I get too much snore in sleep. The sound is too much high as told by my spouse. Can you please help me with any solutions to reduce it.

Hi, please follow these tips to stop snoring: - reduce your weight if you are obese. - perform pranayama (breathing exercises) everyday. - quit smoking which irritates the mucosal layer of the nose and throat and causes blockage and results in snoring. - quit alcohol and sedatives which relax the throat muscles and results in snoring. - sleep on sides instead on back. - elevate the head by using a thick pillow which eases the breathing. - clear the nose before going to bed. - establish regular sleep pattern. - keep the bedroom air moist by using humidifier; as dry air irritates the mucosal membrane in the nose and throat. - perform throat exercises like repeating the vowels a, e, i, o, you loudly for 2-3 mins few times a day or keeping the tongue behind the teeth and moving it backwards - 3-4 times a day. - anti snoring appliances can also be used.

My albuminuria​ is 307 .I am diabetic and have highpertension. BP 150/90 sugar fasting 164 pp 158 .Has it affected my kidney? Is it dangerous for kidney problem? Hello, the sugar readings you have are definitely not good for your kidney. Based on your weight and other parameters, exact kidney function can be assessed. The damage to a diabetic kidney is slow and often missed by patient & doctor alike, so am glad you are aware of the risks. The current medications will help with preserving kidney function, though strict BP control would be required along with some dietary adjustments. Regards.

Hello. These all indicate sluggish functioning of your liver. So, take Schwabe's Alpha-Liv/ thrice daily and eat fresh, healthy food consisting of green vegetables, seasonal fruits, salads, pulses. The food should be bland with less spices. Drink 8-10 glasses of water. Avoid junk food. Take enough rest.

Change food habites. Add in your food calcium, vitamines, minirales, proteins, milk, sweets etc. Do hard work in day time if don't have work than 10km cycling. Your body wants work that you are not doing. Leave strass, tentions before going to sleep. Do not thinks any think going to sleep. Do yoga, arobic excersices, walking. After dinner walk 1 to2 km daily.

I am giving you some health tips for snoring problem Lifestyle changes to stop snoring Lose weight. If you’re overweight Exercise exercising your arms, legs, and abs, for example, also leads to toning the muscles in your throat, which in turn can lead to less snoring Quit smoking. smoking irritates the membranes in the nose and throat which can block the airways and cause snoring. Avoid alcohol, sleeping pills, and sedatives because they relax the muscles in the throat Establish regular sleep patterns. Create a healthy bedtime ritual with your partner and stick to it Clear nasal passages. If you have a stuffy nose Keep bedroom air moist. Dry air can irritate membranes in the nose and throat, so if swollen nasal tissues are the problem, a humidifier may help. Change your sleeping position. Elevating your head four inches may ease breathing Sleep on your side instead of your back Consult chest Physician for further management

Firstly get your eyesight checked up as soon as possible…it is strongly advisable that you keep yourself away from laptops, televisions until you get cured. Make sure you have your head in the south or east direction while sleeping… The most effective remedy for any kind of headache is" cow ghee" take 1 spoon of cow ghee and warm it. With the help of a dropper. Pour one drop of cow ghee in each of your nostril. It may sound weird or a hectic job at first but trust me it is the most effective remedy. For relief take over the counter medicines i.e. tab. Paracetamol 650 mg twice a day after meal. Tab. Flucold once a day after meal. Gargle with warm water, Use nasal spray otrivin for sneezing or running nose. drink warm water, juice,green veg., veg. Soups, lquid diets, dalia, protein diets, tulsi leaf in tea or warm water, geloy juice, A avoid cold area, dust area, cold things .i.e. ice creams, take bed rest , feel high cold then cover body with warm cloths, avoid dust area, clean body, change cloths daily, change bed sheet daily, Cold sponging in high fever . If symptoms occurs again go for tests..cbc, ns1, blood c/s. X-ray PNS, X-ray chest. After tests give me all details I give you best advise.
