Dear lybrateuser, - Try to keep affected area dry - apply lacto calamine lotion 3-4 times a day - take tablet cetrizine, 10 mg, 1 tab at night one hour before bedtime - consult a doctor if not much relief.

Hye, thanks for the query. You need to have a balanced diet. Avoid fasting for long. Eat small frequent meals. Avoid junk, packeted, processed, proprietary foods and avoid too much of coffee or tea and totally avoid aerated drinks. Include in your diet, nuts, dry fruits, fruits, vegetables juices like spinach, carrots, beets or soups like drumstick, carrot, tomato soups, pulses, dals, sprouts, oilseeds like sunflower or pumpkin seeds in salads, eggs, lean meats and dairy. Sleep well and stay active by exercising at least thrice a week.
