. And also suffering with knee pains. What can I do

Hi thanks for your query. You have to take care of your diabetes as per your general physician/diabetologist advice. As far as your knee pain is concerned, it can be due to some degeneration setting in the joint which we call as arthritis. I need to know duration of pain and what are aggravating factors? how much distance can you walk and what is the analgesic requirement to carry out activities of daily routine? what medications you generally take and what has been your treatment history till now for existing problem. I run 3.5kms daily as I am improving my stamina, But A pain is caused in my left knee and I think it's some kind of ligament at left side back of my left knee. The pain increase with the kilometres I run it's been 20days I've stopped running and I think pain is gone but wherever I start running after 1.5 kms pain occurs and I have to stop cause if I had not stopped next day that pain would be terrible. And Specially this pain occurs when I decent stairs climbing is not much problem. Please help me it has frustrated me. I have tried Ice, Hot water bathing, Diclofenac Tablets none of them works fine. I want to know which muscle group is affected and How to get rid of it? Thank You.

Nuts- peanut, almond, spinach, broccoli, green mustard and other green leafy vegetable. Tomato, red bell pepper sun flower seed, pumpkin seed and sesame (til) vegetale oils (olive oil, sun flower oil) egg yolk, whole grain, soybean fruits- papaya, mango, kiwi. Basil these are better sources of vit e, but I suggest instead you take in general a balanced diet which will be much useful to you rather than going for a particular type of food do following 1. No alcohol 3. No smoking 4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. Less sugar, potato, rice 5.30 mts walk daily 6. Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily 8. First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * surya namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

I have undergone total knee replacement surgery in october 2014. However, I still get pain on movement and there is a peculiar feeling of something getting pulled over my patella when I climb stairs. Please please advise what could be the cause of this. The operating doctor does not answer my query

Dear , there can be many reasons for the pain. Sometimes you may be having inflammatory arthritis which was ignored. Its also possible that a few muscle fibers or the joint capsule might be tethered. I could give you a solution only after full examination of the knee. Does you knee get hot? is it swollen? how much can you bend the knee? do you feel a sound coming from the knee? send me you xrays so that I can take a look. Am asking this for my sis. She is 22 yrs of old now, she has severe pain on her both leg muscles (from thump to knee) in every night and sometimes during day time also. Kindly show me digital x rays of legs & other investigation reports sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days bio d3 max 1tab od do neck, back & shoulder exercises it may have to be further investigated you will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Lower leg pain with running can be due to shin splints or muscles cramps. Follow these lifestyle modifications to get relief. 1.Take adequate liquids, sports drink like Gatorade, fruit juices when running. 2. Stretch your calf muscles daily specially before running. 3. You can massage calf muscles and apply cold pack when they pain. After running apply cold pack on legs. 4. Avoid prolonged standing or sitting cross-legged. Change postures in between. Avoid running when it pains. 5. Take calcium supplements. 6. Take healthy nutritious diet. 7. If you are asking medicines like diuretics, statins, review with your doctor as they can cause cramps too. 8. Take anti inflammatory drugs like Ibuprofen when leg pain is present. 9. Avoid running on hard surfaces, prefer running on soft surfaces like soil or grass. For persistant problems consult again. If problem persists get your thyroid profile, kidney functions done and consult with your doctor.
