When I get back from my office to my home my backbone starts badly paining why so doctor?
If you are it profession you have to change some postural changes example sitting with straight back support, arms should be rested, avoid prolong standing, forward bending, weight lifting etc. Consult physio they will give treatment to reduce pain after reducing pain you have to strengthen your back muscles. Apply ice or hot pack for 5 to 10 minutes daily 4 to 5 times.

I have a severe pain in my left leg just before ankle .It gives a burning sensation and had became red. I had consulted doctor ,but it just gave temporary comfort till dosage was not over. Also it had swelled. So please suggest me what should I do now.

The Only 4 Moves That Strengthen Your KNEES
4 exercises to strengthen your knees

Knee pains and pains in the joints are not restricted to a certain age group anymore. Younger people of today face this problem too. To stay active all your life and escape the severe aches associated with weakening of muscles, joint pains or arthritis, you must start now. The only way to keep your knees fine and working is to exercise.
4 moves that help you strengthen your knees.
1. Leg lifts (inner thigh) - lie on any one side, lay your head on the arm of the side below you. Make sure this hand is straight above your head, touching the ground. Keep your legs straight, one above the other. Lift the leg on top a few inches above, hold for few seconds and bring it back. Do this for 10 times and then with the other leg, on the other side. This exercise strengthens your inner thighs, eventually strengthening the knees.
2. Hip raises: lie flat on your back, your shoulders touching the ground. Bend your legs comfortable, your feet resting firmly on the ground. Raise your hips and thighs so that from your head to feet, you form an angle. Wait in this position for about 10 seconds, lower your hip until it touches the ground. Repeat for ten counts.
3. Lunges: stand straight. Take a step ahead with your right leg. Left leg remains in its place. With your back straight, bend your knees so that both are at 90 degrees. Go back to standing position; take your right leg back to where it was. Do the same step with your left leg. Repeat both sides ten times.
4. Bent leg extensions: this is pretty easy and all that you need to do it sit on a chair comfortably, with your back straight first. Your feet firmly flat on the ground in front of you, lift the right leg straight extending to the front. Make sure your thighs stay on the chair. Bring your leg back to the original position, firmly planted on the ground. Do the same with your left leg. Repeat 10 times on both sides.

Your muscles get tired after prolonged standing .as long you keep standing your mind will not feel pain but when you came to rest in evening .your muscles will automatically answer how much work they had done today as a result they will pain. So kindly sit for 15- 20 min after every 45 min. - also take vit supplements and hot fermentation specially at night. - proper nutrition also and self streching exercises of calf muscles after hot pack.

Sciatica is not so much a condition but actually a symptom. It refers to pain that begins in the hip and buttocks and continues all the way down the leg. This symptom is often accompanied by low back pain, which can be more or less severe than the leg pain. The term sciatica indicates that the sciatic nerve, which travels from the lower back through the buttocks and into the leg, is thought to be the cause of the pain in this condition. True sciatica is a condition that occurs when a herniated disc or osteoarthritic bone spurs compress and pinch one of the contributing roots of the sciatic nerve. This is known as a pinched nerve. This type of lower back pain is less common than other causes and conditions that produce back pain. For instance, sporting activities, recreational activities, and heavy labor can cause back and leg pain, which is commonly misdiagnosed as sciatica. The challenge for a physician is to distinguish between radicular pain (also called radiculopathy), which is caused by an inflamed nerve root, and referred pain, which is a result of a musculoskeletal sprain or strain. For nightfall eat raw garlic early morning daily nano leo sachets bd for 1 mth for sperm counts and then reexamine after 1 mth.
