Hi I can understand your problem 1) avoid activities that make your symptoms worse 2) apply ice packs 3) start physiotherapy treatment as electrotherapy will reduce pain inflammation 4) exercise and manual therapy will help in pain free movement. Best wishes.

I am a 14 years old girl, dignosis with brain tuberculoma and under medicine for 1 and half year and so far no improvement but i am getting too much pain in my shoulder, why?

Hello,This is Dr.Vyas i have no treatment about your tuberculoma yes but i have treatment for yr shoulder pain u can take hot bath for your shoulder first then do some simple exercises like dance 1.Bounce yr shoulder up 2.Move it like a bird 3.Sweming like 4.Spin bowler like 5.Pun yr hand on shoulder and make zero by yr elbow You may get relief quickly and enjoy without pain. Excercise is an important part of life. After all injury the muscles needs to work harder to compensate for the instability. The muscle needs excercise to regain its strength. The muscles if weak will lead to having chronic pain of the knee. Studies have shown that it takes almost a year for the muscles to regain the full strength of the muscles.

Hello Sir, I met with an accident 5-6 years back and from that time there is a pain in my right hand at wrist joint. I can not hold heavy weights during my exercise and can't do such exercise which gives pressure on my wrist like Push-ups, Pull-ups etc. Please suggest me what to do as I consulted lots of doctors but still pain exits .Thanks in advance.

Hello, yes it's absolutely normal to have pains when you start working out for a week. Later your body gets accustomed to the work you are putting it through. So don't just stop due to the pains. Stay well.

There are a couple of tests ill suggest you which will lead us to an appropriate diagnosis. Chest pain can be lungs or heart related where as joint pain can have various reasons. Few investigations will help you come to the right solution instead of just doing general treatment.

I feeling pain at elbow bone & having pain on mussels of between elbow & wrist .Even some times can't lift any thing of light weight since 2 month doctor advised to take medicines Ed, omes calcium first 7 days again 7 days with have to use tennis belt but not feeling well.I am age of 65 yr.

My son has injured his right middle finger and broken the tendon. What is to be done? what' s the best action to be taken ?

Tendon needs to be repaired and also get x ray of the finger to see if the bone is ok. Don' t delay the procedure too long as the tendon is like a rubber band and tends to shorten with time.

Hello. I am 21 , male. After struggling from past one month from joints pain, did all possible blood tests, all were negative. No arthiritis. Now someone told me to have vitamin D and calcium test. Calcium was ok, but vitamin D was 8.16 ng/ml which is really low. Now pls suggest me what to do?

Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Take physiotherapy treatment must for you and for hand after relief start strength exercise with cuff weight but gradually process. For back after relief start stretching exercise in daily routine and take lumbar belt sit straight and avoid toward bending take break between long travel.

Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Inform after 5 days.

do tests stool r/m, stool c/s, cbc,blood sugar,lft,kft,urine r/m,mp,widal. take ors liquid, take tab. dolo-650 mg twcie a day.tab. emeset -4mg twice a day. ulgel-A 15 ml before meal.tab. metrogyl-400 mg thrice a day. Start with easily digested foods such as gelatin, crackers and toast. When you can keep these down, try cereal, rice, fruit, and salty or high-protein, high-carbohydrate foods. Avoid fatty or spicy foods. Wait to eat solid foods until about six hours after the last time you vomited
