Hi, How old is he now? Give Vit D supplements as per recommendation which will take care of his leg pain. Of the is a kid then leg pain may be growing pain also. For sinus steam inhalation is the best. Regards, Uma.

Due to lack of proper guidance and ignorance, this issue does not get resolved easily. It is very easily treated by following measures: 1). Proper counselling 2). Exercises / techniques 3). I swallowed a teeth bridge while having my lunch yesterday afternoon. I took an xray and saw the bridge is in stomach, its made of ceramic and NO METAL IS USED. I do not feel any health issue , I am as normal. Will this become a issue , please let me know.

I have piles for last 2 -3 years, no blood comes no pain only swollen skin. But the main issue is my bowel movement. Each time I go to toilet I could not pass stool smoothly. Hi boil 1 ripe banana in 1 cup of milk, mash well. Take 3-4 times a day. Make an ointment by mixing an equal amount of powdered long pepper and turmeric with milk (preferably cow’s milk). Apply this on the external piles.

Mastrubation if you r doing 3-5times in a month it is good for body and mind but if you r doing excessively than it tires penis tissue and brings errectile dysfunction. So abdul bhai there is nothing to worry if you have done mastrubation once a while and physically it does not bring any change in body but it is guilt in your mind which is bringing feeling of weekness in body.

Both the infections are caused by different type of virus and mode of infection is also different. During chicken pox general immunity of body is decreased making it prone to other infection. Not necessarily jaundice occurs after chicken pox.

No it can not affect her in future and as she had menses after the act she is not pregnant also. Also as you did not penetrated inside her, she is still a virgin.

Sleep hygiene may sound unimaginative, but it just may be the best way to get the sleep you need in this 24/7 age. Here are some simple tips for making the sleep of your dreams a nightly reality: #1 Avoid Caffeine, Alcohol, Nicotine, and Other Chemicals that Interfere with Sleep i_influence2. Jpg Caffeinated products decrease a person’s quality of sleep. As any coffee lover knows, caffeine is a stimulant that can keep you awake. So avoid caffeine (found in coffee, tea, chocolate, cola, and some pain relievers) for four to six hours before bedtime. Similarly, smokers should refrain Although alcohol may help bring on sleep, after a few hours it acts as a stimulant, increasing the number of awakenings and generally decreasing the quality of sleep later in the night. It is therefore best to limit alcohol consumption to one to two drinks per day, or less, and to avoid drinking within three hours of bedtime. #2 Turn Your Bedroom into a Sleep-Inducing Environment A quiet, dark, and cool environment can help promote sound slumber. Why do you think bats congregate in caves for their daytime sleep? To achieve such an environment, lower the volume of outside noise with earplugs or a "white noise" appliance. Use heavy curtains, blackout shades, or an eye mask to block light, a powerful cue that tells the brain that it's time to wake up. Jpg Exercise helps promote restful sleep if it is done several hours before you go to bed. Exercise can help you fall asleep faster and sleep more soundly—as long as it's done at the right time. Try to finish exercising at least three hours before bed or work out earlier in the day. #12 Follow Through Some of these tips will be easier to include in your daily and nightly routine than others. That said, not all sleep problems are so easily treated and could signify the presence of a sleep disorder such as apnea, restless legs syndrome, narcolepsy, or another clinical sleep problem. It's good you are worried of probable loss. However if you replenish loss and control habit, you will not feel much problem. Hi, your height can grow till 25 years of age. If you haven't yet reached the age, you may try the following remedies - 1.
