You want to boost sperms count and testosterone levels. I advise you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take plenty of water to detoxify body. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Do physical exercises of 30 to 45 minutes daily to tone up body and build muscles. Take more proteins and less fats and no carbohydrates. Do meditation daily. Follow this and be happy.

Dear user. Male sperm is considered as foreign body by a female body and therefore it is always expelled in due course. But somehow one sperm escapes and fertilize the female egg. Take care.

I am having Red/black lines on all finger nails and do not go away with time. Please advise

MBBS, Diploma in Venerology & Dermatology (DVD)
Dermatologist, Delhi
I am having Red/black lines on all finger nails and do not go away with time. Please advise
Lines and other deformities or color changes are relatively common, and most of them are not serious. This is particularly true if the line runs vertically. Horizontal lines running through the nail, on the other hand can sometimes indicate an underlying medical problem. Vertical ridges or lines in the nail often do not have a clear cause. Sometimes they may be genetic and require no treatment. These lines are usually clear or white, but can become dark in color if they have dirt or fingernail polish lodged in them. Occasionally, fungal infections of the nail will cause similar lines, although typically there is also more generalized deformity or thickening of the nail as well. Another possibility would be a foreign body under the fingernail, which can look like a black line. Common types of foreign bodies that can do this include wood splinters or pencil leads. Finally, rarely, bleeding can show up under the nails as small dark lines called splinter hemorrhages. This would most likely occur in multiple nails, however, but if there are any other signs of bleeding or bruising, fever, or other concerning signs this should be checked out. If you any doubts or concerns, you should visit your primary care doctor to examine your nails.

6 Foods To Make The Most Of Every Workout Session
6 foods to make most of every workout session

You might be extremely conscious of our health and might be working out on a daily basis in order to be fit. However do you know, getting the best result from your workout depends on a number of factors, the most important being the food you consume right before exercise.

Having these 6 foods will give you the best results:

1. Chicken - It is a lean protein and is perfect to build muscle. Also, chicken is rich in healthy minerals and nutrients while being low in fat, thus making it one of the healthiest products to consume before your daily workout.

2. Nuts - Nuts are abundant sources of protein and healthy fats and thus no matter what kind of nuts you consume before working out; they are guaranteed to improve your exercise regime.

3. Milk and Cereal - Milk has the goodness of protein and being liquid it also keeps your body hydrated during the workout. Cereals, on the other hand, are rich sources of carbohydrates that promote muscle growth. Try to pick cereals that are made of grains and have low sugar content.

4. Pasta - It is filled with carbohydrates and rapidly travels through your digestive system, thus instantly giving energy to your body. Moreover, the starchy carbohydrates provide stamina to help build perseverance during the workout.

5) Peanut Butter - It has high calorie content and thus can easily help you build muscle. In addition, it is a rich source of fat and thus consuming peanut butter helps you get the required healthy fat to burn as fuel while you work out.

6) Yogurt - If you indulge in muscle-building exercises and strength training, yogurt can do you a lot of good. This is because it is an abundant source of protein and also contains an adequate amount of minerals and nutrients.

Swollen and inflamed veins in the rectum and anus that cause discomfort and bleeding. Other factors that increase the risk for getting hemorrhoids include constipation, diarrhea, lifting heavy objects, poor posture, prolonged sitting, pregnancy, eating a diet low in fibre, anal intercourse, and being overweight. Liver damage and some food allergies can also add stress to the rectal veins. People who consistently eat a high-fiber diet are less likely to get hemorrhoids, while those people who prefer a diet high in processed foods are at higher risk. A low-fiber diet or inadequate fluid intake can cause constipation, which can contribute to hemorrhoids in two ways: it promotes straining on the toilet People do not consider homeopathy medicine for piles at its early stages and this is one of the reason why they end up under a surgeon's knife.
