Along with ointments u need to do some exercises for the knee. -Static quads keep a towel roll below the knee press it and hold for few secs again repeat it10 to 15 times. -Heel slides 10 times - IFT modality can help in pain relief - use hot fomentation Thanku

Take tab calcium once daily in between meals and Vit D3 sachet once in a week .take good nutritious diet ,do yoga, exercises ,8 to 10 glasses of water, fruits,salads. And daily reduce 1 cigarette than your total daily consumption .get checked for ESR, CRP, RA.

I am 43 years old I am getting severe left arm joint pain back side and whole left hand will pulling.

Can be solved through acupressure/ acupuncture easily. Try this for 3 days. Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Rotate your head clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and down, left and right a few times. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening.

Hello Mr. Lybrate-user, dead lifts are usually not recommended for any pre-existing spinal condition. This exercise puts abnormal stress on your thoracolumbar spine. However you should do back and core strengthening exercises like pilates. Regards.

Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Hi I can understand your problem. # relax & stay positive. # take hot and cold fomentation. # learn posture care exercise. # use lumbar support. # take break every 20 minutes. # do strengthening exercise of back and core muscles not all back pains are same. Do share investigation reports if you have any.

I have pain in biceps area of right hand around shoulder. It increases when I sleep in the curve position keeping right shoulder up. What is the reason and what do you suggest?

Your sleeping position may not be correct .there might be compression of muscles which may compress your nerve. - pain in muscle can be due to any heavy weight lifting. - apply vioilini and contrast bath therapy. If problem persist than - consult physician - contrast bath: dip handtowel in hot water .applly on affected area till it cool down than immediately dip another handtowel in cold water with ice. Apply on affected area. Keep doing this for 10 min and repeat procedure 2- 3 timesdaily.
